Stranden framför sträcker sig fyra miles - det mesta utan byggnader. Ta en strandpromenad på morgonen - sedan njuta av fantastiska solnedgångar från din Lanai. Enheten är fullt möblerad - fullt utrustat kök -. Enheten har en gömstol i vardagsrummet med en luftmadrass - mycket bekvämt! Och en ny Cal_King-säng i sovrummet. Enheten rymmer 4 personer enkelt .. Vi har också en ny w / d - full storlek. Sugar Beach har ett nytt utseende - ny färg, nytt AC-system och nya fönster - och landskapsarkitekturen är tropisk och härlig.
Sugar Beach Resort har 216 enheter - de flesta finns i uthyrningsprogram. Komplexet ligger i norra Kihei - bekvämt till flygplatsen och Lahaina. Maui Sites and Treasures är beläget i det kommersiella utrymmet - har de bästa erbjudandena på snorklingsturer, Hana-åk eller ridning på landsbygden. Perfect Stay at Sugar Beach

One of the best days we’ve had at Sugar Beach. Joan’s unit is perfectly set up! We appreciate the extra mattress in the cupboard for our little kid. And the nice beach chairs, and an umbrella and cooler! Location is perfect right next to the barbeques and we have the most wonderful weather. I love the layout of this unit. I have stayed in a few at Sugar Beach, but the island in the middle of the kitchen was very handy for preparing food/ kids eating “at the bar”. Kitchen was well stocked too! Beds very comfortable- pullout and main king bed. Will book again!

Maui beach front stay

We enjoyed our stay and wished we had more time in Maui. It’s a well played out ground floor unit with the beach & pool right out the door. Communication was easy and staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Beachfront oasis

We had a great stay! It was so wonderful being on the 1st floor with everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I found this location to be very convenient to all areas of the island, as this was our first time we wanted to check everything out. highly recommend and would stay again if I'm back in Maui.

That photo is real!

Looking at the listing photo (looking towards the sliding glass door) now that we have returned home, my wife and I commented that it really IS that beautiful! Though I read the reviews about the location, I had not expected what we rented. Being on the ground floor at the corner of the building, allowed us to just open the doors and walk right out to watch the sunset. There was a grass area for sitting on recliner chairs directly beyond the lanai, and the beach was just beyond. Grills were within 30 feet of the condo. Truly wonderful. Our only regret is that we spent only one night.

Great Stay

My partner and I spent a week at this property and couldn't be happier with the stay. The location was perfect and right on the beach. Being able to sit on the patio and listen to the ocean was amazing. AC worked great, space was great for 2 people, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Bed was very comfortable and check in process was very simple. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Sugar Beach Resort Condo

Really nice place right on beach. Loved the sunsets and ability to walk right out onto the beach. Great pool and Dinah's Deli right in complex for sandwiches and beer wasalso a plus. The entire complex was so well maintained. Definitely would stay here again if we ever make it back to Maui. Really nice a/c which you definitely need in Hawaii to sleep at night.

Great oceanfront condo

Joan was incredible helpful and thoughtful when I told her what we were doing on Maui. The condo is steps from the beach. It is clean and updated with lots of amenities.

Bugs

We were so excited about staying at this property but sadly when we arrived it had just been cleaned and the ceiling was covered in bugs (dead and alive). Smashed 1 spider in corner and another ran behind the baseboard. Not the cleanest property and we stayed for a few moments to voice concerns to VRBO and host and then we cancelled our stay and left. The view is incredible. The property is older and needs some updating but all of the bugs were a no-go for us so we opted to not stay at all. Sad because the view and location was great. Host was apologetic and refunded us as well as VRBO even though it was a longer process to communicate with VRBO than expected.

Perfect beach get away!

Property owner, Joan was amazing! She was so informative, kind, and provided everything we may have needed. She was kind enough to give us information on local activities, which we very much enjoyed during our stay on Maui. The condo met our needs, and the view, pool, beach access was AMAZING! We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach. Joan was very quick to respond! Kihei is a great place to stay in Maui…close to great restaurants & snorkeling harbor. The layout of the condo is great. We had our granddaughter with us….& the one bedroom one bath worked perfect. The condo is well equipped & is a corner unit right next to the BBQ’s, pool & spa!!

Paradise- ish

This condo was as advertised. Right on the beach with a great view. We took several strolls on the beach and enjoyed the sand and the weather. The location was good. A little away from the restaurant area but an easy drive. The condo was well-furnished and clean- except we did encounter a roach crawling in the bedroom on my wife's clothing. It is no longer crawling on this earth. There was also a swarm of mosquito-looking bugs outside on the porch. However, the can of Raid under the sink took care of them. I can't really blame that on the owner, but something vacationers should be aware of as new bugs returned on the porch the next day. This might be typical of beach living on Maui, but this was our first time and we didn't have this problem on the Big Island.

Perfect place to Relax. Centrally located

I can't say enough about how easy it was to reserve, checking, communicate and enjoy our stay. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. The ocean is so close, just like in the pictures. It's true this is not a 5 star place, but it's not run down either. It's perfect for a clean, comfortable and affordable stay with all of the comforts of home. Thank you Joan! We hope to return soon.

great condo for two!

When we arrived the unit was very clean and neat as the photos showed. The unit had some upgrading done - the bathroom, shower and the kitchen are nicer than some of the other units we’ve seen. Also the tile flooring was easy to keep clean. The living room area was comfortable. The couch is a queen hide-a-bed, which we didn’t use. We really enjoyed having a ground floor unit. Loved being able to open the doors go out to the lanai, grassy area or beach. It made the unit seem much bigger. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking supplies. We cooked mostly prepared or frozen meals so it worked out fine. There is a Kerig, coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice cooker. The king size bed was very comfortable and the ceiling fan helped keep the bedroom cool. In the closet there are 4 folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, some boogie boards, a large cooler and pool noodles. Also, there are several beach towels. The beach in front of the condo is the best in Maui! A 10 minute walk on the beach takes you to a small farmer’s market, bakery and coffee shop, shave ice and an ABC store. Also, it’s a great central location to other parts of the island. The host Joan was very helpful with some minor issues that arose during our stay. However, one thing to keep in mind is, the unit is very close to the pool/hot tub area and it can get noisy at night, however they close the pool area at 9:30pm and things quiet down after that. Definitely will come back again!
