Kallt och spindelvÀv men nÀra park entrén

SpindelvÀv pÄ rummet men sÄg inget som kröp. Temperaturen i rummet var under all kritik, vi sov med tjocka tröjor. Gick sÀkert att skruva upp vÀrmen men trodde det rÀckte att stÀnga fönstret, vilket det inte gjorde mÀrkte vi nÀr vi vaknade nÀsta morgon. Ingen av oss ville duscha dÀr eftersom kÀndes sunkigt. Vi bodde i rum 15 och kÀndes som ett fuskbygge alternativt en redskapsbod. Vi kunde inte komma dÀrifrÄn fort nog. Var vÀldigt nÀra entrén till parken, Àven fast det var en rejÀl bit frÄn entrén tills det "hÀnde" nÄt i parken.

Cabine ristrutturate all'esterno ma dentro sono decadenti e anche poco pulite, anche se spaziose. Il legno della cabin era tutto segnato da nomi delle persone che hanno soggiornato (indecoroso), rendendo il tutto sgradevole. Il bagno era piccolo e da ristrutturare, ma almeno la doccia anche se vecchissima, funzionava. Reception buia e triste, ma i 2 ragazzi dello staffing sono gentili e disponibili. No colazione. Abbiamo sofferto per diverse ore la mancanza di energia elettrica per ben 2 volte per un guasto in zona, mentre pioveva e faceva freddo, quindi non andavano ne i riscaldamenti ne acqua calda. Dalla prima potenza al mondo, questi tipi di situazioni sono inaccettabili, specie per i prezzi alti negli USA, cui rapporto costo vs qualitĂ  servizio Ăš basso ed il gioco non Ăš piĂč divertente.

Reserved 2 cabins, received two rooms. Bed squeaked horribly, lousy wifi, thrift store furniture, noisy dripping shower, uneven sagging floors. Totally not what the website showed. Extremely disappointed. Only good thing was the location.

there was no power the first night I stayed. No light, no flushing toilets. no running water and was told it was due to the weather. however, the weather was fine and other properties around us had power. when the power was restored the next day there was no Wi-Fi or television. it's clearly listed that it's available on the website

Hotel loses power regularly and have no backup

The hotel had no power, heat, running water and no estimate for when it would come back on when we got there at 5PM. They told the patrons that they were going home in 30 minutes :-( ! We left due to cold and safety concerns but the hotel insists on charging us and there is nothing hotels.com can do about it after your investigation.

The location was great, right next to the paradise valley entrance. The room was spacious. The shower had hair, and the room, sort of cabin had spider webs on the roof. Staying there was convienent. Room wasn’t ready at check-in.

Good for a night

Good for a night or two. Stayed in cabin 8 and the sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. The floor is crazy slanted and the decor is really old and dated. Needs a good deep cleaning and some serious updating. Staff was nice, and being close to the park was amazing.

Great location... seconds to the Nisqually Gate. We stayed in cabin number eight. Other people's cars were parked right in front of it both nights. The cabin was dark, ugly furniture and decor, dirty and not flat meaning it was slanted...the floor is not level which is really unnerving and the bathroom smelled awful like a sewer... needs a new seal or something was up with the plumbing.

This was a great place to stay. We booked the family cabin to fit 4 people for 2 nights and it was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check-in was fast and easy. Parking was easy and right outside of our cabin. Our cabin backed to a stream - which was quite beautiful and relaxing. They also have areas for tents and RV’s. The property is safe to walk around. This place is a quarter mile from the Mount Rainier entrance sign so getting to the park is a breeze. Staff were friendly and nice.

Closest to Mt. Rainier NP without having to pay for a premium and limited lodging inside the park. Convenient access to the NP after hours (i.e. free entrance). You can sleep up to 6 in a cabin. Great staff service.

This place it literally at the gates of Mount Rainier and we LOVED it. The staff was all very nice and everything went smoothly. The only cons we had was the beds were very....well we will just say they've seen a lot of travelers. The only other thing food options are very scarce in the area and the ones available can get pretty busy. If they just used a little of the office space for some general snacks and microwave meals, I would imagine that guest would buy them as fast as they could stock them. That being said I would stay here again in a heartbeat and just hope it was just our mattress, and I'd pack more food.

Expedia or the hotel messed up my 2 night reservation, so I got to the hotel and they didn't have a room for me. I had to try to find something last minute during peak season for the national park. Otherwise we stayed in room 10 for one night- not very clean. Noticed a bunch of hair in the bathroom that I had to clean up as well as a used bar of soap. Sheets could've been cleaner as well. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless it was in a newer cabin.

This was a great, rustic location right next to the entrance of the park. Easy to park and access. Cozy and great for a hiking couple looking to spend most of the day in the park and then have a simple meal in their cabin.
