Cyklar, badlakan och strandleksaker finns att tillgÄ.

Pack n lek och barnstol Àr tillgÀngliga. TillÀggskostnaden för tvÄ extra personer Àr $ 10. 00 varje dag. ** Luftmadrassen Àr endast tillgÀnglig nÀr 8 personer bokas.

Kvarteret Àr lokaliserat pÄ Anastasia Island. Stor familjevÀnlig stadsdel. Du kan behöva en bil för att utforska ön. Historiska St Augustine ligger bara 1 mil bort, en mycket billig Uber eller Lyft ride.

Huset Àr utrustat med 4 vuxna cyklar, och en med en bakÄt barnbordsstol, max 40 lbs, och en cykeltrailer med plats för 2 barn. *** Observera att jag inte kan garantera att alla cyklar kommer att fungera vid tidpunkten för ditt besök. Om du behöver ytterligare cyklar finns det en plats att hyra cyklar nerför gatan. Tack!

Min man och jag hanterar vÄrt fritidshus tillsammans. Inget förvaltningsbolag eller stÀdföretag. Vi gör allt. Vi Àlskar och njuter av vÄrt fritidshus och hoppas du kommer ocksÄ!

All the amenities were available. Clean home. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the historic district which was a big plus. Only 5-6 min drive. Overall, my wife was happy so I am happy.

2nd time staying at this house. Convenient location and near downtown St Augustine and beaches without the traffic.Lots of nearby restaurants and attractions. Close to many supermarkets and other stores.Nice completely screened in patio with nice furniture. Grill ( we didn't use it ) but available. Quiet neighborhood

Loved having the bikes available. The screen porch in the back was a great place to hang out too. We'll probably try to stay here again next year!

Perfect getaway!

This place was exactly as advertised. Super clean and well appointed - it had everything we needed for a weekend getaway! Slightly off the beaten path - it was close to so many of the fun things to do in St. Augustine. Especially appreciated the suggestions left in a book - about great places to eat and things to do.

Very nice stay!

Loved the house! Screened in back porch was great. House was clean, we'll stocked, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Bikes were fun as well. Owner communication was outstanding!

More than what we expected

Lots to do

The house is a mile from downtown St. Augustine, an easy walk over the Lion Bridge, and a 5 minute drive from the State Park with it's endless beach. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Fun happy place!

We had the best time ever! The house is so cute! Decorated beautifully! The owners were very accommodating, even getting us in a day early! We had a blast exploring St Augustine and the awesome owner even had a sheet of ideas from- sight seeing to eating... The only negative was the advertised washer and dryer were not in commission and that was a bummer when you have 4 active kids. I do understand why with the hurricane that hit in the fall but wish I had been notified ahead of arrival. Im sure it is up and running now as Amanda the owner was awesome and very accommodating!

This was the perfect stay. The only thing missing was a deck of uno cards lol
.. we couldn’t have asked for a cleaner home and everything we needed was supplied. The guide book was a wonderful touch!

A Great Stay

Great home in a great location!

Enjoyable stay

Property manager is friendly and easy to reach. Yhe house is a little too much of a walk for us to the lions gate bridge but its a hamlndy location for beaches, O'steens, and driving or biking to old toqn. town.

Comfortable and Cute

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks this Spring. Very nice location
walking distance to historic downtown and short drive to a wonderful (dog friendly) beach and other attractions. Kitchen well stocked, even for a longer term renter who needs to cook more frequently. Neighborhood was quiet and beds were comfortable, so no sleeping issues. We spent most of our home time on the screened in back porch, which was great for coffee and even some meals. We did wish the home still had the comfy looking ottoman shown in the pic (The sharp edged coffee table did not provide a place to put your feet up) and we did buy bottled water for our stay because the tap water was a bit flavorful. But overall loved our stay and would rent again without hesitation!

Family visit to St Augustine

The property was as it was advertised. The accommodations were very comfortable and the place was well stocked. Location was good also only a short drive across the Lions Bridge to Historic St Augustine.

Wonderful!

Our family had a great vacation at the Anastasia House. Amanda made the booking, check-in and check-out process very easy. The house had everything we needed, including bikes that my daughters enjoyed. The location is close to the state park beach, close to the historic district and in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood..

I own my own business on etsy, Sew Divine by Amanda, making window treatments, pillows, and bedding. Which you will see through out the house. My degree is in Interior Design and with my design experience this house was a labor of love ;-)

I know you will love the house just as much as we do! Lots of details have gone into and will continue to go into the house. The house is centrally located to both the Beaches and historic downtown. You get the best of both worlds!
