In the middle of the action

We stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom with 4 adults. The suites are in an AMAZING location for restaurants, bars, and shopping. They’re literally all right downstairs. Even better, we could not hear the noises of the street from our unit (which overlooked Kings St.). By the way, it offered amazing people watching at night when people were stumbling out of bars lol! The entrance, hallways, and until decor was very tasteful and definitely had a Charleston charm. The rooms are cooled and heated by individual units on the wall which I LOVED because I was able to keep our room nice and cold at night. Unfortunately, we visited right after the rioting/protesting so many of the beautiful stores and restaurants had windows broken and boarded up (shown in pictures). Otherwise, the view would have been very nice. The few negatives - there is NO insulation in the building. I could hear our neighbors walking around in the unit next door, opening/closing doors, and talking. They weren’t being excessively loud - just normal volumes - but it was 3am when they got home both nights so it kept us up for a few hours. The space is very small, but it’s what I’d expect for a condo right on Kings so I wasn’t too disappointed. Overall, the space is very clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail and the location. We would likely stay again.

It is in a very good location to everything. The rooms where clean and every was new and up to date. It was the perfect size for 5 people. We will book it again.

Disappointed

Room had a hole in the roof which leaked all over one of the bedrooms. Had to move to another room with accommodations subpar to what we had booked.

Got no sleep. Beds are horrible.

Both rooms had beds from h3ll. Nobody got any sleep. Beds were too short and super squeaky. Mattresses moved like water beds. Overall it was impossible to sleep even for one person, let alone two people. Totally miserable. That alone is the reason to never come back to this place again.

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved the condo! The location was perfect - right on King Street. We walked out our door and either direction there were loads of shops and restaurants. Stars Restaurant and Rooftop Bar was great, and don't miss the Hot Little Biscuit right across the street. Amazing! The condo itself was great. 2 nice size bedrooms, 2 baths, tvs in each room. Even a washer and dryer. It was stocked with dish detergent and coffee, sugar and creamer. No laundry detergent or we would have tossed in our linens before we left. We loved it and would definitely recommend it, and plan on returning. We even cancelled our dinner plans the last night to just stay in and enjoy.

Great location if it's not raining

This was a last minute trip due to hurricane Irma ,really only thing available, we did receive an instant call when booked that was the only great part of this. We booked from Sunday to Wednesday but left early that Tuesday because of the flooding there the day before all streets were flooded and we couldn't get out to get anything to eat , I would think under those conditions we would have received a call to make sure we were ok but nothing. At first glance the room seemed clean but small things weren't The lack of enough pots and pans made it difficult to prepare the food that we finally found at a over priced corner store in the flooded streets. I must say if not for me weather my stay may have been better but I felt jaded because I was called and had a conversation about why we were coming and nothing was told to me about how easy there streets flooded or even a warning so that myself and my daughter's family could be better prepared for those conditions.

Great Choice

Excellent location with lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, etc. Definitely a lot of activity day and night. Easy walk to lots of touristy stuff and the college. It's a "transitioning" neighborhood but in another year or two it will be an amazing area. The unit itself was comfortable but in need of a good cleaning; the floors throughout the place were really dirty to the point of unacceptable. Regardless, I would most likely stay here again because the pros definitely outweighed the dirty floors.

Not a true hotel, more of a vacation rental. Don't expect a front desk or housekeeping on the weekends. Found nail clippings on floor and although location was great during day it was bar central after 11 pm.

At first glance room looks clean n updated . Bathroom floor was so gross n baseboards dusty n dirty . Don't look under beds cause you will find things left from previous people . So gross . Mattress cheap n uncomfortable. Walking distance to things but homeless people sitting in front of door on king street
