5 BR OCEANFRONT Duplex! Underbara vyer! Helt ombyggt kök!

Windoon East är ett 5 sovrum, 3 badrum OCEANFRONT duplex med över 2100 kvadratmeter bostadsyta som rymmer 14 personer. Köket ombyggdes helt hösten 2017 och det finns nya möbler i vardagsrummet och massor av nya möbler i resten av huset. Huvudnivån har ett fullt utrustat kök med alla helt nya apparater under 2017, en ö i granit toppad med plats för 4 personer, ett vardagsrum / matplats med alla nya möbler under 2017 och ett queen-size sovrum med badrum. Andra våningen har 3 king size-rum, varav 2 är vid havet med däck och 2 fullstora bad. Tredje våningen är en perfekt tillflyktsort för barnen med 4 enkelsängar och en queen size-säng och är utrustad med massor av leksaker och spel. Duplexen har gratis WIFI, 5 kabel-TV, kolinbyggd grill, DVD-spelare, strandmöbler och leksaker och inneslutet utomhusdusch med varm och kall. Strandspel inkluderar boccia boll, majshål och ett vattenbord för de små. Det finns gott om utrymme att leka och vila på den breda rymliga stranden som ligger bara en kort promenad från huset. Duplex är mycket privat med sin egen separata gångväg till stranden. Däckytorna är alla nyrenoverade för att uppfylla gällande kodstandarder.
Observera att Windoon East hyrs under veckan endast under månaderna april till oktober från söndag till söndag. För månaderna november till mars krävs en vistelse på minst tre nätter. Sängkläder tillhandahålls utan extra kostnad för bokningar på 7 dagar eller längre. För vistelser på mindre än sju dagar kommer en extra avgift på $ 100 att läggas till om linne service önskas.

This was the best house we’ve ever rented! Our adult children and their significant others joined us and we were all happy with king sized beds and our own baths. The owner is very thoughtful as the house is well stocked with everything imaginable from the kitchen, to beach chairs and games. You’ll have a great time at Captain’s Choice!

Heavenly Beach Stay

Adult children gathered for our mother’s bday…we had no idea how perfect this beachfront house would be. It was heavenly. The house configuration was perfect for our needs, it was stocked with just about everything one would need. But the beach! Oh, how beautiful…and the view from almost every window made it just perfect. ps…the little deck out back was a welcome respite when you needed a break from the sun! All in all, this place was awesome. And I can’t forget Sue…she was responsive, another great reason to rent here.

Thank you for the very comfortable stay in EI for 3 adults and 2 kids. We spent many restorative hours walking on the beach, fishing, playing in the surf. Stunning views & powerful ocean energy. Well-equipped home w/ comfortable beds, plenty of space. Thanks!

Perfect stay with small children

The house was even more beautiful in person, and we had a wonderful winter beach vacation with our two small children. We chose this rental primarily for the upstairs playroom, but there ended up being many details around the house (stools in the bathrooms, extra baby gate, etc) that made it a really smooth stay for our family. The beds were comfortable, and the beach views and access were so great. We are already talking about when we can come back, likely with extended family or friends because there is plenty of space for more than our family of four. Thank you, Sue!

PERFECT

What a wonderful beach house! Highly recommend if you’re staying with children! We stayed with our kids and grandkids. The third floor is so well equipped for the littles as well as all of the beach toys! Beautiful views, clean and just perfect! Many memories we will cherish for a lifetime!

Beautiful & clean. The house has everything that you need, more than most homes I’ve stayed at in Emerald Isle. I left some jewelry & clothes in a drawer that the cleaners found and the home owner is the process of returning to me. I appreciate the honesty immensely! Thanks again.

Building Traditions

House was perfect for our first family vacation with my sister in law and her family. The house is laid out to give everyone ample space to get away from the chaos. There is a nice area to come together as a family to play games and share meals. The view is spectacular.

Awesome stay at the Beach!

Communication was great, entry was super easy. Duplex was in a great location, not to far from "civilization" but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. The house was right on the beach with easy access to a super quiet section of the beach. Very Clean, kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of seating and plenty of Bed options. The Kids loved the upstairs loft and there was plenty of sleeping options up there. The second level bedrooms had amazing views of the beach/ocean and the deck was a great place to sit and enjoy the breeze. TV's in all the bedrooms came in handy for the children one our rainy day and the wifi was great and fast. Overall fantastic house in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful GEM in Emerald Isle!

We had the absolute best long weekend in Emerald Isle. What a treat to be ocean front, the outdoor space is simply amazing at this property, private access to the beach was so nice and watching the sunset on the walkway was aplendid. The views from the kitchen were breathtaking, you feel like the house is floating on the water. All the rooms were clean and spacious. Our group of 6 had a fantastic time, hoping we can come back again next year!

Relaxing

The duplex was perfect for our family. If you have children it is ideal. I’ve always stayed in condos but after staying here I will always choose a house/duplex! The beach was right there and gorgeous. The deck area was perfect to relax and listen to the ocean. This is a beautiful area to stay. I will be back 😊

Family Reunion

We enjoyed staying at this well-appointed house. The house was clean and all beds were made upon our arrival. There was plenty of room for 7 adults two toddlers and an infant. An added bonus was the toys that were up on the third floor. (Plenty of beach toys too) The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. We enjoyed the large deck and outdoor furniture and the beautiful views it provided. Can’t say enough great things about our stay here.

Beach House Get Away

We had an amzing time! The house was everything we needed forbour family get away. The kids enjoyed all the toys that were available for them in the house and the beach access was perfect for fun beach days! We definitely recommend this house. Sue was great too very friendly and was available with any questions we had. We loved Emerald Isle!

we had the best time!

The house was perfect for my family - having a bedroom on the main floor was great for my aging parents, the loft was perfect for my nieces (ages 3 and 6) and the three bedrooms on the second floor were spacious and great for my siblings, our spouses and a bassinet for my 3 year old. The beds were SO comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house was very clean when we arrived. The proximity to the beach was great and the view was even better. We had an excellent time and hope to stay again!

Varför värden valde detta boende

My family and I have been vacationing in Emerald Isle for over 30 years. We love the quiet, family friendly atmosphere where our extended family can come together from three different states and truly relax. The people in Emerald Isle are super friendly and truly do want you to enjoy their town. This past summer (2016), while vacationing, we found a home right on the ocean (because it has long been my philosophy, if you are going to the beach, you might as well see the ocean!) that fit our family perfectly. Emerald Isle is uniquely position as it is a south facing island. Because of this, you see beautfiul sunrises over the ocean in the morning and equally beautiful sunsets over the ocean in the evening. Emerald Isle was voted the Best Beach in North Carolina by USA Today in 2018.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

What first attracted us to this house was the bright cheery beach colors and the open living room spaces with windows across the entire side facing the beach allowing so many views of the ocean. The deck and the entire walkway are new. The house has a private walkway to the beach that is not shared with the other side of the duplex...one of only a handful of duplexes in Emerald Isle to boast separate walkways. We have converted to a keyless door entry system for very easy access. A kitchen remodel was finished in the fall of 2017 that includes all new kitchen appliances and a new washer and dryer. Two bathrooms were remodeled in 2018 and the third bathroom was remodeled in the fall of 2019. New flooring on the first level was installed in the spring of 2020.
Emerald Isle faces south so you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the privacy of our deck--both are beautiful! The ocean is a short easy walk from the house--and dolphin watching is a favorite pastime.
