We had a lovely stay in Verona. Our host was awesome - communication was great, and she was kind to let us store our luggage ahead of check in. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Appreciated a washer AND a dryer! Safe and nice neighborhood and easy walk to historic center.

Excellent. Host was accessible within minutes of contact and most helpful and courteous. Bathrooms sparkled, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the neighbourhood with walkable food stores and restaurants, and access to the historical area.Common problem in Verona (and Italy!) is parking. Be sure to research all aspects of parking if you're driving - e.g. line colours (white, yellow and blue); read all parking signs carefully for both maximum parking hours at one time (a lot of white lined spots are one hour), and actual hours for parking and the no parking times.Thank you Luisa - we loved the apartment and the city and thank you for your hospitality.

Great home in Verona

We spent 7 weeks at Moon River. The location in Borgo Trento is quiet, safe, and has everything you need to just live in the neighborhood. It is also very convenient to the San Zeno neighborhood, a favorite. And the old city center is easily accessible via the bridges that span the Adige River east of the apartment. Our host, Luisa, was very accessible and responsive. A plus.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage ist gerade im Sommer ideal. Das Stadtzentrum ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach dem Besuch der BR Oper ist man nach einem kurzen Spaziergang wieder bei der Wohnung.

Comfort, great location- perfect combo

Moon river was a perfect base for our week long stay in Verona - a 12 minute walk to the Arena and all the other sites, but no crowds or tourist prices to deal with. The apartment was perfectly prepared. Clean bed linen and towels, comfortably furnished and decorated , and a kitchen equipped just like home. We ate out a lot but could make our own coffee breakfast, snacks etc whenever we felt like it. The apartment is a short taxi or bus ride from the station and the access instructions were all absolutely clear and easy to follow. I’ll happily stay there for my next visit to Verona.

Excellent property!

This apartment is located in a quiet residential area about a 15-minute walk from the center of Verona. It is very comfortable, well equipped, and pleasant. The owner, Luisa, is right on top of any issues and is extremely helpful.

Nice property in lovely neighborhood

We had a comfortable stay in this lovely property in Verona, not too far from the historic district, in a lovely neighborhood. Property was very clean and well maintained and our host Luisa was very nice & communicative. We enjoyed our time immensely in Verona!

We loved our stay!

My family and my sisters family stayed here for a week. It slept 5 very comfortably and was in a nice location. Almost everything we wanted to do in Verona was walkable. We loved the kitchen and prepped meals and played games. Communication with the owner was amazing. We loved our stay!

Wonderful stay in Verona

Enjoyed this property. Verona is a great town to visit and this location was great for us. Not in the touristy area but close enough so we felt like we could tour but not be overrun by the crowds. Clean, easy check in/out, and AC during a hot spell.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful city

My family and I had a fantastic week staying in Verona in the Moon River Apartment. Luisa was a brilliant host - communications were very clear and check in was very easy. The apartment was very clean and very well appointed. The location was great - 10 minutes walk from the city centre plus the no 61 bus stop immediately outside the apartment meant it was easy to get to the train station. Verona is a beautiful city and everyone we met was very friendly. We highly recommend Gelateria La Romana, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We had a lovely week and hope to return again in the future.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in Verona

The apartment was very cozy and well organized. We especially appreciated the air conditioners (with individual units in each bedroom and living space) given the exceptionally warm weather we were experiencing during our stay. The beds were comfortable. I liked that each bedroom had it's own "en suite" bathroom. The kitchen had all of the basic amenities to feel welcome/at home. The location is very nice; about a 10 minute walk into "central old town Verona", and quiet enough in the evenings to be peaceful. I appreciated the flexibility and assistance that was provided by the host during our stay. It worked out to be a perfect place for the 3 of us in our group to stay and come home to after enjoying Verona and environs for several days.

Great location just outside city center with air conditioning. Neighbor restaurants & bars welcoming and good value. Owner quick to respond. Door to apartment should be named or numbered. Just in case, first floor apartment on the right after you enter building.

Amazing Apartment

We were 2 friends staying for 5 nights to enjoy Verona and see “Aida” I. The Arena. We loved the apartment and it’s layout, particularly the little balcony. The apartment is well-furnished and ideally situated. We were near local shops and eating places and within easy walking of the city centre. I highly recommend it.

Short stopover in Verona

Very good location and host was always available for advice or problem solving. As there did not appear to be one a map showing location of the various restaurants, shops etc listed in the welcome booklet would have been useful.
