Lägenheten ligger inuti en gammal herrgård (artonhundratalet) som tillhörde en familj av redare. Du kommer att vara glad över den exceptionella charmen i huset, som erbjuder en vacker asfalterad innergård och en stor privat trädgård som är tillgänglig för alla boende, vilket ger dig direkt tillgång till Chamuyer Park.
Lägenheten har en parkeringsplats inne i den privata trädgården, den är utrustad med TV och WIFI. Det var helt renoverat 2013, för sin första hyra. Med en total yta på 55m2, inklusive ett huvudrum på 25m2, erbjuder det en mycket bekväm bostadsyta med familjen. Beläget på andra våningen, erbjuder den en magnifik utsikt över hustaken La Rochelle.
200m från Grand Horloge och den gamla hamnen, ligger du i hjärtat av det historiska centrumet av La Rochelle, medan du njuter av lugnet och charmen i bostadsområdet där den ligger. Du kan också enkelt promenera genom staden och dess shoppinggator, som du går till stranden i tävlingen, eller hamnen i Minimes med flodbuss från den gamla hamnen.
Från Place de Verdun, 5 'promenad från lägenheten, kan du välja en av de många shuttles som gör att du enkelt kan nå stränderna i Ile de Ré. Från den gamla hamnen i La Rochelle kan du också besöka Ile d'Oleron, Ile de Re, ön Aix och Fort Boyard.

Fabulous location & perfect apartment for us!

We had a truly lovely time staying at this apartment in La Rochelle. It is perfectly positioned for so many activities such as the aquarium, beaches, visiting the islands, eating out, shopping and much more! We had a fab time & the location made it great. The parking was also a huge bonus. Thé appartement is beautifully light and bright and nicely decorated. It would be a lovely touch if the communal stairs and garden were given a little care and attention as they do need it but it didn’t detract from our holiday! We’d certainly go back!

Nice, spacy apartment in a historic buldiung close to the centre of LR

We really enjoyed our stay in this historic ensemble that is so centrally located. The apartment itself on the top floor with a view over the roofs of LR, was light and spacy. Very close to the busy town with the many restaurants and bars, and just a 5min walk to the beach and the harbor. Car and bikes were safely parked in the yard with a gate behind the house, with old trees. The whole handling from beginning to the end was very professional.

Pretty French harbour town.

Arrived in la Rochelle ,and was warmly met by Christine, who showed us around the apartment and answered any questions we had,..A nicely equipped apartment but with limited cooking ,as there is no cooker. This suited my family as we tend to eat out each night, and there are oodles of restaurants to choose from, The apartment itself is clean and comfortable with a radio/CD player, very good Wi-Fi, and a tv, which unfortunately didn't work !!!. There is a small washing machine in the bathroom which is handy, The bedroom has built in wardrobes and a comfortable double bed, and there is a double sofa bed in the room which my daughter was quite happy on. You need to be fairly fit as the apartment is up two flights of stairs with no lift, the outside parking space is very spacious and very handy as the town is always busy with limited parking, and it's only a 5 min walk into the harbour,..The only down point to the apartment is the noise from the street below, it is right above a crossroad junction with traffic lights , and at 11pm_ 2am the locals do like to rev their car engines and motorbikes, having a race up the streets..

Amazing apartment, wonderful location

My husband and I stayed here from October 7-14, 2017 and absolutely loved it. The apartment was quite spacious, sparkling clean and is in a great location. I should mention, however, that for elderly people, climbing 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment might be a bit difficult. We are 67 years old and fairly fit so it didn't pose a problem to us. Just a 5 minute walk away is the town centre, gorgeous park and the harbour front/promenade. Christine, the agent, was there to meet us upon arrival/departure and was easy to contact should there be any problems. The building is very quiet and we hardly saw any of our neighbours. The Wi-Fi was excellent - very fast and easy to access. It is well equipped with everything you need, the bed is comfy and had lots of linens and duvets. There is no oven in the kitchen but the microwave was pretty neat as it has a feature that allows grilling!!!!! Pots and pans were numerous as is the cutlery etc. Towels in the bathroom were really nice and fluffy and the shower is easy to use and there is always lots of hot water. I cannot say enough about how we enjoyed it and if we ever come this way again, we would definitely stay here.

Appartement agréable tout proche de la vieille ville

L'appartement est trės fonctionnel et marie le charme de l'ancien avec ue décoration contemporaine. Très bien situé, il permet de profiter de la ville à pied. Le parc situé à l'arrière de la résidence est sympa pour faire une balade. La place de parking est un réel atout. La cuisine est pratique et permet de se restaurer sur place. Il a fait très chaud quand nous y étions ce qui nécessitait de maintenir les fenêtres ouvertes. Etant en ville, cela peut être un peu bruyant pour ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude. Je recommande.

lovely stay at this awesome apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It was comfortable and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Instructions for wifi were provided and clear--that was a plus for travelers who need the connection! Christine was a delight to work with -- and we SO appreciated her help and flexibility regarding our check-out arrangements. We cannot recommend this property more highly -- and if and when we are able to visit LaRochelle again, we will look forward to staying here once again.

Au cœur de la ville

La situation de l'appartement est tout simplement exceptionnelle, à 2 minutes du centre ville, 5 minutes du vieux port et à 15 minutes de l'aquarium. Inconvénient : feu rouge devant la porte.

En el corazón de La Rochelle

Apartamento muy próximo al centro de La Rochelle, muy luminoso y limpio. Perfecto para cuatro personas. Un poco escaso de elementos de hogar (bolsas de basura, productos de limpieza...) pero recomendable.

le charme d'une ville qui conjugue tradition et modernité.

Qu'il est plaisant de découvrir une ville où le promeneur est respecté! La Rochelle a le charme des villes qui ont un passé mais qui accueillent aussi une jeunesse pleine de vie. Promenades sur le port, le long du mail, sous les arcades. Terrasses de café, halles gourmandes, musées plein de richesses. Tout pour un séjour de détente et de plaisirs quotidiens.

Great holidays
