Shorewalk Vacation Villas Ressort has been providing a unique experience for visitors to the west coast of Florida since 1988.

Located in the heart of Bradenton, two bedroom/two bathroom, self-Catering condos and vacation rentals available for short-terms and long-terms stays.

Shorewalk Owner offer the convenience of white sand beach from Anna Maria Island and Longboat key, Siesta key the best beaches from Golf of Mexico don't forget the shopping centers(Ellenton outlet), fishing and entrainment, golf, and more all short a distance away. Free parking on site.

From Sarasota/Bradenton Airport take41North to Cortez Rd, left (West) on Cortez to 43rd St W turn left on 43rd St w and turn right in 45th Avenue West. Palm of Shorewalk (only building with a green roof).

Driving time: 20 minutes.

From Tampa/St. Petersburg: Take I-275 South to Exits#5, Route19(Which turns into Route 41 South), to Route41, Follow 41 South to S.R.64 (Manate Ave)turn right(West) on Manatee to 43rd St W. Turn left(south) on 43rd St W. Shorewalk entrance is south of Cortez Rd on 43rd St W.

Driving Time: 45 minutes.

From Orlando: Take528 Beeline Expressway West to I-4. Turn left(West )on I-4to I-75.Go south on I-75 to Exit 220.

turn right(West ) on State rd 64 to 43rd St. W Turn left(south)on 43rd ST. W. Shorewalk entrance is south of cortez Rd. on 43rd St. W.

great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and equipped for all we needed with plenty of room for four of us. We were within 30 minutes or less of all our destinations. The pool was great also.

Birthday trip

We went for my daughters birthday and had an amazing time. Great property and very clean. Close to Anna Maria island and the beaches. I would definitely recommend.

Owner doesn't maintain condo

While the condo looks great in the pictures, we found several things disturbing. We will start at the front door.... The push button lock doesn't always work. I believe that the combination is the same one for years. The fake plants are really dusty. The towels are stained. The shower curtain has mold growing on it. The TV has a picture tube and the picture keeps shrinking. The towel rack in the bathroom falls off the wall. Then just when you think that you have seen enough, you decide to go to bed and find vinyl wrapping the mattress. Making a noise every time anyone moves. We took the vinyl off the mattress to find the the cloth material on the mattress was worn thru so that you could see the foam underneath it. The dishwasher and the dryer were full for us to unload. We contacted the owner with are concerns. His reply was that he knew of many of our concerns, but blamed just about everything on the clients who stayed there prior to us. He was unwilling to fix anything. It would seem that he will run it into the ground.

Location is close to restaurants and stores. Great place to stay with well equipped kitchen and was cheaper than a hotel and much roomier. Only drawback was flooring could use updating.

Short spring trip

Excellent accommodations and host. We had an awesome time golfing and watching baseball. Great location. Pool and and amenities superb. Only cons we had was a balcony to enjoy the weather with a view would be ideal. Also a little more lighting would have been helpful. I would recommend.

Amazing Vacation

Condo was very clean and nice location to where we wanted to visit was perfect alot of shops restaurants and beaches. Equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back. The owner of the Condo was very easy to get intouch with and answered all our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was spacious, clean and quiet. We liked the location because it was close to Walmart and places to eat. The beaches were just a short drive away. We would stay there again if possible.

May Stay

We have stayed in this development twice before and have been very happy. This unit is in need of some major upgrades. The counters and vanities have old formica tops and the following was observed: - carpet had spots and snags in hall and MBR - right outlet in MBR one socket was not working - blinds missing and bent at sliding door - stove knobs loose - microwave had a rusted spot in the corner - rusted freezer racks in fridge - dishwasher is extremely loud - MBR bath vent very loud - dresser drawer stuck - wasp nests in stairs and walkway - broken iron board - toilet in guest bath not flushing properly The positives: It was clean and had a newer washer/dryer.

Last-minute find

I decided to extend my stay in Bradenton with only a few weeks to book another VRBO. This condo was exactly what I needed. Not only was it cozy and quiet, it is part of a complex that offers great amenities. Anything I needed was generously provided. There was also lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. Would definitely stay again!

Great experience

We enjoyed the condo. Great location. Pool rules are to strict with kids about jumping in pools and as an adult it’s nice to have a beer sitting around the pool- I’m an adult and we know how to act. Just a bit to strict when your on vacation.

My husband and I stayed at this unit for a week in June. The owners was very prompt in response to us. The location was great. Walking distance to shops, grocery, restaurants and just minutes from IMG Academy which is the main reason we chose this unit. Literally took us 8 minutes to the beach. The ONLY thing I would suggest is getting the carpet deep cleaned but I get the turnover for rentals in regard to time. Just something to consider. Other than that the unit is well stocked with your basic needs, it was very clean and a quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be staying here every year! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo.

Great Value for a clean condo with amenities

This is my first time staying at this unit. I have stayed at other units in shorewalk in the past and this one was better than the others. Easy check in. Quiet neighbors. Everything you need is in the apartment including dishes, but plan to bring personal toiletries like soap and shampoo as well as laundry detergent. I used all of the appliances since I stayed for over a week and everything works great. Close to everything. Beaches are 15-20 minutes away (more with heavy traffic). Shorewalk amenities are old but everything works and everyone is polite and helpful. I can’t overstate how happy we were with our stay.
