Ranch-stilhem på Bridges Bay Resort byggd 2017. Kom och njut av allt Okoboji har att erbjuda med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Denna vackra ranch är perfekt för din familjesemester! Huvudnivå inkluderar stort kök med ö och bar sittplatser för 4, plus köksbord sittplatser för 7, öppet koncept till stort familjerum, inklusive stor smart HDTV, halv badrum och tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, samt sovrummet med bifogat badrum. Stor täckt däck med grill med utsikt över gemensamma skäl och gemensam pool 20 meter bort. Köket innehåller också full storlek kylskåp och Keurig kaffebryggare. Köket är fullt utrustat med disk, krukor och kokkärl, etc.
Källare har ett annat stort vardagsrum med stor L-formad soffa och smart HDTV, har också en otrolig 4-spelare arkad laddad med 3000 klassiska arkadspel. Källaren innehåller 3 sovrum och ytterligare ett badrum.

2 bilgarage ombyggt till ett recrum med epoxybehandlat golv gör att detta hem verkligen sticker ut. Garaget har stor HDTV, Shuffleboard, Foosballbord, elektroniskt darttavla och 2-spelare elektronisk Pop-A-Shot basketboll, bord / stolar och gårdsspel. Smarta hemmet innehåller inbyggda zonhögtalare för att spela musik över huvudnivå, däck, källare och garage (via smarttelefon). Kabel och Blue Ray-spelare ingår. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Queen size luftmadrass och pump tillgänglig för extra sovplats.

Stor utomhuspool vid Bridges Bay Resort har utsikt över East Lake Okoboji och har en bar i baren. Alla hotellfaciliteter ingår med uthyrning.

Great place to stay in Okoboji!

We had an awesome time at this rental house in Okoboji. We had so much fun and will cherish the great memories of our 2025 annual family vacation. It had plenty of space for us and our family. We loved the game room garage and screened in deck. It was a short walk to all the Bridges Bay activities. Also, the fishing pond and community pool were great! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks from the Hamilton’s in Omaha!

Family Vacation

Enjoyed our stay with kids and grandkids. Having the neighborhood pool in the backyard was great. Garage rec room kept the kids busy. Nice location that was close to Bridges Bay pools. House was set up nicely and beds were comfortable. Sarah was quick and courteous with questions we had. I would recommend this rental as a great place to stay.

Great setup and location!

House was perfect size for my husband, myself, and 6 of our friends! Well stocked and very clean! The amount of games made us want to stay and hang out at the house the whole time!

Great family cabin

Loved this cabin for our family vacation. Close to the neighborhood pool, lots of games for kids and adults and wonderful screened in porch. Highly recommend for family or just adults.

My family thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. So much for the kids to do. Spacious, pool in bckyard, grill, screened in porch and much more. Close to everything. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

Sarah was very nice. Was willing to let us change our weekend due to the pool being down but we decided as this was the weekend everyone had off to come down The game room in the garage was a hit. Also we are a card playing/dice game family when we get together. Plenty of room. Downstairs was nice for the granddaughters to watch TV and have dance parties. Would totally recommend! We are already looking for another date to book!

Perfect vacay getaway

Nice property to host a family weekend with adult children and grandchildren. Host very responsive to requests. Fun garage game area. Grands got to all stay in one bedroom because of bunk beds so it was a great memory for them as well.

Great for our family Christmas gathering!

We needed a roomy place where we could all gather and enjoy the company of extended family. This was the perfect place for us with the in-home amenities as well as the on site waterpark. We had a couple small issues but they didn’t hinder our stay and Sarah responded quickly.

Fantastic stay

Our entire family enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The games in the garage provided hours of fun and the screened in porch was a perfect place to relax. The kids wished there was a fire pit/table, but there was plenty to do without it and the pool was only steps away in the backyard. The owners were quick to respond to questions and were very kind. Our only suggestions overall would be to replace the flat bed pillows and get new sheets for the master bedroom as they were pretty worn and rough. We had a fantastic stay and it would be difficult to find a home nicer than this one. We would definitely stay again!

Our family just completed an amazing week staying at the Freeland’s beautiful Bridges Bay cabin. Sarah is truly an outstanding and gracious host. She makes herself available for her guests to connect with her if there should be a need or question. We highly recommend Sarah as a host and also their beautiful property. We will be back

The weather didn’t cooperate for us to be on the lake but the garage converted into a bar/rec room gave us hours of fun instead. The screened in deck was nice to sit in and listen to the rain. We will definitely be back.

BEST rental in Arnolds Park

We've stayed at Sarah's homes several times and each time we've been toughly impressed. The rentals are properly maintained, clean and beautifully decorated to make you feel right at home! Sarah is very responsive & helpful with the booking process. We can't wait to head back for another stay!

Family Christmas

We’ve rented this home for several years in a row for our family Christmas weekend. The place is very clean & well setup to hold our large group of 13. The guys love the game room & the kids enjoy the water park. Definitely recommend.
