Exactly as described and the host/owners respond quickly. Surf Club has a simple elegance that simply can't be beat. This is a nice condo for a couple or a family.

This was the best beach condo we have ever had! The ocean view was sensational, the wrap around porch was awesome. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything needed and more. We want to come back!

Fantastic property owners and a wonderful condo/location

Palm Coast was a dream! Much quieter area if you're looking for true relaxation. Could not have asked for better property managers to work with. Very detailed process to make check-in & check-out so smooth! Best instructions and assistance we've ever had. The condo was a great stay, loved that the master offered two queen size beds to allow room to spread out and sleep comfortably. The wrap around patio was a dream and had such amazing views on both sides! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you may need and both bathrooms offered full amenities as well. Will be planning a trip to come back soon and hope this is where we get to stay!

Everything we needed AND a view

This is the second time we've stayed at the Beachfront Condo with our family. It had everything we needed, and Iris's communication was great with all of the details. Also, the views from the wraparound balcony were amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

This was our second year to stay here and it was as enjoyable as the first. The balcony provides amazing views of the ocean and sunrise as well as the sunset. Our kids took advantage of the pool, beach, and lots of nearby parks. A great place for a family getaway.

Family Time

This is our 20th year at this property and 3rd year in this unit. It's always clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The view is amazing . It is quiet and secluded but close enough to restaurants and shopping. We will be coming back again as it has become our 2nd home. Mike and Iris are great host and always really helpful.

Beautiful Condo With Wrap Around Balcony & Breathtaking View

Everything was wonderful with this condo. Iris was extremely detailed with all aspects before our arrival. She even supplied us suggestions as some things to do on the Palm Coast and answered every one of our questions. The condo was extremely clean and the wrap around balcony and the view was just breathtaking. This is our sixth trip to Florida from PA (every one of them by car) and this is another trip we will never forget!! Thanks Iris!!

Hidden gem

We enjoyed our stay with our family (ages 3-64) at this hidden gem. We were worried about the big rocks on the beach, but it ended up not being a problem at all. Actually, it worked in our favor by creating our own area to play, move around and collect beautiful shells. Mike and Iris were so easy to work with and prompt with any questions or concerns I had. There wasn't an overwhelming amount of people like other beaches we had been to. It truly is a hidden gem.

Not very convenient. Toll bridge fees to any shops or activities. Beaches not too good for children. Building and grounds are pristine. Very private.

Great stay

Fun stay! Good condo right on the beach and conveniently located to the pool. Great view from the wraparound balcony. Very close to Flagler Beach and St. Augustine for fun daily family adventures. The condo is in a laid back community and is a retreat from the more touristy areas.

Sand Castle

The condo is all that and more. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The “million dollar view” from the balcony says it all. The quietest and most peaceful vacation I ever had. Iris and Mike have everything you can think of at your fingertips. They are sue en hosts and I recommend this condo for a relaxing stay. Two thumbs up !!!!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We looked all over northern and central Florida before deciding on Palm Coast, a quiet area of unspoiled beauty. Traffic is minimal. One mile south of Marineland, the condo is not far from grocery stores (5 minutes), restaurants and shopping (5-15 minutes), and anything else you might need during your vacation. If you want to venture a bit further, St. Augustine is to the north and Flagler Beach to the south, with lots to see and do. Also, it is within reasonable driving distance of Atlanta and other major cities in the south.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The ocean views are amazing, especially at sunrise or sunset. The condo is an end unit with a wraparound (front and side) balcony, so you have your choice of sun or shade at just about any time of day. The condo is directly on the beach. The complex is clean and quiet and the people are friendly.
