Perfect welcome to Portugal

Location, location, location! Comfortable, quiet, close to everything. Easy to reach my car. A quick walk to beach, shops, food, drink, etc. Mario is more than kind, he is full of useful information and recommendations. We had the most amazing visit. I will absolutely come back again. Cascais is lovely and the apartment was exactly what we (82, 52, 16) needed. Thank you Mario!

A lovely break in a lovely spot.

The owner is a fantastic host, communication was excellent, and his knowledge of the area was amazing. The location of the accommodation is a few minutes walk from bars, shops, and restaurants, but it's still a quiet spot. Very clean accommodation and a perfect spot from which to explore. Will come back if our son plays in the Ibercup next year.

Outstanding apartment!

Everything about this apartment is perfect! The location is ideal (quite, yet very close to the center), the layout provides ample space for a family, it was the cleanest rental I have ever seen, and well stocked. Mario waited for our late arrival and was very responsive to all communication. This apartment is an excellent value - it is well worth renting!

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this charming, clean, and perfectly located 2 bedroom! Mario was a great host- communicative, friendly, and accommodating. The kitchen was well appointed (though we didn't use it) and the apartment is exactly as described. The pics actually make it look smaller than it is- it is quite spacious! The restaurants nearby were amazing and it is also very close to the beaches and the center of everything. Would return in a heartbeart!

Amazing!

What an amazing stay we had at Mario’s apartment. From his friendly welcome to the perfect location, we had the most wonderful stay. I highly recommend this property for families. Mario has thought of everyone. Beach towels, beach toys, cooler bags. You name it, he has thought of it. The property is in a perfect location just minutes from the beach but far enough away that it is generally quiet. Could not recommend highly enough! Thank you Mario for helping us having the best start to our 8 week Euro adventure!

Wonderful! Close to every amenity you need!

Firstly, Mario was an amazing host. He took the time to take a walk around and give us an idea of the area and gave us tips on how to visit Sintra, and surrounding areas. The place was clean and fully prepared with anything you may need to feel comfortable. I would return and book this place again, it’s proximity to beaches, the main streets, food experiences is excellent without compromising a peaceful retreat. It’s well situated and convenient for a trip to Cascais!

Great getaway spot

This is a really nice property in the heart of Cascais, it worked perfectly for our holiday. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need to cook for the week, and the fridge and freezer was big enough to hold a proper amount of food for the 3 of us. Mario made the check in process a breeze and was easy to contact when we had questions. The rooms were big and had lots of natural light. We really appreciated the beach towels and other beach gear that is at the property. I would recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in Cascais!

Wish we stayed longer!

Great property, check in with Mario was smooth. The property was SO clean. So close to the beach and restaurants. My only concern was the strong smell of mild/mildew under the sink in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods available. I bought a box and left a few for the next guest. Beach towels and umbrella were also available which was great, thank you. Overall, a great place. Kids enjoyed having their own room downstairs.

Amazing Location. Amazing Placr

Location, Location, Location! We went to Cascais for 4 days expecting to visit other places as well. When we got to the apartment, the location was so perfect, and the place so nice, that we just decided to not move from Cascais and spend all the time there. The apartment is spacious for 5 people (if 4 can share 2 beds). We were a family of 5 and it worked out great. Everything is new, which is rare given the location. We'll be back! We'll come back again!

Exceeded expectations!

One reason that I love traveling to Portugal is because of the warm hospitality. The owners of this rental were excellent examples of such wonderful hospitality. Both Connie and Mario went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. Not only did they provide wonderful advice for where to go (do try Santini's ice cream while in Cascais!), they also have pride of ownership in their rental unit. The unit is very well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, a very modern bathroom and generous bedrooms. There was a great washing machine as well. Really, this unit has been fitted with top notch appliances and furniture. It is also exceptionally clean. We are a family of four and found it to be very spacious. The location of the unit is also fantastic. This make a great base for exploring many parts of Portugal. While we had a car to explore areas like Sintra, Obidos etc., you don't need a car if want to go to Lisbon. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station where you can get into Lisbon in about 30 minutes or so. We took the train into Lisbon several times and found it to be very convenient. In sum, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this place to anyone traveling to Portugal. It is clean, quiet, well-maintained, well-situated and comes with wonderful and responsive owners who will take very good care of you.

Vacaciones en Cascais

Alojamiento muy tranquilo, en el casco histórico, céntrico, a 3min a pie de la playa. Mario, muy amable nos mostró los lugares más relevantes para nosotros.No estoy nada contenta con la agencia. Al minuto de reservar recibo un mensaje diciéndome que no estaba disponible en mis fechas, pero ya me cobrarán. Después de buscar otro alojamiento con booking recibo un WhatsApp del propietario confirmándome la reserva. Imposible de anular y con 2 alquileres para las mismas fechas. Decepcionada al max.

Erg fijn verblijf in Cascais

Het contact met de eigenaar is erg prettig, je kunt van alles vragen. Het vervoer vanaf het vliegveld hebben we met Mário geregeld en dat was fijn. Het appartement is schoon, netjes en compleet. De ligging is dichtbij het strand en het mooie oude centrum. Dit geeft laat op de avond iets geluid maar geen overlast en s nachts is het rustig. We hebben prima geslapen. Cascais is gezellig, pittoresk, met voldoende restaurantjes, terrasjes en winkeltjes. De boulevard naar Estoril is mooi, mooie rotskust met verschillende stranden. De woonkamer is wellicht voor 4/5 personen wat klein, maar wij waren met twee personen en het merendeel van de dag lekker buiten. De aparte ruimte met eettafel is wel ruim genoeg (ook voor 4 personen) en dat is erg prettig. De bedden zijn prima en de slaapkamers leuk ingericht. De keuken is volledig ingericht en alles werkt prima. En ook de douche is fijn. Cascais is prima uitvalsbasis voor tripjes met trein en bus. Fietsverhuur is aanwezig op station. En daar in de buurt zit ook een grote supermarkt Auchan. Kortom, een erg fijne plek! Wij komen zeker terug.

Amazing host

Unfortunately our stay was due to a family emergency in Portugal. Sr. Mario was always available and offered us help which was greatly appreciated as we were not familiar with the procedures in Portugal. This was beyond a host’s responsibility or obligation. Apartment is in a great location and very well stocked with what we needed during our two week stay. I will definitely stay there again. A host with a heart of gold!
