Är du redo att göra livslånga familjeminnen? Ta dina barn, dina barnbarn, ett glas vin och gå till din plats på stranden eller på däck, så är du på väg. Bara fem mil från den pittoreska staden Hammondsport, är detta en av de bästa platserna på Keuka sjön. Denna charmiga pärla har skapat generationer av minnen och är redo för din!

Hemmen
Rusticana består av två byggnader, en originalstuga som byggdes på 1950-talet och huvudhuset tillkom 1979.
HUVUDHUSET: Söt och mysig med mycket naturligt ljus, och huvudhuset har en spektakulär utsikt över sjön från de två stora glidande glasdörrarna i huvudrummet. Dörrarna leder till ett 30 fot långt däck som har utsikt över stranden bara några meter bort. Två bord, med plats för 10, plus en gasgrill för en spektakulär plats för hela dagen. Du kommer aldrig tröttna på att titta på solen sjunka över den västra sluttningen medan du njuter av ett glas lokalt vin eller titta på barnen kasta i det kristallklara vattnet. På regniga dagar eller svala kvällar kan du njuta av kabel-TV, surfa på internet eller förlora dig själv i en fantastisk bok på de helt nya sofforna. Massor av kortspel, brädspel och pussel finns tillgängliga för gammaldags kul. På natten låter du det lugnande ljudet från vattnet som sjunker på stranden lugna dig.

BOLIGET: Kärleksfullt byggt av den ursprungliga fastighetsägaren, men har många senaste uppdateringar. Träramen och inre stugan har två pittoreska sovrum ("smekmånadssviten" har ett litet däck mot sjön), ett badrum, en sluten veranda med en bäddsoffa och en futon i full storlek. Ta din kaffemugg från det ursprungliga Hoosier-skåpet och gör dig redo att omfamna glädjen av en dag vid sjön!

Family/Friends Vacation

Amazing property and location. Tons of watercraft to enjoy with the family. You can hang out on the dock during the day and enjoy a fire at night overlooking the lake. The host was responsive and awesome to deal with. Having two house was great to split up the early risers and the people who like to sleep in. I would highly recommend and rent again.

Everything we hoped for

Mom (84yr) and daughters & niece spent 4 relaxing, fun filled days reading, playing cards, rock painting, boating and at times... laughing out of control.The porch is perfect for morning coffee, waving at passers-by, crafting and evening cocktail hour. Although the Rusticana is cozy, it never seemed cramped - there was plenty of room for the friends who stopped in for a day.It was nice to be able to walk out the door for a stroll and get different views of the lake and other cottages.Hoping for another stay next year.

Great spot on the lake, great lake frontage, close to Hammondsport

Stayed for a long weekend, overall great experience and phenomenal hosts. Property is a nice little cottage (that you don’t see a lot of anymore on Keuka). Everything was as described and very clean and ready for our stay. Overall great property, recommend to any couples, families, friend groups looking to just enjoy Keuka.

Long weekend with family

The property was a quaint cabin and cottage right on the lake. We enjoyed the outdoor areas with the views. Perfect for our family get away for a long weekend. Property was well kept and very clean. Exactly as described.

Long weekend getaway

We had a great time at Rusticana. Perfect location to visit the wineries, breweries and to do a little fishing. Something for everyone in our party. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Nancy was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was perfect for our family. Very nice main house and smaller cabin. Walk in beach great for kids. Nice deck on lake side of main house. Quiet location convenient to Hammondsport.

Perfect Fall Getaway!

Rusticana was perfect for our friends and family fall trip! This was our second time visiting and it was just as beautiful as the first. Ann was amazing to work with, the houses were super clean, and the watercrafts got a lot of use. I would highly suggest visiting and we will likely be back again someday.

restful stay

A restful stay in a cozy, well-kept cottage. The owner was helpful and available with a couple of questions I had. The weather was great. The one surprise: Hammondsport restaurants are only open on weekends until Memorial day.

Comfortable with beautiful views

Wonderful rental on the water!

Quaint cabin on the water. Has it all! View, lake, water sports equipment, fire pit, games, books! Well stocked and maintained cabin. Bring your bathing suit and enjoy the waters and the view!

Wonderful place to stay with kids!

It was a perfect spot on the water with young kids. Our kiddos could wade in the lake with their water shoes and play in the stones on the shore. Very clean, cozy, quaint, and comfortable. Nothing fancy about it, but who needs fancy when you’re on Keuka Lake? Rusticana had everything we needed, and it was a wonderful week.

Wonderful value for two cozy cottages

Our family (4 couples, 3 children) had a wonderful stay at Rusticana. Access was easy and both cottages were cozy and comfortable. We especially loved the pedal boat, beachfront, meals on the deck and fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful Setting

Great view, right on the water, very relaxing, and worked well for a multiple family gathering. And Keuka lake is not as big nor busy as some of the other Finger Lakes – didn't feel overrun by motor boats or their noise. Only 5 miles from Hammondsport, so getting supplies isn't too difficult.
