Fastigheten har 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, ett fullt utrustat kök och är smakfullt inredda. Den har en bra storlek söderläge terrass med havsutsikt, och det finns privat parkering i källargaraget. Den gemensamma takterrassen har en pool och en fantastisk utsikt över havet, floden och bergen. Fastigheten är idealiskt belägen i hjärtat av byn, som har ett överflöd av barer, restauranger och presentbutiker. Stranden ligger 300 meter bort (5 minuters promenad) och den närmaste minimarknaden är 50 meter bort. Alvor är en mycket älskad traditionell portugisisk fiskeby, full av karaktär, med vitkalkade byggnader, kullerstensgator, matmarknad och kyrka. Det finns flera golfbanor i närheten (Alto och Penina) och andra inom en kort bilresa (Palmares och Morgado). I närheten finns också de livliga städerna Portimao (5 minuters bilresa), den historiska staden Silves, med sitt slott och katedral (20 minuters bilresa) och den kosmopolitiska staden Lagos (25 minuters bilresa).

Great place

The condo is perfect, plenty of room and so well equipped.Easy walking distance to all restaurants and grocery stores. Quick walk to the boardwalk.William is a fantastic host, both he and Ana addressed any questions quickly

Great Stay

Had a great time staying at this apartment. Apartment is in a great central location in Alvor town close to shops, bars and restaurants. Willie was great replied quickly to any queries. We will stay again definitely.

Willy’s Place

Very nice property. The kitchen, living room, and deck were very nice spaces. Internet and TV good. Washing machine was a nice extra. The location was very good to the boardwalk, beach, and grocery store. The Green Door restaurant is excellent.

Fabulous location

Overall, we have had a really great stay at this apartment. The location is superb with it being just minutes away from the centre. Apartment was well equipped and had a really good amount of utensils etc. There is some slight maintenance needed but very minor and this wouldnt put us off staying here again. The building works didnt really bother us as we are up early anyway. We had a really great time here.

Alvor centre apartment

The property is very good. Very well located. However, the MAJOR construction site outside the front door (at the rear of the property) was a massive issue given the noise it generated from 8am to after 6pm. It ruined the overall experience. Guests should be made aware of the site before booking. We found the noise intolerable as well as the lack of privacy it generated from having bedrooms overlooked. The rooftop pool ambience is ruined by the noise and crane swinging overhead. Some people may not find the construction of 34 apartments/units an issue especially when steels and concrete are being put in. When the construction is finished it would score a far higher rating in terms of location/neighbourhood and overall experience.

Viaje en familia. Apartamento a unos 12-15 minutos andando a la playa y a 50 metros de la zona mas turistica con tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Muy amplio y cómodo.

Bem localizado. Casa com excelentes condições , no centro da vila e a poucos minutos da praia, a pé. Zona bastante calma. Recomendo e pretendo regressar novamente .

Alvor apartment

Good value. Great location. We were happy to have such a good size terrace. We were a bit disappointed our first task in Alvor was sourcing toilet tissue. Other than that it was set up for vacationers and we were happy with our booking. Lots of things to do within walking distance.

A great apartment - perfect location for everything!

Perfect location for everything! A very clean, modern apartment with everything you need; close to the shops, supermarket, restaurants, harbour and board walks to the beach. Nice views out to sea from the balcony/front room. Quiet at night too. Great wifi and air con and good dark bedrooms. The roof terrace has fabulous views for relaxing in the sun with a little pool to cool down in. We loved it!

Excellent stay

Appartment was spotless clean and is in a great location with all facilities required including English TV.. Communication with owner Willie was quick and reassuring. Would definetly recommend.
