Underbar villa med 2 sovrum, nybyggd i traditionell mallorcansk stil. Ny 8x4 meter pool. Avskilt och rymlig söderläge trädgård, inom gångavstånd från Soller Town Square. Fantastisk utsikt över Soller och Tramantana-bergen. Smakfullt inredda till hög standard. En 5 minuters promenad till närmaste butik och en kort spårvagnsresa till stranden.

Varje rum är utrustat med luftkonditionering och värme och det finns en fungerande öppen spis i loungen. Villan passar både för familjer och vänner. Parkering är på plan mark bredvid villan och alla dörrar i villan är dubbla dörrar med lättillgänglighet. Full tillgång till terrasser och uteservering bredvid villan men lägre terrasser skulle vara svårt för rullstolsanpassning.

Magic villa

We had the most wonderful week staying at this villa. The property was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a truly comfortable stay.The location is exceptional—peaceful and quiet, with breathtaking views, yet just a 20-minute walk to the main square of Sóller, where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, and cafés.Yes, the road leading up to the villa is steep and quite narrow, but don't let that deter you. Whether walking or driving, I promise you do get used to it. We had a small SUV and by the third day, we were navigating it without holding our breath! The reward? A stunning pool and those unforgettable views that make it all completely worthwhile.We highly recommend this villa and would absolutely return.

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic villa. The villa is in a fantastic position overlooking Soller town, and the view is spectacular. We found the villa immaculately clean, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication from the owners was spot on and they were very helpful. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and I hope to return again in the future.

Lovely retreat

The villa had a very comfortable and welcoming feel to it when we arrived. It was furnished to a good standard and had everything we needed. The views and outside space were excellent as was the pool. It was an easy walk, just 15mins to Soller centre and well situated for hiking trails. It had a very peaceful feel to it and we had a very relaxing stay. The access road is narrow and steep and at first sight presents as daunting, however it is managable in a small car-our rental was a Toyota Aygo. We would definately stay again. standard and had everything

Great stay with even better pool

The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay.

Wonderful villa with great views

We had a great time in this villa, which is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Soller. The villa has a wonderful view over the town and is south facing.

We have just returned from This lovely little villa. The views are outstanding and only 10 Minutes from town. The pool and outdoor areas are truly fabulous and get the sun all day.

Half term break in October

The property was in an amazing location tucked away with beautiful views of the Soller valley and the mountains. The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. The best thing about the place was the peacefulness with everything to hand with a well appointed kitchen and good WiFi. Overall it was a superb experience - thoroughly recommended!

Relaxing stay in a fabulous location

We had a wonderful week staying here. The steep hill was definitely worth the climb to get to as the view is spectacular. Great villa with everything we needed. Our guys especially loved the pool! ☺️

Stunning location and a good size pool. Overall the property met our requirements but the hill, the heat and shopping were a little challenging at our stage in life (OAP).

Fabulous Villa

We had a brilliant 1 week stay in Casa Verde. The villa was perfect for us. The track up to the lodge is a bit hairy even after following Neal and Sue's advice not to upgrade the hire car, but the view at the end of it is well worth the breath holding!!

Truly stunning villa!

It truly is a stunning villa! From the garden grounds, interior, incredible views, location and helpful hosts - all was just prefect and made our stay unforgettable. Kids loved the pool where the water at end of October/ beginning of November was still fairly warm! Even the steep and narrow road leading to the villa was not a problem and we drove Fiat 500XL. We are already planning to rebook it next year!

Beautiful, relaxing spot in a great location

Great communication with the owner, and the property is even lovelier than it looks in the photos. Soller is a beautiful town with lots to do, and we managed to get everywhere via public transport. Relaxing around the pool was made even easier because of the welcome shade from perfectly placed trees and parasol. The view over the hills is astounding! We are already saving up for another visit - very highly recommended.

Stunning Villa!

We spent a week at Casa Verde and had a wonderful stay. The villa is absolutely beautiful with views which are hard to beat. It is very well equipped and felt like a home from home. The location is perfect and a lovely walk into the town centre of Soller. Yes the hill up to the villa is steep but it keeps you fit and you are rewarded by the most stunning scenery when you return from a day out! Great communication from the owners who provided a cot and high chair for our 10 month old and airport transfers were also arranged. It is the perfect base to explore the surrounding area, take a train to Palma or the tram to the Port. We would highly recommend and would love to return in the future.

A special place

We stayed one week in this beautiful villa. We did a weekly shop on our way from airport then for 3 days we enjoyed the amazing views so much we didn't leave! When you do venture out it is a short walk to the centre of Sóller past a few local bars and restaurants, being able to do this from somewhere that seemed so isolated whilst staying there really was special. As someone else mentioned it's only 180 seconds on foot up the steep hill, but well worth it. We drove a Fiat500 up and down the narrow lane to the villa incident free.

A wonderful stay

What a fantastic place! The villa was perfect in every way with stunning views over the town and surrounding mountains. The pool was just fantastic and a big hit with the kids - ideal for cooling down in the high temperatures, especially after a trek up the hill! The villa was just a short walk to the local Spar and the centre of Soller. Soller itself is full of charm, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. Would recommend a browse around the Saturday market, a day trip to Port Soller on the tram and a ride on the old train to Palma. Sue and Neal were incredibly helpful and informative hosts. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Villa In Perfect Location

The villa is larger than it looks in the photos, it is modern, clean and extremely well equipped. The view to Soller is stunning. We did not hire a car and found walking into Soller and using the public bus system very straightforward. We also used Pedro who manages the property for the owners for our airport transfers and he was excellent, punctual and extremely helpful. It was the perfect getaway and we would certainly book to come back here again in the future. We had a good feeling before we arrived as Sue who owns the villa had been really helpful with our arrangements and we had read all the previous reviews. And it didn't disappoint.

Paradise!

We loved our stay in the villa. Yes, it’s up a very steep hill, but the climb more than makes up for the incredible view of the valley and surrounding mountains. The villa itself is gorgeous, open plan & airy, plus the pool & gardens are stunning. We didn’t hire a car & glad we didn’t, as the road up to the villa is not for the fainter hearted and it’s only a 10/15 minute walk into town. The wine etc which was waiting for us on arrival was a nice touch. You can walk out of the villa straight up the mountain trail behind it along olive groves & more stunning views. We will return!

Fantastic Villa

We had such a lovely week staying here, I could not fault the villa one bit, we where here with our 9 month old baby who just had the best time especially using the fantastic swimming pool, also I cot and high chair where provided which where great quality and saves having to travel with these items. The location is about 15 min walk to hart of Soller and you have a Spar which would be 7 min walk, yes there is hill to walk up and down however it is short and steep and would defo not put us off staying again, the road up to the villa is tight and we took the recommendation to hire a small car, once you drive it a few times you get use to it. a quiet location with a stunning view

A smashing little bungalow overlooking Soller with amazing views. Very quiet and as this is the highest propery up the hillside no one overlooks you at all. Not that the property overlooks anyone else unless you count fruit trees. reached by a incredibly narrow and steep road ( booked a fiesta but got given a new polo which is wider and lead to some colourful language when going up the road- in hindsight i wished I had either parked at the bottom and walked up - the walk takes 180 seconds walking normally OR booked a small automatic - next time next time :). Anyway the seclusion within 3 minutes of a town (it was a like magic trick) and the views made it all worth it.

Excellent stay!

We had a great stay at Casa Verde with our 15 year old son after a long wait due to Covid causing a rescheduling. Thank you to the owners, Sue and Neal for their flexibility and great communication. The views over Soller were amazing. The outside space was great with table, chairs and sun loungers with cushions. The pool was spot-on. The villa itself is perfectly laid out, comfortable, spotless and very well equipped. We really appreciated the beer, wine and milk - thank you! The aircon was very much needed as it was in the high 30s for our stay. The previous notes on the access road which Sue and Neal flag up are really worth taking notice of. We had a Corsa and my husband and I agreed that a Fiat 500/Ford KA would be a better size as we inched up and down the road. All good though and you do get used to it. The only thing I'd say is that if someone has any injuries (knees/hips/feet etc) then walking up and down the steep access road is quite something even for the fit, especially in the August heat - just something to bear in mind. Though the joy of this is that you have no one beyond Casa Verde and you get the views, so it is worth it! Plus, you could easily stay at Casa Verde without a car as the town square is only a 10 min walk and the bus service is so easy to navigate. We used the tram to the port, bus back, took the train to Palma (really worth a visit) and could easily have used the bus service to explore the surrounding beautiful villages, but used the car instead. All in all a 5/5 stay!
