Vacay Villa Mickey

An ideal house for families looking for tranquility, with a very quiet community pool space all year round.

The house is modern, semi-detached and well equipped. The spaces are spacious and bright. It is inside a private residence, with a community pool

The capacity of the house: a maximum of 6 people can stay.

There are terraces on different levels of the house. The largest terrace is the one at the top with views of the Escala-solarium area.

The environment

12 minutes walk from Riells beach, the main beach ideal for the little ones.

The area where the house is located is very quiet and perfect for those looking for tranquility and enjoying family vacations.

Living space 186 m2, built in 2008. Everything is new and of high quality.

Distribution:

Ground floor (entrance):Terrace/garden: Space is private to the house, with direct access to the community pool, to access there is a door from the garden with direct access to the pool and community space.
Living room: with large sofa.
Dining room: This has a part equipped for dining with a table and chairs and another part of the living room with a sofa and armchairs.
Kitchen: Well equipped, independent kitchen, has all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer.
Bathroom: sink, toilet and shower.
Communal swimming pool: normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.

Parking: space for one car in the community underground parking.


On the first floor:

3 bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms with 150cm double beds (3 150cm beds). The mattresses are quality. Some of the bedrooms have a bathroom in the same room.2 bathrooms: 1 with bathtub, sink, toilet in one bedroom and another bathroom 2 with shower, sink, toilet.

The second plant:

Solarium that occupies the entire surface of the house.

Parking:Private parking space available, for 1 car. In the community underground parking.

Pets:1 Pet allowed, with prior notice to the agency. Supplement may apply.

Wifi:Available.

Air conditioning: Available with extra charge.consult fee.



Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowedin the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.

Party and events:Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.

Noise-free hours: 10 pm - 8 am Respect the quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbours.
