A truly stunning and thoughtfully designed home, complete with its own private jetty perfect for everything from small dinghies to larger boats. Just steps from the house lies a little private beach - shallow, safe, and ideal for children - creating the perfect setting for long, carefree summer days. Here, tranquility reigns. The peaceful surroundings and the sweeping views of boats gliding in and out of the Stockholm archipelago give this home a unique and magical atmosphere.

Inside, generous social spaces invite you to relax, unwind, and savor the beauty of the coastal environment. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: dishwasher, a large oven, stovetop, espresso machine, traditional coffee brewer, and generous fridge and freezer space - one set in the kitchen and an additional set in the basement. Adjacent to the kitchen is a welcoming dining area that naturally draws people together, turning cooking into a shared experience. With a large dining table overlooking the shimmering water, up to twelve guests can gather for memorable meals with a view.

The ground floor has two fully functioning fireplaces for that cozy evening when the sun has set.

Outdoors, you’ll find three separate dining areas, each bathed in sunlight at different times of the day, ensuring the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A spacious terrace wraps around the house. The lounge area, in particular, provides an unparalleled sunset view - an ideal place to end the day with a glass of wine as the sky turns gold. Comfortable sun loungers are placed both around the house and on the jetty, inviting pure relaxation. A small boat is available for guests, along with life vests in various sizes.

The house has four separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, duvets and cushions. Two king size beds and two queen size beds allow accommodation for up to eight people. Two separate bathrooms with toilet and shower, one per floor, and one additional toilet on the ground floor.

Despite its peaceful setting, the property is wonderfully connected: Stockholm city center is just a 40-minute drive away. Frequent buses and ferries run both toward Stockholm and deeper into the archipelago, and can be reached with a 15 minute walk.

High-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
