This is a fantastic place to stay in all ways. Comfortable, spacious, superb views across Cascais and located in easy walking distance to all shops and transport links. This is just THE ideal spot to base yourself in, with friendly and accomodating hosts.

Spectacular views

Set in a quiet residential area but within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars the apartment has spectacular views of Cascais and beyond from its surrounding terrace areas. The views can also be enjoyed from inside through the floor to ceiling glass doors. Well equipped with an abundance of space and a very comfy bed! 😊

Great place in a great location.

We had a great stay with our young children in Cascais. The apartment is huge and has amazing views. We loved cascais and are so glad we decided to stay there rather than Lisbon as our home base.

Fantastic, we loved it. After 7 days of Lisbon 4 days in this great apartment and the beautiful but busy Cascais was prefect. Just book it. Patricia was amazing also. Worth 5 stars all day long.

A beautiful penthouse in a beautiful seaside in greater Lisbon

My wife and I stayed at this 16th floor gem for just under 6 weeks, with other stays in Portugal before and after. All is precisely how Nick the owner describes in amenities. Patricia and her husband take good care of the place. The floor to ceiling windows, that can be rolled back, plus the two additional lofts give you a fairytail flat of just under 4000 Sq feet. Our stay in this amazing place will never be forgotten. We miss it already.

What a view!

Superb apartment that you will not want to leave. If you do venture out, beach, historic sites, bars/restaurants, supermarkets and train station all within walking distance. For further afield, trains, buses and Ubers all readily available even electric scooters/bikes nearby. Great communication with the owner and local representative.will be back

The view alone is worth it!

Wake up every morning to the best view in Cascais! Having a cup of coffee and pastries in the morning on the rooftop patio cannot be beaten. One of the best pastry shops and market are steps away. Everything in Cascais is within walking distance. A terrific pool is at your disposal. And a bike shop right next door. You won't be disappointed.

Million dollar view

Fantastic 12 nights in Cascais in this beautiful penthouse. We loved the location in an up-market neighbourhood a little out of the central touristy area, though only a 10-15 minute stroll to the beach. Apartment was huge with a 360 degree wraparound terrace and a fantastic view of the bay, and all the way to Lisbon on a clear day. Lots of hi tech gadgets, even managed to see the Ryder cup on Sky. Will definitely be back!

Not so good

As soon we arrive the apartment smell mold. The laundry machine and the refrigerator was duty. The smell was so strong in the laundry and manager put it to work for cleaning and and the machine star linking water to the kitchen floor. The kitchen was also not clean, but the smell force us to look for a Hotel.

Cascais and Lisbon getaway

Wow!!!! This plaice was absolutely amazing. I used this flat for a father daughter trip to Cascais and Lisbon. This was out first time in the area. Getiting into the flat was very easy. They were accommodating with my late arrival. The apartment was cleaning and had everything that you could possibly want. We had not problems with any appliances TVs not working. We did laundry daily and dried it on the expansive and amazing balcony. You can come for the balcony by it self. It was huge and wrapped around the apartment. The views of Cascais were beautiful. There were chairs for sunning, a nice table to have breakfast out side. The apartment it self has huge glass sliding doors which allows you to open them up and feel like your outside. Having the 1/2 bath plus the full was also nice. The Kitchen was huge and you could easily cook in it. If we come back here again. I will definitely try and return to this apartment. Thank you Nick and Patricia for having us.

The need for a laptop when renting this property

There is certainly some poetic licence in the description of this property since :- 1. There is only one bathroom and that did not even have a locking door. 2. The kitchen ovens were in one case too high and consequently dangerous when lifting cooked items from its interior and the other oven was impossible to operate - no instructions of any sort available hence the need for a laptop to 'sus' out the operating manual. 3. The top floor has twin beds but access to this area is via a narrow winding staircase - not conducive when perhaps requiring the toilet downstairs! 4. Cleaning was good save that the 2 lady cleaners did require that bed linen be hung out to dry at least twice during the visit. 5. There were 18 'dead' lights around the apartment plus there was no means of using the lighting at the rear of the kitchen nor the Air-con there. Apart from the above there were certainly magnificent views and it was convenient for restaurants , shops etc.

Séjour sublime

Nous avons louer ce magnifique appartement à 3 personnes, pour l anniversaire de notre maman. Lieu très calme, vue splendide depuis la terrasse de l appartement. Il y a deux cahier dont un qui explique tout pour l appartement et l'autre vous avez tout un descriptif sur Cascais, avec restaurant, visites, etc. Nous avions fais une demande de bouquet de fleurs pour notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous la offert, et nous le remercions encore pour ce très beau gestes. Nous avions aussi demander un chauffeur de l'aéroport à l appartement très gentil. Le propriétaire est très accessible par message et très à l écoute. Il y une dame qui est présente au cas où il y a un problème ou pour une demande quelquonque. Je recommande vraiment ce lieu, car il n'y avais vraiment rien de négatif à dire. Nous sommes vraiment très contentes de ce séjour. Si nous avons l'occasion, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Merci infiniment à l'équipe pour votre écoute, et vos attentions.
