Fastigheten är ett obefläckat presenterat, 3 sovrum, viktoriansk terrasserad strandhus i Marske by the Sea. Fastigheten har utsikt över Valley Gardens på ett mycket lugnt läge (passar inte för grupper) och ligger cirka 200 meter från den vackra, orörda sandstranden. Havet vid Marske är utmärkt och vattenkvalitetsklassificeringen av miljöbyrån är "Utmärkt" ", baserat på prover tagna från 2015 till 2018. Marske by the Sea ligger mellan Saltburn och Redcar på nordkusten i North Yorkshire. Fastigheten har ett stort vardagsrum och matsal, ett stort kök med sittplatser och ett frukostbord. På övervåningen finns det två stora sovrum med king size-sängar och ett mycket litet (vuxen) enkelrum. Det moderna badrummet har ett fristående badkar och separat duschkabin. På baksidan av fastigheten finns en liten innergård. Hela fastigheten är smakfullt inredda och mycket bekväma. Det passar familjer och par som vill utforska de lokala North York-hedarna och NY-kusten. Fastigheten erbjuder alla vanliga bekvämligheter i hemmet. Superfast Wifi och Smart TV ingår.

Den underbara 8 mil långa stranden ger en fantastisk dörr promenad till antingen Saltburn by the Sea eller Redcar. Hoppa i bilen och ta en kort bilresa till N York-hedarna eller köra längs kusten mot Whitby där du hittar många små byar perfekt för en familjedag. Den historiska fiskehamnen i Whitby med dess gamla kloster (Dracula's Castle) och Captain Cooks museum (vinnare av Visit England guldpris 2013). Racegoers kommer att njuta av en dag på Redcar-lopp och det finns flera golfbanor som alla är inom räckhåll. En idealisk plats att njuta av Yorkshire kusten och hedar året runt.

Excellent Location and Property

The property was clean, warm and a pleasure to stay in. Located in a quiet area with no problems parking at any point, within easy walking distance of local amenities and the beach. Without doubt one of the best properties/locations we have stayed at.

Lovely home away from home

Fantastic property, big rooms and homey feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here, wish we could have stayed for longer! Speedy communication from hosts too. Would definitely recommend for people wanting to explore the Teesside area.

Cosy and well equipped house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The check in and communication was perfect. We arrived to a fridge with wine, beer, eggs and milk. In addition a pack of biscuits on the counter. Perfect..! We settled in well and enjoyed our daily walks on the magnificent beach. Returning to a very warm and cosy house. All in all, this is a very good holiday location. A couple of things need to be sorted to make this place perfect. The dishwasher needs to be repaired or better replaced (owner is looking into this). Also the TV in the front bedroom needs a new remote, as the on/off button did not work. We have taken a mark off for Cleanliness due to our opinion the cleaner had just cleaned around things. More attention to detail would have been a 5 star rating. In short we fully recommend this location and will most likely return in future.

Wonderful Stay

This house was so welcoming and well equipped. It felt like home from home. The lovely welcome touches were gratefully received and a very unexpected bonus to our stay. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and thoroughly by the owners. I had never been to Marske before but I have fallen in love with the place, we did miles of walking followed by lots of reading and relaxing in this lovely property. Thanks for a great stay. We look forward to visiting you again.

Family Fun by the Sea

We had an amazing week in a lovely well equipped house, seconds from the beach. We enjoyed lovely walks along the beach each morning, , trips to nearby Whitby, walks in the Moors, all on the doorstep! Shops are nearby with everything you need. The house itself was everything we needed and wished for and more! And we had support on hand should we have needed it from Paul, and the biscuits on arrival were a welcome bonus! Thank you 😊

Beautiful Marske-by-the-Sea

What a location!! The beach is at the end of the street. High Street with little bars/cafes/restaurants just around the corner. We had a great week here and can’t wait to return. Husband and son bought wetsuits and bodyboards from one of the surf shops in Saltburn which is just a 10 minute drive away or a pleasant 45 minute walk via the cycle/footpath. The house was perfect for myself and husband, my parents and our 13 year old boy. We all felt really at home. We will definitely be visiting again.

Such a beautiful place

We had a really wonderful week staying at this lovely house. It was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed - the location was just perfect! Marske beach is so beautiful & the walk to Saltburn is fabulous across the sand, paddling in the sea & finding fossils. We also visited Whitby for crabbing, Robin Hood’s Bay & Staithes. We’ve been telling everyone about how amazing the North Yorkshire coast is! Communication from the owners was spot on - they couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend this lovely house for a holiday - we didn’t want to go home!

Spotlessly clean home from home

Fabulous property with everything needed for a great stay. Check in was very easy and the communication excellent.? The house was spotlessly clean and extremely comfy. Marske is a lovely little place with all the shops you could need and the ship Inn a 5 minute walk away is welcoming with good food and a beer garden. The expance of beach is literally minutes away and apart from a few dog walkers is nice and quiet. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.

Just spent 9 nights at this property-really enjoyed it. Property was excellent and had everything you could need. Location was great just minutes from the beach, and well located to explore this part of Yorkshire. Communication from the owners was excellent-all in all a great family holiday-thanks

Good location, great if you have a dog, nice comfortable house with lovely shower and bath. Parking a little awkward, could do with a superking bed and more attention to detail and cleanliness in kitchen (e.g. lighting and units/cooker/fridge cleanliness).

Nice house, lovely place

On stepping through the front door we were impressed with the size and comfort of the house. We felt very much at home and comfortable in the house. However, even though we encountered a problem with the dishwasher, the owner was keen to get it fixed. Due to the logistics of getting a repair man to the property we didn't manage to get it fixed before we left, but that didn't bother us at all. The house is 5 minutes from the beach and the sea. I would have loved to have had a wander up to the shops at the village but we didn't feel it necessary, under the current COVID restrictions. I would highly recommend this place, for a relaxing get away.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it provided us with what we were seeking, peace and quiet, a chance to sit back and relax and enjoy some lovely walks on the beach. The weather was also very good for the time of year.

Brilliant location

Really loved the house, the bedrooms were fantastic. The location is just brilliant, the beach is massive and really clean, we had great walks to Saltburn and Redcar as well as the moors, all on the door step.

Brilliant Stay

We had a brilliant stay and loved how it was so close to the beach (2 min walk) as our son and dog loved being that close. It was a great home from home to stay in for the week and would definitely recommend this property and location to anyone.

We were really happy with where we stayed. Knew from the photos that it would be nice but it was better than expected. Gorgeous house. Amazing location. Was a home from home for us and our two dogs. Everything we needed was thought of and provided by the owners. We will be booking again 😊
