Välkommen till paradiset! Njut av sorglösa bo i denna vackert dekorerade havet 2 sovrum 2 badrum lägenhet. Surf Club är en bottenvåningsenhet med fantastisk havsutsikt från både vardagsrummet och master-sviten. Kakel i hela huvudområdet och Berber-mattan i sovrum. King size-säng i sovrummet och två enkelsängar i gästrummet. Båda sovrummen har en platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Boområdet har helt nya möbler; en drottning bäddsoffa, fåtölj och svängbar stol. Också en 52-tums platt-tv och DVD-spelare för din njutning.

Andelslägenhet har kabel-TV och trådlöst internet, så ta med din bärbara dator. I det främre sovrummet har TV: n Netflix och Hulu.

Master bad har separat badkar och dusch med dubbla fåfängar och två klädkammare. Köket är fullt utrustat och frukostkroken har ett pubbord perfekt för att spela en omgång kort eller avslappnad middag för 4. Det finns också en matplats med plats för 6. Condo har en helt ny, full storlek, tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Över stor 24 "x 30" uteplats är perfekt för att underhålla, koppla av i skuggan eller njuta av solen.

Boogie-brädor, roliga nudlar, sandhinkar / spade, tennisracketar, volleyboll, frisbee, brädspel / spelkort och DVD-skivor finns också tillgängliga i lägenheten för din användning.

Surf Club Bekvämligheter: Surf Club bekvämligheter inkluderar en dag brygga på den intercoastal vattenvägen som är perfekt för fiske eller njuta av en solnedgång. Great place to stay and close to everywhere, there was a lot of rocks along the ocean but when the tide was out it was great, the intercostal was 5 minutes away to swim and explore for adults and young kids.

Peaceful, pretty and clean

I loved my stay here! The condo was clean and pretty and so was the beach. The area is peaceful and was the perfect place to get some R&R with my family. The owners are very nice as well. Thank you! I hope to get to come back some day!

Grandkids Florida trip

This unit was just as described. Plenty of room for the two adults and four grandkids ages from 19 month to 12 year old. Kids had a great time. Grounds are well kept and some of the most amazing sunrises you will ever see. Look forward to staying hereagain.

Quiet, Peaceful, Lovely.

Despite the chilly weather, we totally enjoyed our stay at Surf Club. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool is beautiful, (and warm!) and everything is well maintained.Our unit had a perfect view of the ocean from the kitchen to the master bedroom. We awoke to the sunrise over the water every morning…what a way to start the day! The condo was clean and comfortable and our hosts, Rhonda and Michael, were always gracious and available.We are already looking forward to staying here again next year.

Wonderful Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Surf Club I. We have been to the Saint Augstine area on vacation 12-15 times. This is the first time we stayed this far south. We loved it! The complex is wonderful and the unit is very comfortable. The outdoor living space is a real treat. Thanks for a great week!

Anniversary Celebration

We stayed for almost 1 month. When you rent somewhere you have to remember there are the potential for problems, just like at your own home. The important thing is how the owner handles any problems that arise. We had a couple of issues but Rhonda did everything she could to make sure things were taken care of as quickly as possible and we have no complaints.The condo is decorated well, had all we needed, the bed was very comfortable, the beach is a very short walk and the patio is amazing. You can see the ocean and hear it.Most days the beach was like a private beach with few people. We would definitely consider staying again.

Summer 2019

Beautiful location! Pools and beach were awesome! Owners communicated very well and we did not have any problems with anything! Super clean place, the one and only thing I would mention is the patio. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and other bugs. Would have loved to sit out there more but just wasn’t comfortable with the spiders. With that being said I would absolutely recommend this property!

This place was so far the best place my family and I along with my sons girlfriend have stayed at. Absolutely welcoming right when you walk in the front door. All the rooms have flat screen tv's with comfortable beds and privacy is anywhere you need it. Everything in the place is new and well taken care of and the walk to the beach is about a minute. The beach is so beautiful and private, barely any people there. The pool was very big and clean in it's own private area gated and within walls outside. Across the street there is a perfect fishing doc that is absolutely perfect. Rarely any boats come by and if you have a net of any kind you are able to catch your own shrimp for live bait. Over all this place was absolutely perfect and would come back as soon as possible.

Fantastic Condo!!!

The condo is perfect for 2-4 people. The layout is very nice and tons of places to sit! Kitchen was very nice. Had everything you needed to cook with including salt, pepper, pam spray. etc. You literally just need to buy food and drinks! Very convenient having a washer and dryer too! The patio could only be access through the master bedroom, so be prepared for that. The patio is huge!! It also is much more private than what appears from the photos which was a nice bonus. The beach is not a far walk but be aware there are rocks, but it can still be enjoyable. There is also a public beach you can drive too that is literally minutes down the road. Another big perk is the pool is a very close walk. Just make sure to keep the key with you or you will be locked in! I discovered you have to unlock the door to leave too! Overall we loved the condo!! It has everything you need and its close to anything you want to drive and visit! And I just want to say the owners are wonderful people too! They were so good responding back and giving us help or suggestions for anything we needed! Thank y'all so much for letting us stay at your wonderful place!!

Very nice.

My hosts were quick to answer my questions and solve problems. First, the problems. Upon arrival, we did not have access to the patio. I had no idea that the door from the living room was locked from the outside and the handle on the bedroom door was broken. I called the owner and he sent over his handyman. The handyman took the handle from the living room door and put it on the bedroom door and we could get to the patio through the bedroom only, as the living room door needed extensive repair. The TV would not connect to wi-fi. The owner gave me the number to customer service. They checked everything out and the wi-fi was good, so they gave me the customer service number to the TV company. The TV company emailed a link to virtual troubleshooting and I followed the steps and solved that problem. Now for the good stuff. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated for Florida. The ocean view was beautiful. We enjoyed the awesome sunrises with our morning coffee from the patio. St. Augustine was a straight shoot along the coast and very easy to get to. We spent 3 days there. My favorite thing to do was collect shells. The boardwalk to the beach was close. Shells along the rocks were plentiful and I could fill a small bucket in ten minutes. I collected about 5 buckets of pretty shells to take back home. I even found 2 crab claws. My husband enjoyed fishing. We came from Michigan to check out the weather and it did not disappoint, neither did the condo.

Nice place

The owner was very helpful with any problems we encountered as we arrived. The beach is not family friendly. If you want to go to the beach with small kids or special needs individuals, hop in the car and go about 2 miles north to the beach near Marineland. That beach has the easy access from sand to shore and back.

Perfect for us!

The condo is comfortable and well kept. We loved the extra large patio space. The property is well maintained and in a quiet location but a quick drive to pretty much everything. Owners are super friendly and helpful. It was a great vacation!

Overall, a great vacation!

Nice location. We were only about 20 minutes from our family in the area. There’s a great food truck ( Ragga Surf Cafe )with a nice outdoor eating area a few minutes north of the condo with excellent food! The property managers/owners were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Beach

This property is great for aging family members or small children. First floor condo with a view is hard to find. Large outdoor patio. The beach is beautiful but rocky so no swimming. There is a public beach less than a mile away for swimming if desired. 2 beautiful pools. Fishing dock across main street is a fun change of pace. Lots of close by things to do. We enjoyed our stay.

Great get a way!

The grounds are beautiful and everyone was very nice. Our condo had plenty of room and everything we needed. The view was awesome! We also got to see lots a wildlife walking what was like a garden to the beach. The Coquina rocks on the beach were so fun to explore on looking for shells. Also you are close to town but away from all the congestion of St. Augustine. We have been coming down to Florida for years and this place has to be one of my favorites. The patio furniture needs replace and the walls could use some new paint but besides that we loved It!

Very Pretty but Rocky

We had a great vacation in this condo. The large patio was wonderful for hanging out at night and having dinner. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. I will say that the beach is very rocky and there are even rocks out in the water. My kids and myself got scratched up a bit from getting knocked down by waves and hitting the rocks on the ocean floor. Also the lower pool was disgusting, thankfully there was another pool easily accessible that we enjoyed. Overall we enjoyed our stay, since this is a private beach we had no trouble social distancing at all.

Hidden Gem In Florida!

We have been going to Amelia for over a decade now as a family and Palm Coast was a first for us! We loved every single second of this brand new adventure, and the condo was a little piece of heaven with breathtaking views!! Rhonda, the owner, exceeded expectations when it came to communication, hospitality, and treating us like family!! We could go on and on, but in short, we will 100% be back and be counting down the days until we have the blessing of staying here again!! Thank you for making this our most memorable and favorite vacation to date!
