Unik PentHouse med 180 kvm terrass! Första linjen stranden! Fantastisk utsikt!

Denna första takvåning på stranden är verkligen en unik och en anmärkningsvärd semesterboende,
Det är en dold pärla och den magiska utsikten kommer helt klart blåsa bort dig.
Integriteten (takvåningen med 1 säng är ett litet hus precis vid taket vid en av de mest centrala strandbyggnaderna i Marbella City) är unik och det är svårt att hitta en bättre utsikt och klyftan. Du går allt och behöver inte en bil.

Det ligger precis vid brädet promenad (paseo maritimo) med magisk panoramautsikt (360 *) i alla riktningar.

Takvåningen är modern, snyggt inredd och består av ett sovrum med en king size-säng, ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa (160 cm) och en liten matplats, ett fullt utrustat kök, ett badrum med dusch och fönster och ett stort 180 m2 terrass.

Gångavstånd till alla bekvämligheter och nattliv. Vackra gamla stan Marbella och fantastiska shopping är inom en kort promenad.
Gå till Puerto Banus längs kusten, börja vid marmorpaseo utanför vår dörr. Lyxigt spa- och välbefinnandecenter med gym (yoga, fitnessklasser osv.) Ögonblick bort liksom fiske, segling, båtturer och ny 8-skärmskino. Många golfbanor. Stor stormarknad 3 minuter, liten vänlig minimarknad 30 sekunder.

Solstolar och 4 solstolar på terrassen och även en liten matgrupp - ett perfekt ställe att njuta av spektakulära vyer, medan du njuter av en sval drink!

Komplexet är mycket säkert och ger gästerna en gated parkeringsplats för en mindre kostnad.

Stor wifi, AC, centralvärme och kabel-TV i lägenheten!

Cancelled due to COVID-19

The airline cancelled our flight and we were not able to stay at Jessica's place during this time. Jessica has been great with communication and we will reschedule with her as soon as the authorities allow travel to Spain again. We have a credit with Jessica for the amount that we paid to stay at her place. Thank you Jessica, you are wonderful!

No key provided fir main door access

Apartment basic but did what it said on advert. Bed comfy and views amazing from terrace, what spoiled the holiday was not being given a key to the main door, apartment manager insisted we did have it, luckily service doorway was open however one night it was locked meaning we were locked out, we were advised to go another building to get her spare keys, the security at the building had never heard of Jessica, we went back to our apartment and luckily a lady let us in, the next morning which was 5 days into the holiday a cleaner turned up with the key to the main building which Jessica had insisted was there on our keyring , overall very stressful dealing with this while on holiday which was a pity as the rest of the holiday was very good.

Baware of Jessica

After spending several weeks looking on various sites we were delighted to find this apartment. However three days before travelling I received a phone call from Jessica explaining that she was double booked and she had found us a wonderful apartment replacement and we wouldn’t be disappointed. However we had gone from a frontline penthouse to an apartment at the back of a building with only a small side view of the sea. On the third day I was unable to move with a pain in my back from the bed. Jessica was most uncaring and just told me to remove some of the mattress. The bed was a foam mattress with two soiled toppers. I was disgusted with Jessica’s lack of care and the whole experience. Comfort is the most essential thing and she totally mislead us with this apartment and charged us extra for the inconvenience. She is not a host to be trusted. Beware Please note that I was unable to stay at the penthouse and this is not a review for the penthouse but if you are dealing with a Jessica think twice

Kleines Apartment mit top Aussicht. Besitzer sehr nett!

Kleines aber sehr gemütliches Apartment mit wirklich toller Aussicht aus dem 11. Stock! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Besitzer der mit uns Check-in gemacht hat, war sehr nett und bemüht zufriedene Gäste zu haben! Als er gesehen hat dass die Terrasse von Vögeln verschmutzt wurde, hat er gefragt ob er die Tage vorbei kommen kann um das zu reinigen. Er hat auch nach Verbesserungsvorschlägen gefragt, was fehlt, was besser sein soll etc…..👍 Wir hatten auch 2 Tage Probleme mit dem Gestank des Abflusses im Bad. In diesem Fall sollte man in die Abflüsse auf der Terrasse paar Eimer Wasser reingießen um es zu beheben. Ein Punktabzugs ist für die Agentur/Jessica. Es gibt eine Anzeige auf vrbo auf englisch MIT Extrakosten für die Reinigung.Auf FeWo auf deutsch ist OHNE Extrakosten. Bis jetzt wurde die Anzeige nicht angepasst, obwohl sie es weiß. Wir haben über die Zusatzkosten (die bei FeWo nirgends stehen) erst nach der Buchung erfahren, obwohl wir vorher geschrien haben. Das ist nicht professionell….

Hele fijne vakantie gehad in Marbella. Echt een toplocatie. Schitterend uitzicht over zee en alles binnen handbereik. Wel super jammer dat het zwembad naast de accommodatie gesloten was. Gewoon een aanrader !!!

Nice apartment with great view

Nice apartment with great view, located at the beach of Marbella. We enjoyed our stay due to the large roof terrace. that gave us opportunity to have sun all day long, with a 360° spectacular view of Marbella. Although we have some claims. The apartement is surly not 60 squaremeter, but more likely 40. there was offend a bad smell from the pluming in the bathroom spreading to the rest of the rooms. Bathroom was not propper cleaned like the service in the kitchen. there was no microwave oven as stated online. Several light bulbs was not functioning . The toilet buttons was broke and not well functioning.! If several electric items is switched on the electricity fail to work! please notice even if you pay for the parking no parking slot is guaranteed, and they are almost full all the time, so often we went by food instead of takning the car!! the risk loosing the parking slot was to great.

Penthouseerfahrung

Auf dem Bildmaterial sieht es gut aus, alles andere ist eine Zumutung und unmöglich zu bewohnen. Es stank zum Himmel nach Fäkalien aus dem Minibadezimmer. Es kam aus der Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Die Energie und Strom viel ständig aus, wenn man Kaffee kochen und gleichzeitig Wasser für ein Frühstücksei kochen wollte. Auf der Dachterrasse war es nicht besser, da hier die Entlüftung des Abwassers war. Die Gerüche wünsche ich niemanden. Sonst ziemlich verwohnt und kaum Tassen oder Geschirr. Das war Horror! Nach Kontaktierung der Eigentümerin war diese sofort bemüht, eine entsprechende Ersatzwohnung zur Verfügung zu stellen, welche ok war!

Not a clean apartment

My experience with this property was not very good! The apartment was dirty, the bathroom was smelly, the fridge I had to wash it myself because it was smelling horrible! I washed but still smelling, my advice it is to change the fridge with a new one! The terrace it says that it is private, but in one day while I was sleeping I heard some noises on the terrace, 2 persons was there to fix something and they told me that the terrace it is not private! Beside that 2 persons no other people came to the terrace! The only good thing it is the view, and it is very quiet! And it is another thing that i did not like it, was the welcome of the manager with her bad attitude! The parking you have to pay 25€ a day!

Clean apartment right above restaurants, bars and the beach.

Penthouse apartment on the 11th floor just upstairs from loads of restaurants and the promenade. Large terrace with table and chairs, a great place to enjoy a morning coffee and people watch the boardwalk down below. Easy 10 minutes walk to Orange Square. Just go downstairs to rent a sunbed on the beach. Apartment is clean and well furnished. Building is gated and secure. I would recommend it to couples and we would stay again!

Its a hidden gem and the magical view will for sure blew you away.
The privacy at top of the roof is unique and a better view and loction is hard to find. You walk everywere and dont need a car.
