Fantastisk ny fastighet belÀgen mitt i Boerne. Mycket avskilt och omgiven av enorma ekar. LÀtt promenad till Main Street (6 kvarter). The Old Depot Walking Trail Àr ett halvt kvarter bort. Ta leden österut till Cibolo Creek eller vÀsterut till Bumdoodlers Pies! Depotstugan byggdes nyligen i december 2016 av Hill Country kalksten. Det Àr modellerat efter Old Nature Center Historic Building pÄ Main Street. Depot Cottage ligger pÄ en gata som tidigare kallades Depot Street och höll Boerne Depot Station. Den har en king size-sÀng och tvÄ rullgÄngar som rymmer vuxna eller barn. Det Àr vackert dekorerat med antika möbler och har alla moderna bekvÀmligheter (WIFI ingÄr). De tre tunnlandfastigheterna Àr grindade och det finns ett litet inhÀgnad grÀsomrÄde för att skydda husdjur. Du ser whitetail och axelhjort pÄ de angrÀnsande egenskaperna. Njut av all bekvÀmligheten i centrala Boerne medan du kÀnner att du Àr avskild i Texas Hill Country.

Depot Cottage

The cottage was beautiful, clean, and extremely well stocked. It went well beyond our expectations. One of our favorites was the front porch.

Great comfy corttage. Easy private access providing Close proximity to Main Street, restaurants etc. Realy quiet as well. Highly recommend if you need a place to relax while here in Boerne, Tx.

Great Place

This was our second stay! We love the Depot Cottage! Perfect size for my husband and I when we visit our daughter and her family! Always super clean and easy to get to the local spots! We will definitely stay again!

Depot Cottage

Host was polite and accommodated 1 request. We were able to walk to the downtown area and meander. It was also close to the event,Cave without a Name, we were visiting. The cottage was extremely clean and had all the amenities.

Perfect for one or two

We wanted a base to explore the area. It was a delightful getaway. Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to many restaurants or we could bring food in and feel right at home.

Location, Location and Charm!

Stunning property a short drive or bike ride to historic Boerne shopping and dining. Also very close to the bike trail. Hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating! Cannot recommend more highly!

Lovely weekend

The property feels secluded even though houses are within sight. It was lovely to see the many deer with their fawns enjoying the grasses. We enjoyed quiet times sitting on the porch. The interior is very comfortable.

Great "country" cottage in town.

Although this property affords guests the opportunity to sit on the porch and watch the deer while sipping your morning coffee it is actually in the middle of a great Boerne neighborhood. It is a picture perfect hill country cottage. Beautifully furnished and extraordinarily clean, the Depot Cottage had everything you might need for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect little home

We had a wonderful stay. It’s very well designed and in an excellent location where you can easily walk to shops and parks. The home is small but quite comfortable and has everything you need, including a little fenced pet area from which we watched an unbelievable number of deer every morning and evening during our stay. The owner even had it decorated for Christmas! We definitely would stay here again next time we’re in this area.

Great stay at the Depot Cottage

My wife and I spent 3 nights in Boerne and loved our small cottage. It’s a perfect setup for a couple. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we had all the cooking utensils we needed to make ourselves several meals at the cottage. The location is about a 15 minute walk or very short drive to Main Street where the shops and restaurants/bars are primarily located. We would gladly stay again should we head back to Boerne.

Quaint and cozy

Love this property. We went on a last minute trip and couldn’t have been happier. Within walking distance to Main St and easy access to restaurants. Private even though it a guest house. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the deer. Would definitely come back!

This home is just beautiful! I loved the windows especially. The owners had well thought out information books in the home about everything including how to work the coffee pot which is very important. This property is also very quiet to be in a neighborhood.

This is my second stay in the cottage. Charming in ambiance, filled with nature flying through and sprinting about, I feel like I’ve been holding my breath for a long time and can breathe. The host is a very fine gentleman.

Very cozy and comfortable.

Very clean, charming very comfortable, loved the bed, enjoyed the seclusion & quiet, while only 3 minutes from Main Street. Not sure if we will stay again only because a bit pricey. Only suggestions are to include a wine bottle corkscrew and add an outdoor light to illuminate the side pathway.

The Perfect Get-away

The cottage is absolutely wonderful. Such tasteful, quality furnishings and decor. It was ideal to have a small fenced area to let our dog out. The property was beautiful and quiet (important to us), and we were thrilled to see hawks nesting nearby. It is convenient to the fun shopping and restaurants downtown and a short drive to Guadalupe River State Park for outstanding hiking. We hope to go back!!

Cozy and comfortable

The Depot Cottage is so cozy with all the comforts of home. Terry is a hands on host. It was easy to communicate. We had a beeping sound that he responded to and fixed immediately. Super clean and quiet. The scenery is beautiful! We will definitely stay there again.

Great Weekend

My husband and I stayed in the lovely Depot Cottage while we helped our niece move to college. We loved it! The cottage was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The owners really pay attention to detail and made our stay really enjoyable. We loved sitting in on the porch watching the deer. The house was minutes from main street and the owners had great recommendations on where to eat. We will definitely stay here again when we come back for a wedding this fall. What a wonderful weekend !!

Review of cottage in Boerne, Texas

Going through the gate leading to the cottage and seeing it in the distance was like seeing it in a movie. There were deer fawns on the lawn outside the gate. Overall, it was the most tranquil scene ever. The inside was clean. It was decorated with matching colors throughout. TV in living area and bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Storage area was great. Host, Terry, met all our needs.

Perfect!

What a wonderful place this is! New construction "Sunday House" close enough to walk to town, but far enough away to be absolutely peaceful. Deer roam the neighborhood and add to the pastoral feel. The house is impeccably decorated, absolutely spotless, well-equipped, spacious---what other glowing adjectives can I use??? The front porch and yard are very enjoyable and the two ceiling fans make the it cool even on a hot afternoon. The host and hostess were very accommodating--even providing a dog bowl full of water when we had an unexpected dog visitor for a few hours on the afternoon of our arrival and then delivering coffee to us when my husband said he liked "plain" coffee instead of the nice flavored coffee they had provided. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Boerne!
