Close to the airport, big apartment, and balcony with great views. Not really walkable to the town restaurants; however, it is directly next door to a great steak house- O Galego! Get in line early!

Great place to stay with great views. Next door to galego (great steak!) As well as a few other great restaurants in walking distance. Even ponta delgada is only about a 20 minute walk to portas do mar. Great location!

The ocean view was beautiful and I always felt safe and comfortable in the villa. It was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to stay! They were extremely responsive and checked in frequently. The villa is also pretty centrally located. Would highly recommend!!!

Everything was just perfect: the apartment itself, great location, friendly and accommodating staff. There is a shopping mall with a huge supermarket less than 10 min away. A pretty good restaurant is just next door but you have to make a reservation, because it's very popular. If I ever go back to Azores I will book this place again.

Very friendly staff. All of them always answered a question immediately. Lovely place. Kitchen had all modern amenities. Clean and well kept. Easy to get to Ponta Delgada. I would recommend to friends and family. We stayed in Unit 2 which was the 1st floor.

Stayed on 2nd floor with balcony and sea view, parked on the street. Comfy bed, extra heating unit (early March, only 12C overnight), kitchen with everything, found fruit, butter, cheese, bread, milk in the fridge...txs for that! Nespresso coffee machine with few pods, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, tea bags etc... Had dinner once at restaurant next door specializing in steaks (even in low season fully booked, very popular), gotta have reservation...but it's worth it, best steak ever!

My stay at this waterfront condo in SĂŁo Miguel, Azores, was absolutely fantastic. The view from the condo was breathtaking, offering stunning sights of the ocean right from the living room. The property was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Its central location in Ponta Delgada made it incredibly convenient to access all the activities and attractions we wanted to visit. Whether it was exploring local restaurants, visiting historic sites, or embarking on outdoor adventures, everything was just a short distance away. The condo truly exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of SĂŁo Miguel with all the comforts of home.

Perfect seaside accomodation. Clean, modern, spacious for two people. Close to one beach and one swimming area. Rear entrance facing the ocean, easy access to the ocean. Nice hot tub in terrace. Quiet neighbourhood. There are two good restaurants on the same block and many more within walking distance. Ponta Delgada city centre is a 5min drive away. The host team is fantastic, very helpful and prompt. We loved our stay and book again.

Washroom needs to be cleaned. Rust stain on mirror. Molded tape on shower floor. Exhaust fan was not working and circulating the sewage back up smell... Otherwise, view was fantastic, and full kitchen/amenities were great.

TrÚs beau séjour, l'hébergement est conforme à la description et nos demandes pour arrivée plus tÎt et un départ plus tard ont été accordées. Bel endroit, elle vue sur l'océan. Je vous conseille le restaurant Michel, pas trÚs loin (15 minutes à pied environ).
