Close as you can get to the gondola. And right next to the great Telluride dining scene. Wish more resorts could provide food this good.

Fantastic stay as always. Staff are wonderful and location can’t be beat. Parking is covered and large enough for full size suvs. One note is that not all kitchens have an oven (but they do have everything else you would need such as microwave, cooktop, Keurig, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher). Love this place.

The Ice House is my go to spot when I visit Telluride. I have been there three times now, and you can't beat the location, the ease of parking, the proximity to dining, the gondola, and the shops.

We stayed in Unit one zero three , so this review is specific to that unit. The location of The Ice House condos is excellent—everything is walkable within just a few minutes, which made getting around very convenient. However, the unit itself could really use an update. The furniture feels dated, many of the wall art pieces appear to be from the 1980s or 1990s, and the balcony chairs are inexpensive plastic ones you might find at a dollar store. Unfortunately, there was also no table on the balcony, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the space—nowhere to even set down a drink. Also worth noting: there is no view from the balcony—just a view of trash bins and the backs of neighboring units. On a positive note, housekeeping was excellent. The unit was very clean and quiet. The bathrooms and kitchen were in good shape, with everything working as expected. I would consider Ice House again for a stay but would want a different unit.

I had a hard time getting in touch with the property before checkin as they did not answer my emails and the phone number on their website is no longer a working number. They offered us a new number only after check in. Microwave, oven and stove were not easy to use. A very small kitchen more of a kitchenette. Staff was friendly and the location is very good. Close to gondola

The building was centrally located to everything. SHort walk to the Gondola. Cleaned daily. Hot tub could have been hotter, but had a sauna which was a bonus.

The Ice House is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Our suite had a full bath and a powder room! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed, pillow, bedding, couch, everything was fabulous! It was a block to the gondola, 2 blocks from Colorado Ave and all the restaurants. Loved it! Will stay here again!

BEST home away from home experience EVER!!

We got a free upgrade (thank you again!!) to this beautiful 2-bedroom unit with so much space and amazing view!! The room is spotless, extremely clean, and smells so fresh. We can’t find any flaws whatsoever. The kitchen is top notch. In fact, all the appliances, furnitures, bedding, EVERYTHING is top notch!! All the staff are also very courteous and helpful. We will DEFINITELY come back! :-)

Ice House Rave

The perfect Telluride location for an active couple. You can literally walk everywhere in both towns as the hotel is 100 yards from the gondola. Numerous hiking trails are walking distance from the room, which is amazingly comfortable and well appointed. A mini suite set-up with full compact kitchen and a separate half bath. An awesome luxury. Will be back as soon as possible. Phoenix will be 110+ for the next 2 months, so hoping “possible” comes quickly!!!

Our suite at the Ice House was spacious and clean; the kitchen was well-appointed. The bathroom faucets did not work well, however, because they had not been installed properly. This detracted from our overall experience of the place.

Great location, very close to the gondola and city center and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The parking garage was very tight and small. We have a truck so that is part of the tightness, however if it had been more full there is no way we could have fit in a parking spot. Also, the room we stayed in had a sewage smell to it. We figured it's because water hadnt run through the pipes enoug,but it still smelled on the last day. Other than that, it was very clean and a great place to stay!
