For greater comfort the apartment has wi-fi internet access, air conditioning, independent heating, 2 anti-mosquito electrical devices, television, iron, hairdryer.



The apartment is located in a strategic position, as it is positioned a few minutes from Piazzale Roma and Venice Santa Lucia station and thanks to its proximity to the "Santa Marta" vaporetto stop, allows you to reach the island of Giudecca and St. Mark's Square.



Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages. Pets are not allowed.
