Casa Coquina offers a uniquely central location for your visit to the nation's oldest city. Located directly across from The Conch House Resort/Salt Run Waterway and walking distance to many restaurants & entertainments, this newly renovated home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living room, Florida room & outdoor patio with BBQ grill. Brewery lights in the trees over the large outdoor dining area. We are a 2-minute drive to Historic Downtown and 5-minute drive to our beautiful beaches. The huge tree-shaded yard is completely fenced in for child/pet safety and total privacy.
The home sleeps 6 but is more comfortable with 4 guests as the third bed is the sleeper sofa. in the main living area. We welcome responsible pet owners with no additional pet fee. Garage and driveway parking available. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Enjoy!

Great stay in St. Augustine

We booked our stay here for a weekend stay so we could go to the Night of Lights and we had a great time. The location was perfect for the 4 adults in our party with our dog who really enjoyed the huge backyard. Check in was simple and the accommodations were great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Perfect vacation location

Cleanest house I’ve ever rented, perfect yard for our small dogs, nicely appointed amenities and reasonably prives. We would and will book with them again.

Cozy house in a great location!

We loved our stay at Casa Coquina! The beds were comfy, the layout was nice and spacious and it’s an easy and safe walk to downtown. The fenced backyard was huge and nice to have with our pup. It’s difficult to find a place in this location with a backyard like that!

Getaway

Beautifully appointed with all the amenities necessary for a wonderfully relaxing getaway. The yard was amazing and great for the pups. Close to everything we walked everywhere we needed to go. I would definitely recommend this property and would like to return.

A great home with private backyard

St. Augustine Pet-Friendly Property

We stayed at this wonderful home that was spacious and had a huge shaded yard for our dog. It is only 1.2 miles from the Fort. It has great access to the beach just minutes down the road. We would definitely return.

Cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at!

Casa Coquina is extremely clean and the neighborhood is great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Sarah is an excellent property host. Definitely recommend Casa Coquina if you are in need of a place to stay in St. Augustine.

St. Augustine Gem

After staying in many VRBO properties over the past 20 years, I can honestly say this was the best of the best!! Everything from pictures of the listing, to the descrpition, cleanliness, amenities, location, etc., were all 100% accurate!! Our pups loved the big, totally fenced, back yard, and being able to bring them with us was a huge plus! Sarah, the property owner/ manager, was easy to work with, and very responsive. She has done an amazing job of decorating this lovely home, and has provided the property with eveyrhing you could think of in a home away from home. St. Augustine Vacation

Nice rental for small families or couples - location was fantastic for both the beaches and the historic district - very easy to get to. Decent restaurant across the street which does offer take-out - good walking neighborhood for our two dogs. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the St. Augustine area.

Couldn’t of asked for anything better

The yard for the dog was the best. The bbq was great. The Florida room was wonderful to have coffee and breakfast in.

We will be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was exactly as shown, the yard was so inviting and our pups loved the size and freedom of it. The neighborhood was conveniently located to the bridge of Lions for a pleasurable walk and The Conch House restaurant was across the street for a delicious dinner right at this beautiful marina resort. We will certainly be back.

Amazing

We’ve stayed at many places over the years, and this has to be one of our top 2! It was spotless, comfortable, well-maintained, well-equipped, and had a great location. The back yard was large and private. If we go back to St. Augustine, this is where we will stay again!

Perfect Location for Fun and Relaxation

The place was just as described. My family and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The location was close to the many historic attractions, to the beaches, to the shopping areas, etc. Easy access to everything. Very clean and comfortable. A lot of informative brochures. Great restaurants nearby. Wonderful time away from home!

Wonderful location

LOVED this property!! So comfortable! We appreciated the many touches, including sand buckets, beach chairs, beach towels! Our puppies enjoyed the fenced backyard, lizard chasing! Fantastic location! Clean! Clean! Will be our go to when visiting our family.

Great location to enjoy St Augustine

This was my first time in beautiful St Augustine. The listing is very accurate. Very spacious living room and porch. I loved sitting out back in the private yard. Very close to downtown St Augustine and the amphitheater. It was nice to be able to walk right across the street to the Conch House and check out the marina as well. I definitely want to stay here on my next trip to St Augustine.
