Baren mittemot lÀgenheten Àr animerad pÄ kvÀllen med en aperitiff, sÀrskilt pÄ helger och pÄ sommaren, men den stÀngs kl. 11 skarp.
Du kan sitta pÄ bÀnkar pÄ detta torg, beundra dess vackra kyrka och prata med de lokala venetianerna. Med detta utrymme har barn en stor plats att leka sÀkert. Annars Àr Venedig en plats full av rikedomar och runt lÀgenheten finns det massor av museer kyrkor och platser att besöka som du kan göra till fots ta dig tid.
PÄ grund av sitt lÀge i den historiska stadskÀrnan Àr de emblematiska platserna i Venedig: Rialtobron, Markusplatsen, Doges palats och andra platser lÀttillgÀngliga antingen till fots eller genom att ta vaporetto vid San Stae-stationen (om inte 10 minuters promenad) som gör att du kan njuta av den magnifika utsikten över Canal Grande.

Venice Stay

Very cute apartment. It had everything we needed. Large kitchen that is very well stocked if you wanted to dine in. Nice large living area to gather in. Excellent restaurant across the street. We would recomend booking here.

Great location, host very rude.

The property is as advertised. Great Central location and an easy Walk to most areas. The bar across the street is loud until about 11pm but not too bad. The biggest complaint I have is the host service. We had Fabrizio meet us at the prearranged location. We had agreed we would meet him there at 7:45 and had multiple emails to this agreement. When we were ready to take the boat from the airport we called him as requested and told him we were on our way. He was upset and said he had already been waiting for over an hour. I explained our meeting time was sent for 7:45 and we would be there as soon as the boat arrived. He was still upset and wanted us to take a very expensive private transport so he could be done earlier. When we did meet him at 7:50 he was very condescending and said multiple times we should have taken a faster boat. I showed him the email with the meeting time and he said that doesn't matter he expected us sooner, scolding me like a child. The next evening we had trouble with the lock on the door and called him for help. We were locked out. He answered and became agitated we were bothering him, told me not to call back and hung up on me! We were locked out! After a frantic half hour we were finally able to get the broken key out and got in with the spare. Because of this man I would not recommend staying here.

Disappointing experience

We were disappointed in our stay for a number of reasons: - followed instructions to notify of our arrival but no one was there to meet us. Waited about 20 minutes then called the person who was supposed to meet us. He didn’t get the message (from vrbo app) but came ASAP which was another 30 minutes - as a family of 5 (teems) we were excited there were 3 single beds for the kids. However one was a cot. When my daughter lied on it she fell through! One of the boards was missing & another was broken. We told housekeeping & when we didn’t hear back messaged one of the contacts. Housekeeping told them my son jumped on the bed & broke it! We were so angry about the accusation & they wanted to charge us to replace the cot! - when we arrived 1 bath towel & 2 hand towels were provided. We had been travelling for a couple of days & thought this was all they provided! After 3 of us showered Housekeeping showed up with all the towels & a pillow case they forgot to put on. And that pillow was gross - looked old & stuffing was falling out. - the bed in the master bedroom was so hard i severe lower back pain after sleeping on it! On our 3rd & last night I slept on 2 living rooms chairs pushed together (couldn’t sleep on the couch because one of the kids was there due to the broken cot). - only 1 light worked in the kids bedroom - a bedside lamp. - television didn’t or maybe the remote was broken. - missing basics like dish cloths & towels - pluses: location & clean

Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation vor und wÀhrend unseres Aufenthaltes. Sehr gerÀumige Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage in der NÀhe von einer Vaporetto Station und einem gut sortierten Supermarkt. In der unmittelbaren NÀhe gute Restaurants.

Schöne Wohnung im ruhigeren und von TouristInnen weniger besuchten Stadtteil Santa Croce. Gehzeit zum Bahnhof 15 Minuten, zum Rialto 15 Minuten, zur Piazza San Marco etwa 25 Minuten.Der Wohnungsbesitzer ist hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt mit ihm erfolgte online. Die Verwalterin reagiert langsam.Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt, die Betten, Hand- und BadetĂŒcher benutzt, das Geschirr schmutzig. Die Reinigungsperson hat die Reinigung «vergessen». Sie konnte erst am Samstag kommen. Der Wohnungsbesitzer hat uns die Kosten fĂŒr die erste Nacht erlassen. Im gegenĂŒberliegenden Haus befindet sich eine Szene-Bar. Dort ist es von ca. 17 Uhr bis mindestens 23 Uhr sehr laut. Mit geöffneten Fenstern und LĂ€den zu schlafen ist nicht möglich.Zustand der ĂŒbrigen Wohnung bei unserem Besuch: Duschkabine innen und aussen entlang dem Rand der Wanne schimmelig, verkalkt und schmutzig, die Dichtungen sind undicht und Wasser rinnt heraus. In der KĂŒche lösen sich zahlreiche Beschichtungen der SchranktĂŒren und stehen ab. Die BezĂŒge der Sitzmöbel beginnen speckig zu werden.

Flat was in a great location near a lively, untouristy square. Note that you will need to carry suitcases not only up the one flight of steps to the flat but also over at least two bridges on the way to the flat. Restaurant next door was noticeably noisy but quieted down by 10pm. Flat was well appointed and comfortable.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was a good location easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of room for our family of 4 including daughters. The apartment is across from a bar/restaurant so it was noisy in the evening until midnight. At midnight, the customers leave and it is quiet. The crowd at the bar/restaurant was respectful and not a problem to walk through them to get into the apartment. Just a bit loud for a few hours when we wanted to rest.

Nous aimons beaucoup cet appartement simple, agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien situĂ© dans un quartier central, relativement Ă©pargnĂ© par le tourisme. Et nous sommes heureux d’y retourner. Nombreux restaurants Ă  proximitĂ© bons et raisonnables en terme de prix. Le marchĂ© du Rialto non loin de l’appartement permet un approvisionnement en produits frais de qualitĂ©. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse

Good spot in a nice non touristy area

Near a Campo with lots of locals, several good restaurants, gelato, grocery store. As mentioned in some reviews, lots of noise at night from the bar next door. Only 11 minute walk to train station, 5 minute walk to Vaporetto (water bus)

Great location. Lots of space

Great location. Can walk basically anywhere on either side of grand canal! Kitchen equipped nicely, although we did not use it. Close to a few nice restaurants and a bakery, grocery store. I was stressed about access and was kindly sent photos with step by step instructions. The beds and bedding could be nicer, but were adequate. Something to note that was not in the info is that there is a very noisy bar right across the walkway, and patrons spill out in sidewalk, smoking and drinking. It can be loud but it stops pretty close to 11 pm every night, so it was not a problem for us. And the patrons were friendly. However, if you have little ones, it might be an issue. Having the washer was convenient. No dryer but there was a drying rack. All in all it was a good stop. It could be fabulous with just a couple changes.

True local Venice vibe

We liked the are in a residential non-tourist part of town. 2 Restaurants on the narrow street just below our windows were noisy till 11:00 pm but sounded like fun. Easy access walking to everything. Nice central location for getting the vibe of Venice without the tourist hype.

The apartment itself was nice and comfortable, but there were a few drawbacks. The washing machine doesn’t have a drying function, which was inconvenient. The biggest issue, however, was the noise — every evening from around 6 PM to 11 PM, people gathered right outside the entrance, drinking and talking loudly due to the bar across the building. It made it very difficult to for the kids to sleep before 11PM.

TrĂšs bon emplacement, logement passable

Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, en plein centre de Venise. Il est idĂ©al pour un couple, les lits d’appoint Ă©tant petits et placĂ©s l’un Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’autre contre un mur. Le troisiĂšme lit d’appoint, pliant, est moins confortable (une latte Ă©tait cassĂ©e) mais adaptĂ© Ă  un enfant. Le logement est bien Ă©quipĂ© pour cuisiner ou laver le linge. La salle de bain, Ă  dĂ©faut d’ĂȘtre confortable, est longue (!). La communication avec Irene Ă©tait parfaite. TrĂšs aimable et rĂ©active. Seul point nĂ©gatif: l’appartement Ă©tait trĂšs poussiĂ©reux Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Je ne sais pas si le mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© fait mais j’ai rarement vu une location aussi poussiĂ©reuse.

Esperienza discreta

Tutto discretamente bene. Buona la comunicazione con la persona che gestiva l’immobile per conto del proprietario. La pulizia non molto bene. L’arredamento e il bagno da rivedere. Locale chiassoso davanti allo stabile che da decisamente fastidio con vociare ininterrottamente dalle 20 alle 23. Grazie al cielo i buoni infissi hanno attutito il rumore. La posizione abbastanza buona e ben servita da ristoranti market e bar

The property exceeded our expectations.

This isn't your typical budget rental. The owner has exquisite taste, and the apartment is beautifully renovated. It features wooden floors, huge windows, and stylish high ceilings. Since we are a family of five with young children spending a week in Venice, we needed to have all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a functioning shower. We were pleased to find that they were all working well. The property manager was very responsive, and we really appreciated the opportunity to have an early check-in and a late check-out. One slight downside was the cigarette smoke near the building entrance (a popular cafe is right in front of it). However, this apartment is still a gem, and all the pros outweigh this small con.
