It is so conveniently located. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and the communication on how to check in and out was really clear. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I loved our stay at Lavish Suites! The location was fabulous, the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable, the building was safe and correspondence with the host was perfect. We would highly recommend this suite to others and would gladly stay there again!

I had an amazing stay at a lavish suites.. right next to the CN Tower and Harbourfront Centre waterfront. The location was unbeatable, with stunning views and easy access to iconic landmarks. The staff provided exceptional hospitality, and the room was luxurious and spotless. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and convenient experience in Toronto.

Great place for the price! You don't have access to the property amenities though which is unfortunate. Also, the place is pretty dark, not that much light coming in due to the position of the condo, but overall it's very well located and the property has everything you need for your stay.

The location of the condo is perfect for tourists. You are literally by everything to enjoy the city. The host was amazing! He over-communicated and he was very responsive! I would absolutely stay again and recommend.

A nice, comfy condo for me and my husband. Location couldn't be better (close to metro, CN Tower, Rogers Center, grocery, harborfront). And credit should be given to the condo managers for doing such a thorough job of explaining the check-in process.

Location was good for our travel purposes. Clean on arrival. Safe with security at entrance. Parking should be included in the price and not so convoluted in how to access it. Charged extra for parking but had to park at adjacent, more accessible lot on arrival and paid for that too due to not having initial access to the property. Functional, average sized space with standard amenities/accommodation, slightly overstated given the “lavish suite” advertising moniker.

My studio was great. Clean, spacious for 1-2 people, washer/dryer and simple kitchen. My only complaint was the elevators. Expect to spend 5-10 minutes waiting, boarding and riding the elevator. Packed and only one working most days. If you can tolerate that it’s a great location and comfy bed!

This property was in an absolute ideal location for downtown Toronto, walking distance to Rogers Center, Scotiabank Arena, CN tower, Union Station, Ripleys Aquarium and the harbour. The place was nice however there were a few broken items in the condo the lamp next to the bed and the toilet paper holder. But just minor things. I would absolutely stay again!

This was a nice apartment in downtown Toronto, with generally good facilities, including laundry and kitchen. The main negatives were that the bed was way too firm, and the kitchen was missing an electric jug.
