Fredlig, lyxiga inställning en kort bilresa från Seaside, akvarell etc. Vi är en 7-10 min promenad eller en 2 min golf cart ride till en bra tillgång till stranden. Blue Mountain Creamery, en favorit för barn i alla åldrar, är en kort promenad från vårt hem. Hwy 30-A är en 17 mil lång väg längs kusten / cykelvägen hela längden. Vi har 3 kung sängar, 1 drottning, en våningssäng w / full på botten, tvilling på toppen, två viksängar + vik ut dubbelsäng ottoman. Du kan bekvämt rymma din familj och vänner. Stor omslag runt verandan w / en del av det screenas; Swing, hängmatta, rockers, plus picknickbord gör det till en perfekt hänga plats efter en dag att leka i havet. 6 platt-TV (ett i varje sovrum / våningssäng / veranda och naturligtvis vardagsrummet) med kabel och netflicks / dvd-spelare / samling av Disney-filmer i våningssäng. Vårt nya hem sitter på halv tunnland stor vilket gör det nästan helt privat ... kan du lyssna på fåglarna på morgonen, och många gånger du kan höra havet. På natten kommer du att höra syrsor, grodor och ugglor. När du besöker vår lilla bit av paradiset, kommer du vill komma tillbaka. Golfvagn (förutsatt endast vid strandresor) Stolar, paraplyer, cyklar och flottor, två, enkelsitskajaker tillhandahålls. Du kan också njuta av en kommersiell ismaskin som gör all is du behöver. Vi erbjuder stora leverantörer för Yolo-brädor, kajaker etc som kommer att levereras och tas upp när du är klar.

2nd time and still excellent

We stayed here in March with our 2,5, & 8 year old. My 70 year old mom who has a cane and our dog and it was perfect. Can’t beat a heated pool right outside your door, the golf cart and plenty of space indoors and outdoors to curl up with a book. Location is just a short drive or walk to the beach and not as crowded as other places along 30a. We plan to be back again soon!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The home had lots of amenities, more than we actually used. Close proximity to the beach - a quick 2 min golf cart ride. The pool was nice which we used a couple of times. Love the quietness of the neighborhood, enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch listening to the birds singing. At night you could hear the beach waves in the distance. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well appointed. Enjoyed Redfish Taco and Blue Mountain bakery nearby, plus a short drive to other restaurants. Loved that the property is pet friendly as we were able to bring our two small dogs along for a quick vacation. If we decide to visit the area again and not stay directly on the beach, we will consider this property again.

The Ultimate Beach Home!!

My wife and I, along with our dog, Boomer, ALWAYS look so forward to spending a relaxing week in this amazing property. It never disappoints!! The home itself is immaculate and laid out so conveniently. It even smells so inviting when you walk in the door that I have placed an Amazon order for the same Wallflower Plug-Ins to keep in my office at work! We thoroughly enjoy the pool area as well as the golf cart that is included with the rental. When the pool area is lit up in the evenings, it is a thing of beauty! One of my personal favorite things about the property is the large garage. That is an extremely unique plus and is the chosen spot for me to store my pier cart, sand spikes and sand flea rake. The garage also has its own ice machine! I never had to buy the first bag of ice the entire eight days we were there...and I use a LOT of ice!! This was our third or fourth time staying here and we hope to return again as soon as possible! Johnna and John (the owners) are fantastic to work with and are so very nice and accommodating! Lord willing, we will be returning there shortly!!John D.

Fun Spring Break!

This vacation property is beautiful! The owners provided everything we could need and some more. The location is ideal - 2min drive from the beach, under 10min to a grocery stores and restaurants. The check out process was fairly simple and easy as well. Would definitely return again.

Perfect Memory Maker

We had a great time on our family vacation! The home was clean and the pool was a great addition to our vacation. Even though we had very bad weather, the home was a perfect vacation for our family. Cannot say enough great things about this place! This is our second year in a row renting this home for vacation and it is just as amazing as the first! This property was beautifully decorated. loved this property. Beds are the best Ive slept in away from my home. Oitdoor area was perfect and cozy. Kids had tons to do on property so we didn't have to stay gone to keep the entertained. Pool is clean and beautifully lit at night. Owners are sweet and easy to work with. We have been coming to the beautiful gulf of Mexico since we were children. As adults we both came here prior to knowing each other. Naturally, when we met, this quickly became one of our favorite spots to make memories together with our family. That's what we've been doing for over 23 yrs now. We never dreamed that one day we could own a " little piece of paradise," but that dream came true in 2010 when we bought a foreclosed property in the Seagrove Beach area, fixed it up and rented it for 3 yrs-selling it for a significant profit, we were able to buy this 1/2 acre lot in Blue Mountain Beach and began building our beach home in 2014. It was finally finished in April of 2015. We shared it with vacationers the next 4 years before we officially moved full time in August 2019. As mush as we love living here, we've decided to move about 10 min from here close to the bay and once again share this beach home with our vacationing friends.
Creating spaces that foster lifelong memory making is what we love to do. Living close, allows us to provide excellent service, quick response times for any issues that arise. We also love to help connect you with local venders that will take your vacation to nothing short of spectacular.
