Boho-stugan är ett helt nytt tillägg till fastigheten The Vintage Round Top. Fastigheten Vintage Round Top är en skräddarsydd semesterbostad med modern vintagestil. Fastigheten ligger i Round Top, TX, och ligger på ett och ett halvt tunnland vackert land betesmark och består av två stugor: Nr 1450 och Boho.

Boho-stugan har en modern blandning av boho, glam och industriella element. Hemmet på 2000 kvadratmeter har två (2) sovrum, tre (3) fulla bad, ett 900 kvadratmeter stort rum med välvda tak. Det stora rummet har ett vardagsrum, en matsal med plats för 8-10 och ytterligare två sittplatser. Boho är komplett med ett fullt utrustat kök, gas spis, full tvättmaskin / torktumlare, premium sänglinne, RVT badprodukter, central AC / värme, Wi-Fi och satellit-TV. Varje sovrum har sin egen privata uteplats och det finns också två täckta däck som kommer från det stora rummet respektive kök. Vi erbjuder specialbyggda toppen av linjen Stearns och Foster sängar!Slutligen, med Boho har du den privata och exklusiva användningen av den bakre delen av fastigheten Vintage Round Top.

Boho rymmer övernattningar för max 8 personer med följande arrangemang:

• Master sovrum (king size-säng) & bifogat master bad med badkar och separat dusch

• Gäst sovrum (2 queen size-sängar) med ett bifogat badrum med dusch och badkar

• Stora rum (två dagarsängar) med ett eget badrum

Perfect little Round Top get away!

We stayed here for my 40th birthday and had the most wonderful, relaxing weekend! Paige's house is perfectly curated and such a beautiful escape in the country- from the property itself to every little design detail, it's perfectly "Round Top". I have stayed in the smaller guest houses as well and highly recommend! We will certainly be back!

This is what a vacation rental should be. The photos are exactly what you get. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is ample. A bottle of wine and chocolate awaited us. If you are coming to the area and any of these cottages are available, stay here!!

Exquisite Accommodations at Boho House

Boho House is an absolute showstopper. Lovely chocolate and wine waiting for us upon arrival. We enjoyed opening all the doors, playing music while sipping wine on the patio overlooking a field of flowers. Just lovely. We will be back!

Comfortable, stylish & conveniently located

We really enjoyed our stay here. The attention to detail is phenomenal which also really helps you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. We also used the full size bbq grill and enjoyed the patio which they don't include photos of on the listing but is also really nice and spacious. The house felt like a high end boutique hotel with loads of character but with so much more space. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at this enchanting BOHO VRBO in Round Top was nothing short of spectacular! As husband + wife real estate agents, we often seek out properties that combine comfort, style, and functionality—and this charming retreat delivered on ALL fronts!! The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the tasteful bohemian decor that exuded warmth and creativity. The soft colors, eclectic furnishings, and thoughtful details created a space that was both inviting and inspiring. Every corner of the property seemed to tell a story, making it a truly unique experience. From a business perspective, the property was perfect. The high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable spaces allowed us to seamlessly conduct our real estate operations. The natural light flooding in through large windows made working here a joy, enhancing our productivity and keeping us energized throughout the day. The Vintage Round Top BOHO excelled in providing relaxation and entertainment. Stylish, clean and close to town

We stayed here to celebrate a friend's 40th. There were 6 of us and everyone went on and on how cool the house was; the decor, the size, and location can't be beat. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing accommodations!

We really enjoyed the house. It was 5 ladies and we all felt very comfortable especially with the 3 full baths and plenty of mirrors. Big space concept was wonderful. We were all either on the couches or the dinning table... chit catting and playing games. The décor was amazing. Cannot say enough of the house, the location, and of the town. We will be back during one of the big antique weekends.

Girls Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Vintage Round Top - Boho Cottage. It was a perfect set up for a group of 5 and great location, just down the road from the main shops and restaurants. The cottage was very clean and cozy and the fireplace made it extra special. Loved the home decor and definitely would like to stay here again!

A great getaway for 2 girlfriends!

My best friend and I get together a couple of times a year for a quilting, wine drinking and catching up retreat. The Boho cottage in Round Top was a wonderful setting for this summer’s get together. It was in pristine condition ( not always easy to find ), quiet and very convenient to Round Rock, Giddings and La Grange. We had some really nice dinners out and relaxing times staying in. I would recommend Paige, Smoot and their hospitality highly!

Each stay in this exquisite house ends the same way—with our asking ourselves how soon we can schedule our return. From the stunning design to the thoughtful details, this house could merit a destination in itself, but we come for the music, art and shopping this little town has to offer. Paige and Smoot Hull developed The Vintage Round Top in 2012 when they opened their first renovated cottage named No. 1450 in Round Top, Texas — home of renowned antiquing shopping and stunning countryside. The 2,400 sq. ft. home was designed with sustainability in mind. It’s comprised of reclaimed building materials and unique vintage finds creatively re-purposed into furniture, lighting, and decor. By combining modern, clean lines with reclaimed vintage touches, the "Modern Vintage" style was defined.

Over the next few years, many people retreated to No. 1450 as a special haven for getaways, celebrations, and special moments. The Hulls loved being able to share their home and their modern vintage lifestyle with others, so they decided to expand and share their home with even more people. In 2016 construction began on a second cottage named Boho. Unlike the original cottage that embodies an industrial modern farmhouse feel, the new Boho cottage features a more modern mixture of boho, glam, and industrial elements. Additionally, the Hulls are excited about showcasing the many talented artisans who have collaborated with them on this new project.

We bought this property because we love the rolling hills, fresh air, and pastoral views in this small unique town. Only one and a half hours from Houston or Austin and two hours from San Antonio, the town of Round Top has art galleries, antique shops, wine bars, and cafes that rival the big cities. The internationally renowned Round Top Antique Fair is held twice a year in Spring and Fall. Small town parades and festivals are held in the town square and bring you back to a simpler time. Festival Hill and Shakespeare at Winedale provide first-class entertainment. Five + small Texas towns are all only 20 minutes away with two large boating lakes 20 - 45 minutes away.
