Clean with comfy bed and decent location (though loud if you have the balcony open). It has real problems, though, that I hope they can fix! I would stay again but not pay more than $40 per night.
Communication is awful - you have to wait until they respond on Whatsapp - and reservations won't answer overnight.
I never received my Charlie reservation number or room code by email (which is supposed to happen...), so I had to message them on the app and was left outside waiting for it via WhatsApp.
At one point the code wasn't working, and I had to wait outside my room waiting for the keypad to reset.
They only accept Brazilian credit cards to extend.
The toilet seat and the shelf in the shower both were broken.
They will not clean your room while you are staying there, but they gave me 2 more towels. You are given two nespresso pods of coffee for the entire stay and are not permitted more each day... You're also give ONE small bottle of water per stay, not per day. So: not "free water"!
The furniture looks nice but is cheap.The wardrobe stunk of toxic chemicals (paint and particle board?), so I didn't put my clothes in it. I recommend they do a full treatment and let their wardrobes air out!
Finally: No pool or gym access or option to pay for it even though it exists in the building... Poor design.
Security isn't the most polite and doesn't speak English, so good luck getting into the bldg if you don't speak Portuguese!
