The villa was absolutely superb being spacious with all facilities we could possibly want. It was in a fantastic location being quiet but in a central position for Marbella and Puerto Bunas and beyond. Our hosts Elena and Dmitry were very helpful and attentive and were on hand if we needed them but everything was so good we didn’t have to bother them. The villa was very clean but if we had to criticise anything it was that the mattress protector particularly in the upstairs bedroom was very stained. Only noticed this when we stripped the bed on our departure. Otherwise I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone.

Overall excellent, however, a couple of issues to note:1- no umbrellas in the garden which made sunbathing uncomfortable 2-AC in main bedroom and basement required additional standalone fans as cooling wasn’t efficient 3-AC/ceiling fans required in living area.

Perfect villa. Walking distance to the beach if you do not mind walking a bit , and by car only a few minutes . But also the pool is swimmable, not just a dip. All four double bedrooms have their own luxury bathrooms Nearest shops a few minutes drive away , everything is vey boltable if you do not want to have a car . Much recommended . Amazing !

The villa was everything and more than we had hoped for! We were a family of six adults and there was so much space for everyone. The villa was absolutely spotless throughout and the kitchen was so well equipped — honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The garden and pool area were fantastic and we spent so much of our time out there relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.Communication with the host was excellent, both in the lead-up to our holiday and on arrival. Everything was made so easy and we felt really well looked after from the start. The location was perfect for us too. Marbella Old Town was close enough to walk to, around 45 minutes, and Puerto Banús was just a short taxi ride away.We had the most amazing family holiday and genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. We would absolutely recommend the villa and would love to return!

Our second visit to this amazing villa. A warm welcome from Dmitry, our host. The villa is stunning, spacious and the pool and garden remain a favourite of our children. The villa is spotless, with every need met. The location is ideal for families looking for a base between Marbella old town, golden mile and puerto banus, in a quiet suburb. Thank you!

Really enjoyed staying in this villa, lots of room and we were especially thankful for en-suites in every bedroom. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. We parked the car in front of the entry gates and never had any issues as the street is quiet. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed the overall stay. Small disappointment of the 4th bedroom in the basement, which wasn’t very clear online. Great support by owner
