Detta charmiga lilla hus ligger i ett mycket önskat område i Sóller, eftersom det har morgonsolen och ligger bara 5 minuters promenad från huvudtorget. Fastigheten ligger på en återvändsgränd i ett lugnt område som heter Cas Panarers. Vi rekommenderar att gå till fots eftersom åtkomsten är mycket smal och ingången med bil är inte tillrådligt. På cirka 5 minuters promenad från huset kan du hitta en parkeringsplats.
Huset har 90m2 och är fördelat på två våningar. På bottenvåningen finns en charmig ingång ombyggd till ett vardagsrum med öppen spis och toalett. Efter några trappor är köket och källarna omvandlas till ett platsrum / TV-rum. De två sovrummen ligger på första våningen med badrum (badrum). Huset har kall / varm luftkonditionering.
Framför huset, bara genom att korsa grannvägen, hittar vi en byggnad i två plan, där tvätten är belägen, och det finns också en magnifik trädgård, där du kan sola och äta under sommarkvällarna. Fastigheten ligger på en gata utan direkt trafik. En perfekt plats att njuta av en lugn semester utan att vara för långt från stadens centrum.

We really enjoyed our time here! The house was beautiful and in a lovely area, just a short walk to the town centre and very quiet with lots of great views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, including a coffee machine which we made good use of during our stay. The private garden was very pretty and a nice place to eat breakfast or have a glass of wine. The Xisca team left really clear instructions for everything, including easy to follow directions to the property which were much appreciated. Overall we were really impressed! Would recommend this to others looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

Soller stay

The cottage is great, and in a delightful and safe residential area about a 10 minute walk to the lovely Old town of Soller...We highly recommend the beautiful tram connecting the town to the port (where there is a great beach). We also did a day trip on the bus to Deia ... very beautiful mountain village.Xisca and Virginia were very helpful... they run the place very well. As it was a heatwave when we were there...it would good to have some fans downstairs (or ideally aiircon downstairs too..which the bedrooms had and were therfore cool)..Also as we arrived at night...the directions could have been a bit more precise...step by step guide from Bar Molina for example...not just photos.Overall though it was a lovely stay and one I am happy to recommend to others.

Nice house in the center of Sóller

We had a wonderful time at the house in Sóller and didn’t miss a thing. The amenities are excellent, and thanks to the pellet stove, it was always comfortably warm. The beds are outstanding—we slept exceptionally well. We loved being so close to the center while still having our own peaceful retreat. The beautifully landscaped garden was another highlight. It couldn’t have been better! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed it, the house was in a quite nighbourhood, really clean, neat and had a nice garden which we could enjoy. Also the interior design looks really nice and cosy. Parking around could be a little challenge, but from the house you are in the citycenter within minutes.

Great New Year break

This is the second time we've stayed in this accommodation for New Year in Soller. The house is really equipped and in a great location, near to the centre but still very peaceful.When we arrived the pelllet stove was on so depsite the time of year it felt really cosy and welcoming. The little garden across the way is lovely, overlooking the water, and I would imagine that during the warmer months this would be a great place to relax in. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was a great way to see in the New Year

A slightly quirky house in a quiet area of Soller within easy reach of the centre of town. For older people the stairs may prove a bit tricky. The outside area is a nice area to eat outside.

We loved our stay in this charming town house far enough out of the bustling centre of Sóller to feel real. The house was well equipped. The little garden a bonus but more comfortable garden furniture would have been appreciated.

Cozy house in a beautiful rural setting with fabulous views .

Lovingly restored rural property, stylish and modern but retains many original features. Very well equipped and comfortable dining kitchen for when it’s too chilly to sit outside. Very well maintained outdoor space with fabulous views towards the mountains. Would highly recommend.

Charming Quiet and Characterful

The property is fantastic! It is very well equipped and a great location - not too far from the main part of Soller but very quiet. It is very stylish and we really enjoyed using the garden. The only one small negative was the garden furniture which was a little uncomfortable. I would most certainly return!

Home from home!

A tastefully decorated, comfortable property. A few quirks but they added to the charm.We had an issue with the front door but once we had highlighted this , it was sorted before we returned back after our walk in the beautiful valley. A really lovely location. Peaceful yet a stones throw from the town cantre. We hope to return.

Fantastic Home in Sóller

we loved the little house. it is perfect for couples or a small family. the home is located a bit outside of the center, but everything is easily in walking distance. the garden was a pleasent surprise. Xisca, the landlord, was very responsive and managed our check-in perfectly.

Great hideaway close to everything

This hidden away house is a real gem. The neighbourhood makes it feel like we are in a country setting, but it’s just a short walk away from the centre of town and the best gelato I’ve ever had. This charming house was perfect for a couple with everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. We especially appreciated having laundry! Self check-in was easy and contactless. There was a minor and avoided hiccup with the information provided, but communication was amazing.

great location for walking

We had a lovely two weeks in this charming house. It was more spacious than I expected from the photographs with plenty of storage space. The bed is comfy and the shower is powerful. The kitchen was well equipped, possibly the first time I've stayed in a rental with decent kitchen knives. The area is very quiet but only a short walk from the centre of town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed not having a car. The location doesn't need one. There are lots of great walks that can be done from the house and we took the bus to enjoy a few longer, one way walks. A truly great holiday in a peaceful house.

Perfect trip in Soller

My wife and I were visiting Mallorca for our honeymoon. We knew we wanted to stay in the mountains and happened to find this home for rent. We were very glad to stay here - the house is at the end of a quiet street filled with beautiful homes and friendly cats. The house itself was quite charming and tastefully decorated. As far as rental properties go, it probably felt the most "home like" of any I have stayed at that were not people's actual residences. I have no gripes personally. However, this may not be a great rental for someone with mobility issues, due to the difficulty with parking (your best bet for parking is to park a few streets over which could be a 5-10 minute walk) as well as the stairs in the home. We would definitely stay in Soller and this home again!

Idyllic little casa amongst the locals, animals and orange and lemon trees!

What a beautiful little house this is. Every morning hearing the ducks in the stream at the bottom of my garden. Which was an old wash house and the neighbours still did their washing in it! The lovely smells and my interesting neighbours. I really didn’t want to leave. I miss saying Hola to the chickens and talking to Missy, Bianca and Tampo the local well looked after cats! Hearing the frogs croak loudly in the evening too! The house was really well equipped! My favourite pieces of equipment my orange juicer and my nespresso machine. And the gorgeous Smeg fridge! Ha! Ha! I was there on my own for the first ten days and it was idyllic. Eating lunch in the garden, watering the plants and picking my own oranges. I was out every day on adventures and loved being in this house it was so beautiful. I was proud to invite guests back as it’s such a charming garden. It’s a typical Majorcan house with uneven steps upstairs and on various levels but it wasn’t a problem. I had direct contact with the agency and nothing was too much trouble. In fact I struck up quite a little friendship with Virginia and Xisca! Always happy to help. I had the best holiday ever here it was perfect in every way. I’ll never forget my time here and I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Zeit in dem wunderschönen Häuschen sehr genossen. Für eine Ferienwohnung ist die Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut. Schwierigkeiten hatten wir allerdings, das Haus bei der Anreise zu finden. Der Name der Straße, von der die Brücke abgeht, wäre hilfreich gewesen, alternativ die Koordinaten der Brücke.
