Our stay at Andre and Barb’s place was perfect! We came in town for a soccer showcase at IMG Academy. The location for this purpose couldn’t be any better! The complex was pretty to walk around with plenty of natural ponds, palms, and animals. We didn’t have time to use the pools but there were 2 with plenty of lounge chairs just a couple of minute walk from the unit. The property was as advertised and clean. We’d stay here again!

Our stay was great! We did not have any issues, communication was fast and pleasant! House was clean, there was something spilled on the refrigerator door and the master tub did not drain well, but nothing major at all. Complex was nice, pool was refreshing and clean. This place was perfect as we spent most of our time at IMG. We would definitely stay again!

My two brothers and I stayed here while visiting our father in Bradenton. It fit our needs perfectly and was very clean and comfortable. And the dining area was ideal for board games! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. All in all a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay

This ground level unit was perfect for our party of 4. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a front load washer and dryer. The condo was clean except for the couch which was so dirty that I had to cover it with a towel before sitting on it. A sheet would have worked better but wasn’t available. Overall, we were very pleased and comfortable. Great location.

A great value!

This is not luxury accommodations. But then the rental cost reflects that. A two bed/two bath condo with a living area and dining area is perfect for my sister and I as we spend the week at the beach. The pool is very nice and is kept very clean. I’ll be honest, the condo could use a bit of a refresh in places. The front bedroom has wicker furniture and there are parts that look a bit tattered. My sister and I have bought reclining beach chairs, a cooler and a couple of pool noodles for ourselves and future guests. This year one of the beach chairs was almost ripped through. But those things are minor compared with the affordability of a week in the Florida sunshine.

Lovely condo in Bradenton

This is a lovely unit, well situated between Sarasota and Anna Marie Island. The complex has a very nice pool and spa and a new tennis court. Unit has a great outside patio, comfortable beds, and a quiet washer/dryer in the kitchen. Owners are available and helpful. We will book again.

Needs a little TLC

The nice things about this unit were the air conditioning worked great, and it was very clean in terms of the linens and the appliances and kitchen. Had a nice new washer/dryer. It was well stocked with necessary kitchen utensils, things you could take to the pool and the beach. One of the bathrooms didn't have any towels when we got there. The smell of disinfectant and/or extermination for pests was overwhelming. We did see a few live bugs and evidence of some dead ones. It was hard to tell which unit was ours because all the numbers of the different units were either broken off or missing. None of the lakes had any water so you just overlooked a big gigantic hole with pipes. It was very well lit in the parking lot which was comforting. The TV screens were probably at the most 15 inches and wall-mounted. My laptop literally had a bigger TV screen. The TV in the living room was very small also. The vertical blinds were broken and didn't shut all the way in most if not all of the windows We never sat in the living room or spent any time in the unit because of the smell of the disinfectant that never went away the entire time we were there. The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating, and could not have been more caring and thoughtful and responsive throughout the process. I had to wonder if they knew about the conditions at this property. Also, it overlooks the back of a Publix shopping center and all the overflowing dumpsters. I would never go back.

The condo was very nice and was as displayed in the photos. Loved the ground floor location, beach chairs/umbrellas and pool noodles were very appreciated. Suggestions to make a great place even better: a few more washcloths to reduce the frequency for doing laundry and the complex could clean/skim the pool more frequently.

Perfect Location

The condo was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. Easy commute to family & Ann Maria Island. It was cozy & comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities for a nice stay. If I had to suggest anything, it would be that the bathrooms be supplied with four bath towels instead of two. It was nice to have in-unit washer & dryer, though. The owners were very responsive in providing all the information we needed. We would book again.

Our stay was fine, if you’re good with a basic place to stay this condo is perfect. I gave it a 4 star rating because with the price I paid ( which I understand it was Easter weekend) in my opinion was lacking a few typical essentials which have been in every VRBO that I’ve ever rented. Overall it was fine. Nice pool area etc..

Shorewalk Villa ... fantastic and super convenient

Our stay at Shorewalk Villa was fantastic! It was just my son and I who stayed but the Villa has plenty of room with its 2 bedrooms 2 baths for a family of 4 or 5. Super clean when we arrived with easy check in. It was quiet at night which made it easy to rest after a hard days training at the convenient IMG Academy. Plenty of parking in front but there are tons of stores a just a 5 min walk away. 2 pools to choose from as well as a recreation clubhouse made it hard to leave. We would definitely stay again.
