Ny lägenhet på andra våningen (översta våningen) med luftkonditionering, trådlöst och med tillgång utanför trappan i trädgården eller med hiss. Med modern och kvalitetsinredning, bestående av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng med garderob, 1 toalett med badkar, dusch och fönster, 1 hall till vardagsrummet med inbyggd garderob, 1 stort vardagsrum med matplats med bord för 6 människor och med fönster som vetter mot havet med tillgång till en balkong. I vardagsrummet har TV (portugisiska och BBC), soffa som konverterar till två enkelsängar. Ett oberoende och fullt utrustat kök med kyl, frys, spis, ugn, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, rostmaskin, grill. Balkongen som omger hela rummet har ett bord för 4 personer med helt öppen havsutsikt, utan konstruktion mellan lägenheten och stranden. Balkong med rörlig markis. I ett lugnt område och skyddat från buller från simbassänger och andra aktiviteter i bostadsrätt. Med privat parkering.

Priviligerat läge. 200 meter från stranden, 200 meter från byns centrum, affärer, restauranger och pubar. Helt öppen havsutsikt utan konstruktion mellan lägenheten och stranden. Söderläge balkong med solsken från morgon till sen eftermiddag.

Nice Apartment in Ideal Location

Great location - one of the best in Alvor

This is a great property. Perfect for a couple. Within easy walking distace of the boardwalks, town centre and river front. The manager kelly was helpful.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was excellent.Loved that it was enclosed and gated .It was spacious and had everything we needed .It was very well situated to everything in Alvor .Would definitely recommend it .It was very peaceful and quiet and near the beach .

Second stay at this property this time with the addition of air conditioning. Everything was spot on, great apartment with great views of the Atlantic Ocean and in a great position for everything Alvor has to offer plus a short walk to the beautiful beaches.

Autumn sun

Lovely apartment with sea view. Fairly well equipped but a bread knife would have been useful. There was a small cafetière but a filter coffee machine would have been better. We unfortunately had wet and windy weather.

Relaxing week in Alvor

Had a fabulous week in Alvor at Nuno’s apartment. It is in a fabulous location with a wonderful balcony sea view. Check in with Kelly was punctual and she was very welcoming. The apartment is large, very clean and well equipped. Loved the stay and will return. Thank you

Apartment is exactly as described including the wonderful sea view from the balcony.Perfectly located for beach access and town, in quiet neighborhood. Apartment has everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay, including beach chairs/umbrella. Kelly was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return!

Modern well located apartment

Modern apartment in good location, less than 10 mins to boardwalk/beach and seafront restaurants. Bed is larger than it looks in the picture and is very firm. Pool and pool area immaculate. No evening sun on balcony. Quiet overnight. Would recommend.

Beautiful Alvor

Just back from 10 days in this lovely apartment. Would highly recommend it. So close to beach and town. Alvor was fairly busy but we always got into restaurants. Weather was much hotter than we expected so the air conditioning was an added bonus. Hopefully be back sometime soon.

Excellent apartment

Just returned after a two week stay in this excellent apartment. Everything described in the write up about the apartment and the complex were just as stated. Already rebooked for next year. Very easy booking and sorting payment out with Nuno. Met Kelly within minutes of arriving at apartment complex who full explained everything about apartment ,complex , and surrounding area. No one would be disappointed with the village of Alvor, magnificent beach and walkway. David

Super location, great apartment

Booked this apartment with Kelly after emailing Nuno the owner. We met Kelly on arrival and found her helpful and informative. The apartment was ideal,spacious, clean, well equipped and perfectly situated being a 5 minute gentle walk to town centre and lovely restaurants and bars and a similar walk to the beaches. The pool area was lovely with a separate childrens pool and the water was a lovely temp for swimming. The whole complex is immaculately kept with on-site parking if you have car hire. There are local bars and supermarkets within 2 mins walk, .We are in our 60's and thoroughly enjoyed the complex but it also looks ideal for families. We will certainly be booking this apartment again as we visit Alvor regularly, could'nt ask for more.

Recomendable. Buen apartamento

Buen apartamento, vistas mar, muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo, playa, puerto, centro, mercado, tiendas...Bien equipado, con todo lo necesario, completisimo, electrodomésticos, vajila, cubertería, toallas, ropa de cama. Piscina magnifica con hamacas y sombrillas. La finva muy bien cuidado, jardines, limpieza. El apartamento tiene también sombrillas, colchoneta para las hamacas de la piscina, sillas de playa, palas. Alvor es bonito, pequeño, tranquilo, con pasarelas para pasear por la ría y la playa, se aparca fácil, playas Tres hermanos preciosas. Lugar perfecto para inas buenas vacaciones.

Vacances à ALVOR Portugal

Logement tres bien situé proche et vue sur mer Intérieur bien meublé et confortable Literie légèrement inconfortable Environnement général : les plages et les alentours très bien amanagé pour la marche et le vélo. Les restaurants sont conviviaux et la cuisine appréciable Un bémol : un seul trousseau de clefs ce qui oblige à toujours être ensemble ou bien l'autre est contraint de rester à l'appartement. Il est nécessaire de comprendre l'anglais car la personne en charge de la réception ne parle pas le Français. Par contre elle met tout en oeuvre pour satisfaire les locataires, cette personne est très à l'écoute et compétente. Notre séjour a été merveilleux. Cordialement F.Mallet & Jean Pierre Duqueroix

Apartamento com tudo o que é necessário. Um terraço fabuloso virado para o mar. Piscina tranquila e ambiente do condomínio calmo. Condomínio com ótima localização. Pode-se ir a pé para todo o lado (praia, centro de Alvor, supermercado). Proprietário sempre disponível para responder às questões colocadas.

Villa da Praia

This property is in an excellent situation, close to the village of Alvor, the beach and close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. This property being in a level, (not hilly) locale is ideal for anyone with walking difficulties and though situated on the second floor has modern lifts within the gated complex. I stress “lifts” as the one nearest the apartment did go out of service on our first weekend but there are other lifts nearby. Some of the cutlery could be improved ( no bread knife and the wok in poor condition) but most of what you need is supplied. The balcony of the flat has a good outlook over the open grassland to the ocean. I would however suggest that the window blinds be at least repaired to allow them to open and close fully to allow full appreciation of the vista whilst giving privacy as the flat is partially overlooked by other apartments nearby. In summary I could consider staying here again and would recommend, given the minor improvements that I have suggested being carried out. I made contact with Kelly, the agent for the property and though she could not attend herself made arrangements for her mother in law to allow us to access the flat earlier. We did have to contact Kelly later in the week as we could not find any change of bedding. This was dealt with a couple of days later.

It´s my family holiday home. Every summer have 2/3 weeks in the apartment with my family. In winter it´s a fantastic retreat to spend a few weekends. In most part of the year, it´s a pleasure to share this special place with special guests. The sun shines every day in Alvor.

There are many apartments built for business rent and there are homes where the guests feel in your own home. This is the concept of our apartment.
Neat decoration, Quality furniture, Comfort, Cozy, The best location for all who don´t want holidays needing a car. Near to everything. Excellent location in a private and closed condominium with gardens and 2 swimming pools, 1 for adults and 1 for children. The location of the apartment inside the condominium is very reserved and very quiet, away from the usual noise of the swimming-pools. For those who enjoy holidays with refinement and quality with a very good price.
