Den här underbara hem har omarbetats från topp till botten, med alla nya inredning, nya trägolv, och fullt målas. Var en av de första att bo i vad som känns som en helt ny hem! Stor klyfta utsikt från 2: a och 3: e våningen balkonger, är detta hem bara en tillbaka från stranden. I det ögonblick du promenera på, är du hälsade med med coola trä toner och krämig nyanser av blått och vitt. Två rum på första våningen har en kung rum och en våningssäng rum med en drottning över drottning våningssäng. Ett badrum med duschkabin ligger i anslutning till båda rummen. En tvättstuga garderob med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare avslutat den första nivån.

Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet är med på andra våningen, inklusive ett vardagsrum, matplats, balkong med Gulf View, och full storlek kök. En plysch soffsektion vetter mot HDTV samtidigt som Gulf vyer precis utanför. En inbjudande cirkulär, återvunnet trä matbord är tillgänglig för middag med angränsande frukost bar plats för ytterligare gäster. Family Trip for Spring Break

Location and proximity to the beach are what we loved most about this property! We could walk to and from the beach through out the day with ease. Our party included adult children, teenage girls, and grandma so there was a lot of coming and going. The house itself is beautiful and clean! Things to be aware of include parking and bathrooms. My oldest son arrived at midnight our first night having driven separately with his girlfriend adding our third vehicle. By 6:00 AM the next morning we had a warning sticker. The two full bathrooms are located on the first and third floor, one each. So be prepared to share. Some things don’t work, the blender for instance. Some things work beautifully, like the coffee pot! We enjoyed sitting on the porches watching the ocean from each floor. The house is stocked with lots of fun games and books. The bikes are wonderful for riding around 30A. Overall we had an amazing week at this beach house!

Great beach house close to gulf

Super close to the beach and pool. The master bedroom and living room have great balconies with partial views of the beach. The house was well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback is that, although the house sleeps 8-10 people, there is only room for two cars in the driveway, and parking on the street is prohibited. However, I would stay here again!

Everything was GREAT!!! The only improvements: 1- Bikes needed Air in tires and WE HAD TO TAKE THEM TO A BIKE SHOP FOR AIR. Everything should be ready to go or there NEEDS TO BE A PUMP ON PROPERTY 2 - The Master Bedroom downstairs did not have any sheets on the bed 3 - Blender did not work well at all!!!!!

Pictures lie!

The pictures show a very different condition of the home. The home is run down and not as big as the angle of the pictures show. Many items have been neglected - washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, flooring, slip covers on linens, mold/mildew smell, both balconies are rotted & not taken care, trash along property in the back, no green grass for pets, tv on 2nd floor didn’t stream well, overpriced compared to neighboring homes. The 2 positives- air worked well & water pressure was good. Beware - there are only 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms & 1 bedroom is teenie/tiny w/ no closet.

Things to know.

Overall we were happy with this property. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were a few things that were not working properly (AC not cooling well, sink not draining, etc.), but when the office was messaged the issue were promptly addressed and fixed. Some negatives: Due to the laws about beaches in FL, there was little room to set up your umbrella (canopies and tents not allowed), and you are almost forced to rent chairs from the vendor on the beach. You could also walk down to the public area, which wasn’t bad. The parking in the driveway is extremely tight, and when they say two cars only, that’s all there is. For a unit that will sleep 10, there will be a need to bring three cars, but one car will have to park offsite, and that is a huge problem. A spot should be supplied somewhere else for the extra car. Other than those, I was very pleased with the communication and responsiveness from the office (especially Lauren!).

Great proximity to the beach

We usually stay directly on the beach, but booked this trip last minute and this property did not disappoint. Not directly on the beach, but just a very short walk. Private access leads directly to beach access maybe 150 feet. If you can’t stay directly on the beach, this is the next best thing.

Great for a family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location and provides a lovely view. Overall a great place for 1 max 2 families to share a space close to the beach.The community pool is a great addition.The layout is unusual with the 3rd floor bathroom which can only be accessed through the other bedroom. So you would want to make it a family member who's walking though the bedroom. The kitchen could use a few more cups and spoons and cooking for a crowed requires some creativity with the current equipment.

It does need some updating- the refrigerator is falling apart, the kitchen is not stocked very well,clear instructions for the family room tv operation are needed, and some of the furniture was damaged. However, the views and location made up for it!

This property is beautiful. The master bedroom had the best view and was perfect for morning and evening. We love this little neighborhood and can't wait to go back! The best part is the easy short walk to the beach!

Amazing house and location

What a beautiful home. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Felt twice as big. Super easy beach access. My previous stays in Seacrest and Watercolor we not near as easy to get to the beach and definitely no view. The 2 different balconies are perfect. The parking is tight if you drive a truck or large SUV. But they helped me figure out the situation. Also, my husband left a drawer of clothes (unbeknownst to him) and they called and let us know and had them being shipped back to us the next day. We couldn’t have ask for better service or stay. It was a perfect trip.

One bathroom shared with two bedrooms on the bottom floor and one shared with two bedrooms on the top floor. Not ideal for 8 adults. Half bath on second floor with living space. Kitchen small and not fully stocked.

Great location, room for improvement

The location is great, literally less than a minute from the beach. We had two elderly family members staying with us and the proximity to the beach was a dealbreaker. As far as the house - it is very cute, however, there several observations we’ve made while staying at the Seas the Day. The kitchen is poorly stocked - not enough silverware, chipped dishes, no cutting board or place mats. Pillows in ALL bedrooms are enormous and impossible to sleep on. We asked the management for replacements but received a negative answer, therefore we made a trip to Walmart (about 30 min away) and bought us 4 cheapest pillows, which made all the difference to our sleep. Our internet didn’t work for 3 days and we were told that there had been outages due to “heavy use”. That said, don’t bring your work with you. The spray hose to wash off the sand off your feet is broken and sprays everywhere but your feet:) The sink in the downstairs bathroom doesn’t drain well. I notified the management about all these things and, the only thing that was addressed is the spray gun. It was brought to the porch while we were out and left there. We couldn’t replace it because the old gun was rusted and totally dead in place. We have reported all of these issues to the management company, and hopefully, they will address them before the next renter moves in. The house is, without a doubt, adorable and the location is excellent. With a little TLC it can be an a complete dream! 🎉

Easy Access to Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great stay. Very close walk to beach and only about 6 steps down to sand. Beach area a bit small for the amount of houses using. House very spacious. Kitchen stocked with minimal pots and pans. Needs more towels!(not enough for the amount the house sleeps) I had to wash towels everyday. All beds and pillows were comgortable.

Not as expected, but management immediately addressed concerns

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location and layout was fantastic, but it felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a really long time. It's beginning to show its age. We had a crawling baby who after crawling around had black hands and knees. I immediately contacted the management company who sent a very nice lady the next morning to clean the floors, but it still just felt dirty. We found leftover garbage from a previous guest and the coffee grounds had not been emptied in who knows how long, so there was mold in the coffee pot. I appreciate the quick respons of the management company, but I wouldn't stay in this particular home again.
