A perfect location that was quiet, clean and roomy. Rosella was immediate with her responses and helpful recommending sights of Verona and where to eat close by. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the morning sunrises overlooking the city. We definitely stay here again!

Verona at Rosella’s

Rosella was a superior host. Wonderfully responsive and supportive. The apartment was perfect, had everything we needed, amazing balcony for sitting with family, close to supermarket and Gelato, and short walk into old Verona. We loved it!

Fabulous appartment

Spacious and airy apartment. The terrace was absolutely perfect - comfortable with amazing views. Great location - short walk in to centre, close to railway station, supermarket nearby.

Wonderful stay

Our host was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful. We arrived by plane, but our luggage was delayed by a day. Our host offered to wait for our luggage while we went out to enjoy Verona. The apartment is very clean and modern. Would love to stay here again.

The hosts could not have been more helpful; the apartment was spotless; and the location could not have been better (close to the train station to do “day trips”). Thoroughly enjoyable.

Great Stay

The 2 bed 2 bath apartment had ample space for the 3 of us. Everything was spotlessly cleaned. Rosella was in communication far in advance of our staying, offering suggestions on what to see. Then again shortly before we arrived. Check in went very smoothly. Old town was an easy 10 minute walk. It is an easy walk to the train station. There is an elevator to the 7th floor then we had to climb steps to the 8th floor. We had a good stay.

Great Apt & location

We really enjoyed our stay @ this lovely Apt. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The location was great. Rosella was very helpful with restaurant recommendations & things to do in Verona. We rented a car & having the garage was a plus. We highly recommend this Apt. Harvey & Maureen

Perfect stay in Verona centre

A perfect appartment with very friendly host. Appartment has everything you need and has an amazing view over Verona. The location is very good, quiet area 10 minutes walk from the Arena. I can recommend to stay in here. Next time we will book this appartment again.

Very responsive owner, grea location.

Ideal location to train station and other sites, spotless, roomy. Roselle was extremely prompt in responding to all queries during our stay. All in all, the perfect spot!

Fabulous Views.

The apartment was well equipped,comfortable & quiet with fabulous views out over Verona from the outside patio. Close to restaurants,supermarket & about 10 mins walk into Verona & the railway station. An enjoyable stay!

Great stay in Verona

We really enjoyed this apartment, the location and our host was fantastic! The only issue was the low sloped ceilings. We hit our heads more than once and the smaller bedroom had very low cellings so you had to slide down the bed to get up or down.

Superb apartment

A fantastic large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse apartment with views overlooking Verona. 5 minute walk to the train station, so very easy to take trains for day trips to nearby cities and Lake Garda. Rosella is a fantastic host and provided us with lots of local recommendations. We will visit again soon!

Fantastic apartment

Rosellas apartment is amazing, as she is as a host. Everything you’ll ever need, great views, super handy location near the station & city centre. Rosella is an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble, not that we needed everything, she spent time marking maps for us. We will be staying with her again in a couple of years. Fantastic stay!

Great Apartment and What a View!

Beautiful spacious apartment in the Old City

The apartment is large and beautiful, with 2 bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms. It has a lovely rooftop patio with a view of the entire old City reaching to the alps. It has everything you need, including a washer and drying rack. There is an elevator, the building is very secure. Very clean, beautifully decorated. Easy walk to groceries, restaurants, historic sites. Good coffee and gelato right around the corner. 10-minute, safe, walk to the train station. Host was very accessible, met us at the flat, and gave us good recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend.

LOVELY apartment for a stay in Verona

The pictures don't completely reveal how spacious and light-filled this lovely apartment it. Very sleek modern design, with exemplary use of space. Comfortable beds, including shades to darken the room and good A/C. Some kitchen implements but no pantry items, so you have to bring in everything you need to cook. Location was very convenient. Rosella was charming and very helpful. I would love to stay there again!

Fabulous

We were a group of 3 friends in Verona for a getaway without the kids! The apartment was amazing and the roof terrace, with the stunning view, just made it so special. The apartment is finished to a high spec and beautiful furnished. There was everything you could possibly need (both bathrooms had hair dryers in the cupboards!) and we thoroughly loved just being there and having drinks on the terrace in the sunshine. It was great fun being able to identify all the towers in the distance even just after one day in the city. Verona itself is a beautiful city with so much to do and see. It did not take long to become familiar with the area and we even had our own ‘local’ cafe (Cafe Gaston) where we went for coffee and croissants in the morning! The apartment is an easy 10/12 min walk from the station, and then only 10 mins walk to Piazza Bra. There were just too many great places to eat, and we thoroughly indulged our sweet tooth at all the amazing pasticcerias in the city! And we loved wondering about and stopping at lovely cafes for glasses of wine. I just wish we had had longer. But we will most definitely be back…Thank you Rosella and family for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful hospitality

Our stay at the Apartment Panorama was a highlight of our trip. My family of 5 had a lovely three night stay. Our three children, ages 4, 6 and 16 comfortably shared the second, spacious bedroom. The apartment is well appointed and very clean. Furnishings are stylish and comfortable but also very child-friendly. Rosella was a wonderful host. She met us upon arrival and provided us with city maps, restaurant recommendations, and information about our immediate surrounds, etc. She even provided breakfast for our first morning. The kitchen is truly equipped for cooking, which is often hard to find in vacation rentals. The apartment is very well positioned for every convenience in the modern part of town (a bar at the ground level, grocery store across the street, and a high quality alimentari and an excellent gelateria around the corner!). It's also a very short walk (10 min) to the arena and historic city center. We are discerning travelers that have traveled extensively in Italy with our children. Rosella's apartment is among the very best apartment rentals we've experienced. I would recommend it both to adults and to families with children.

Perfect place in perfect location

We really enjoyed staying at Rosella's apartment. For us, it was particularly well-located; 10 minutes from Piazza Bra (where the Arena is) and 10 minutes from the train station. We did not have, nor need a car for our day trips. Rosella is very cheerful and helpful -- she gave us a thorough walk-through of the apartment, and spent time with a map circling restaurants and churches for us to visit. (Ristorantino Calcirelli, nearby, was fantastic; we never would have found it on our own). Verona is a very lovely town -- big enough to be a real city, but small enough to walk across. The apartment is very clean, tidy, and spacious for 2 couples. The bathrooms were modern and clean. The kitchen (we like to cook) is well-equipped, and from the kitchen one can look through the glass door to the roof deck with the views that you see on the website. Be aware that the other windows are high up (it's the penthouse floor) which let in plenty of light; your main view is that one from the kitchen and the roof deck. But what a view! We enjoyed having an after-dinner drink and hearing faint cheers and clapping from the Arena concerts. Highly recommend staying here.
