Cool tiny little place. Literally the size of a bedroom, but fantastic. Historic brownstone that does the job. Easy in and out, cool bar named Anchovies within a block. Bluebike station right out front makes it easy to traverse the city.

Close enough to everything to be convenient but far enough for the area to be quiet. The furniture/amenities/kitchenware adequate for stay and all functional. Can hear neighbours that share walls so some better soundproofing would improve guest experience.

This is a great place to stay in Boston for a few days. Very clean. Maid service was extra so were extra towels or linens. My friend was cold and there were no extra blankets. On the good side, it was very walkable with the subway only a block away and it took us everywhere, even Salem.a lot of good restaurants nearby as well

Excellent location, easy for walking to nearby shopping, groceries, pharmacy. Subway nearby. It's in a beautiful neighborhood. One thing to keep in mind is that the floors and walls are nowhere near soundproof. The fire exit in my unit is a door into the next unit so you can hear every sound from that unit, even just average sound level conversation. Footsteps and voices are also audible from the unit above me. I will definitely be going back but next time will bring either a sound machine or earplugs for sleeping.

The property asked me to deposit 300 USD which they promised they will return after 3 days of vacating the room. The money was deducted from my account during 2 nd day of my stay. When I asked the property to return my money after vacating the room, they said we did not deduct any amount. I have to send bank statements of my deductions and threaten for police complaint to get back my deposit money.

Nice room, but sounded like a hospital ward

If you have trouble sleeping through loud beeping, you'll want to find someplace else to stay. The room itself was very pleasant: just enough space for two people to enjoy a long weekend, with a small but very serviceable kitchen (fully stocked with both cookware and servingware, stovetop, microwave, and sink), a little table for two to eat at, and a sofa to lounge on. The bed was hard, but not unusually so. The real trouble was the alarm system, which was located just outside of the room (past a poorly-sealed door, that allowed both light and sound without much impediment). It beeps VERY LOUDLY every ten seconds, 24 hours a day, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. That's what made the room sound like a hospital ward: the incessant beeping noise, alway present, always noticeable, always driving one just a little bit mad.

Very clean and safe area. room was clean, bathroom/shower small. Bedframe squeak's when you move around in the bed. Overall, great location for subway, 5 minute walk.

No elevator, stairs are sagging uncomfortably toward outside railing. I did not feel safe. Cleaning staff insisted on gaining entry 9am to drop off small ironing board. I worked night shift, forced out of bed and answered door half dressed. Staff I let in so they could go to the closet and put down ironing board.

Great location. Lovely, quiet historic neighborhood that was very close to busy sights of interest. Good communication from the management service. It is in a townhome so you may need to walk up a few flights to get to your apartment which wasn’t an issue for me but may be for others. Furniture and rooms were clean and in good condition. My only concerns have to do with the property conditions. The stairs are uneven and slope in some places (these are historic homes!). The bathroom had holes in the wall where previous toilet and towel bars were, but replaced with differently sized bars; the holes hadn’t been patched or painted.

Never again.

No curtains only see through shades. Terrible traffic noise. Towels were midget, paper thin and stained. Coffee pot served 12 but coffee filter pack was single cup only. Bathroom was in disrepair. Bed frame squeaked on every move. No place to leave luggage on arrival - just have to carry it with you until check in at 4pm. Buyer beware!!!!
