Hello, we are Bob and Traci Zacharias and we have lived on and loved this property for going on 15 years now. We like to travel, ride bikes, visit with friends and family and are kind of addicted to auctions! We have spent many years collecting, buying and selling and many of these things can be found in the two properties that we rent as well as in our own. When we aren't traveling, we are very happy here in the country but we can hop in our cars and be to town in less than 10 min.! It really is the best of both worlds!

Bob and I have really enjoyed creating this space for couples to relax, refresh and just have some fun! So many of our guests visit this area to tour the Ohio State Reformatory so we thought it would be fun to design something that coordinated with that experience! For you racers, we have ample parking for towed vehicles and/or trailors. We are only 15-20 min. drive to most area attractions and we are also conveniently located amid four adjoining cities which gives our guests many choices of places to eat, visit, play!
