"The Little Cottage" har helt byggts om. och inkluderar alla nya apparater och möbler.

Det är en perfekt plats att koppla av eller använda som en reträtt när du kommer tillbaka från en dag på stranden, segling, golf, skidåkning, eller snöskoter ridning. Det är svalt på sommaren och varmt och mysigt på vintern.

Väggen av fönster i det stora rummet har en underbar utsikt över sjön Macatawa. (Lake tillgång på samma gata) Främre däck för morgonkaffe eller en svalkande drink i solnedgången. Skarndäck med grill och ett bord för sex för utomhusbruk måltider.

Det finns två sovrum och en bäddsoffa i det stora rummet. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Cyklar i skjul för användning på cykelvägar i närheten.

Comfortable home, nice location

We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a little view of the lake between the houses across the street.

Cozy Cottage with a View

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cottage located just minutes away from Holland State Park. In addition to its close proximity to the Park, the cottage also boasts an inviting front porch with views of Lake Macatawa. While the cottage is smaller, it has all of the amenities and comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with views of the lake. The bedrooms are comfortable and overall the home is well- equipped. An added bonus is access to the bicycles in the shed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and you will too!

Wonderful!

Beautiful cottage. Beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful lake. Big side yard kids could play soccer in, lovely deck with outdoor seating and grill. Everything was bright and clean, lots of towels, easy check in/out process. Would definitely go back…. 10/10

It truly is the “Perfect Little Cottage”

Easy check in, fantastic Location, bright and cheery cottage. The neighborhood is lovely and a great place to ride bikes and for our morning walks. Perfect for 4 adults.

Comfortable and cute

Spent a girls weekend in Holland and this home was the perfect “home base” for the weekend. We didn’t cook, so I can’t say much about the kitchen, but the living room and dining rooms was perfect for visiting. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a quick drive to downtown or the beach.

Magical Little Cottage by Holland State Park

We really enjoyed our stay at this sweet little cottage. Had plenty of room and amenities to keep our family of 4 comfortable and relaxed. Just a short drive down to Holland state park. You can see the water from the front porch. Had a grill and outside seating area. Bright sunny front room to relax in.

It’s a beautiful cottage. The landscaping is amazing. We couldn’t get the dryer to work properly and I should have called you. Everything else was great. And the neighbor across the street invited us to come over for the Fourth of July! Such a lovely outreach.

Waukazoo Woods exploration

Beautiful cottage across the street from the lake and minutes from Ottawa state park and Tunnel park. Amazing beaches and scenery that are second to few in the world. Really impressed! Lots of restaurants and shops downtown. We’ll be back for sure!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The cottage lacked nothing, from linens, towels, kitchen needs, games, etc. The neighbors were vey kind and inviting as well. We had to merely unpack and enjoy lake life for a long weekend. Thank you to the Houseman's for sharing your property with us.

Clean beachy cottage in great neighborhood

This cottage had everything that our family of 5 needed. The living area was very open and kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms are small but adequate. The shed with bikes and washer and dryer were appreciated! The neighborhood is very nice and was nice to bike through. Location good for Holland State Park Beach but a bit of drive to downtown Holland. We very much appreciated the cottage for our home base for our first trip to Holland!

Weekend Get Away

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy cottage, we wished we had booked for a longer stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the front porch & the friendly neighbors. Also, not a far drive to Holland State Park.
