A beautiful house with private access to the sea, 25 km to the city.

A very beautiful and functional house with its own jetty for small and big boats. A “small” private beach suitable for children in connection to the house. The environment is quiet and calm with a fantastic view overlooking boats on its way in and out of the Stockholm archipelago. The house has lots of spacious areas for eating, relaxing or just enjoying the environment.

A big kitchen containing all necessities such as dishwasher, big oven, stove top, espresso machine as well as traditional coffee brewer. Big fridge and freezer in the kitchen, two more in the basement. Connecting to the kitchen is a dining area, which invites for social gatherings around cooking and meal preparing! Overlooking the water is a big dining table where 12 persons can dine together.

The ground floor has two fully functioning fireplaces for that cozy evening when the sun has set.

Outside there are three different dining areas, all facing the sun at different times during the day. A big terrace surrounds the whole house. The best view is from the lounge area, where you can watch the sun set over the Stockholm archipelago. Lots of comfortable deck chairs for relaxing around the house and on the jetty. A small boat is available, as well as life vest in various sizes.

The house has four separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, duvets and cushions. Two king size beds and two queen size beds allow accommodation for up to eight people. Two separate bathrooms with toilet and shower, one per floor, and one additional toilet on the ground floor.

The house is easily connected to Stockholm city by a 40 minute drive to the city center, and two cars can easily park on the driveway. Buses depart frequently to Stockholm and further out in the archipelago and the bus stop is a 10 minute walk away.
