Ombyggda stall, 2 sovrum, 1 badrum, köksmatsal och vardagsrum öppen planlösning. Beläget i Challock går en liten by med skogsmark Trust bara 1 minut bort. På toppen av North Downs i ett område med enastående naturlig skönhet. Canterbury, Maidstone, Ashford, Faversham, Whitstable, Leeds Castle, Chilham, Chartham och Wye och sydkusten alla inom 20-30 min bilresa. Beläget som en del av en säker gated egendom. Inom 5 minuter av länet pubar och restauranger.

En parkeringsplats. Utanför uteplats med bbq och möbler. Modernt kök och badrum.

Köksavdelningen och vardagsrummet är alla ett rum, öppen planlösning. Framdörren är en stabil dörr, som kan ha den övre halvdelen öppen och bottenhalvan stängd om du så önskar.

Ett sovrum med en inbyggd king size-säng och den andra mindre sovrummet innehåller en enkelsäng som konverterar till en dubbelsäng och är bekväm. Rymden är hårdare i det andra mindre rummet när sängen är en dubbel.

Det finns en dusch och ett bad längs sidan toaletten och sjunker i badrummet.

Stugan är stor och ljus och ändå mysig och den perfekta säkra basen för din familj och husdjur.

Stugan ligger på gated grunder och ligger inom ett säkert trädgårdsområde. Det delar en uppfart med huvudhuset.

Kent short vacation

Very comfortable well presented holiday gite. Everything you could need for an enjoyable stay provided by the hosts. The hot tub was a welcome added bonus during the stay.

Great weekend

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was so peaceful and lovely! Really nice little place & the hot tub and patio area was perfect for us! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cosy, quiet get away.

Absolutely fantastic week spent here. The property is very private, clean and furnished to a good standard. Both Jim and Victoria the owner’s are lovely people and an absolute pleasure to meet. Highly recommended and we will most definitely be staying with them again.

Brilliant stay in lovely accommodation

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here, Vic & Jim were great hosts and made sure everything was to our liking. Lovely patio area with a BBQ which is a real suntrap. Would definitely recommend, as well as visiting some of the local pubs.

A relaxing Oasis

The stables is a lovely, very welcoming and comfortable cottage. Victoria and Jim are the nicest people, very good hosts who made us feel absolutely at ease. The beds are very cozy and the little terrace was our favorite spot. We'd love to return someday.

Chilled weekend in a cosy cottage with the best hosts :-)

Relaxing, restful weekend in a cosy converted stables, spotlessly clean with everything you need, hot tub, BBQ, games, surrounded by tress, very quiet all you could hear were the birds, excellent hosts on hand if we needed anything, loved it so much booked another visit, thank you so much Victoria and Jim :-)

Lovely break

Lovely little break for us, in a beautifully secluded little bungalow/cottage type place. Was short notice for the hosts but was lovely in every way still, just a shame it wasn’t longer. Plenty to do in the near vicinity, even if the weather isn’t the best. Well recommended.

Great property in a wonderful situation

Victoria and Jim made us feel welcome after a long drive down to Kent, and were available if we needed anything. A beautiful little cottage in a really peaceful setting, surrounded by trees. With places to see within easy reach by car, games and books to hand in the cottage, and space for the dog to smell and explore outside. Would love to stay again.

The perfect cottage with hot tub for girly weekend

We loved our stay at the farm. The ideal location for driving to lovely local towns, Whitstable etc., check-in was very smooth and we were greeted on arrival. The cottage is really well stocked, not the usual rental with no crockery/wine glasses. We even remarked that the bedding & towels smelt so fresh. We chilled, we watched some TV, we luxuriated in the hot tub. There was ample space for our group of 3. We actually thought the cottage was better in person, than the photos - it is nice and spacious.

Challock

Very good property. The only criticism is the pull out bed in bedroom two is not really for adults but would be ideal for children. Location is very good. Short drive to Ashford and huge international designer shopping centre. The hosts Jim and Victoria cannot do enough for you.

tolles Haus für einen schönen Urlaub

Wir haben in dem süßen Cottage 12 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Problemen oder Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Das Cottage ist wirklich hübsch renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Selbstversorger-Urlaub benötigt. Der Whirlpool war natürlich das absolute highlight. Abends im Dunkeln, nach einen aufregenden Tag, dort in 40° warmen Wasser zu liegen und in die Sterne zu schauen ist wirklich toll. Uns haben eigentlich nur zwei Kleinigkeiten gestört. Zum einen liegt das Haus direkt an einer Hauptstraße und aufgrund der nicht isolierten Fenster ist es zur rushour morgens und abends wirklich tlw. sehr laut in den Schlafzimmern. Außerdem quietscht das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut, sodass wir uns Nachts immer wieder gegenseitig geweckt haben. Für jemanden mit leichtem Schlaf kann dies wirklich sehr störend sein. Tiefschläfer werden es vermutlich gar nicht bemerken. Dennoch haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Great stay at the cottage

We had an amazing time at the cottage. There were 4 of us for my 40th birthday. I would totally recommend to anyone and was really great full for a relaxing stay and the fact I could bring my dogs was brilliant for me. Owners Victoria and Jim were very friendly, lovely and accommodating. We will definitely be returning. The only minor minor suggestion is to have maybe the small bin in the kitchen put in the bathroom and a larger one in the kitchen. We were ok but 4 females really needed that for hygiene purposes. The cottage was beautiful and clean and the hot tub just gave us the relaxation we needed. Great value for money and I’m great full for such a pleasent 40th. Everything you need, friendly hosts and safe place for dogs

The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable - we went in July only for 2 nights and there was a water shortage which meant one day we had no water! Really bad luck as out of the owners control but slightly ruined it not being able to flush the loo or have a shower - just our bad luck as we were told it doesn’t happen often. You can hear traffic noise but it wasn’t a problem. We would like to return as it was ideal for two couples with dogs. Lovely owners who live close by

We always like to hear how much people relax staying here. You are both near to lots of places but remote enough to feel hidden from the world outside too.

Our area is like an oasis from the world outside. You can chill out on the patio with drinks and relax in the hot tub, listen to the birds singing and we love dogs so your family pet or pets are welcome to stay here. The is woodland trust walks directly opposite our property which is great for dog walks and just strolling through to breathe in the wellness and mindfulness of it all.
