Inga trappor! Charmig ny stuga på en nivå mycket med en privat enhet som leder till 3 av motorväg parkeringsplatser intill stugan. Du kan köra till dörren för inkörning av mat, bagage etc.
Helt uppdaterad 2012 ... Trägolv i hela, nya köksbänkskivor, ny köksgolvplattor, kaklade backspashes, nya möbler och draperier, ny granit toppad badfönhet, kaklat kamin surround, 46 "Sony HDTV, och viktigast .... en pergola täckt 2 tier däck förlängning nu ger fantastisk utsikt både upp och nerför sjön samt över. (Observera, första bilden visar däck före add-0ns; senare bilder visar visningar från nya tilläggstangenter.)

Vår mysiga 3 sovrum (plus loft) hem är modern på alla sätt. Dessutom tomultiple takfönster, stugan har ett privat loft med 360degree utsikt ... en perfekt plats för att koppla av eller sova 2 personer som kan klättra en trappstege med en uppsättning övre och nedre våningssängar
En fin stenstrand (utan breakwall) försiktigt sluttande till och under
vatten ger möjlighet att vada, bada, sola eller ta en eftermiddag
lur i hängmatta. Stranden är helt vänlig till ung och
Gamla lika tillgång till några stensteg ner genom en trädgård eller sju steg ner från däcket
En 40 fot docka kan rymma antingen din mid-size båt eller
kanske en hyra ... eller någon som vill fiska eller sola! Båtpiska är tillgängliga.
Köket är rymligt med nya apparater och har en bar för avslappnad
måltider eller drycker. Det har utsikt över matsal / vardagsrum med trä
brinnande spis i slutet av "stora rummet". Den levande / matsal
område med utsikt över stranden, sjön och "Bluff" som ses genom en vägg av
glidande glasdörrar, som går åt huvuddäcket. Däcket är stort
med utsikt över sjön komplett med picknickbord för att äta i en
perfekt inställning.

Stugan ligger 2. 5 miles söder om Branchport, # 16410 West Lake Rd (Rte 54A)
lättillgänglig för den närbelägna Keuka Lake Wine Trail med turer och provningar, många fina restauranger, presentbutiker och antikaffärer. En kort bilresa tar dig
till antingen historiska Hammondport eller byn Penn Yan.

Fabulous view, deck and beach

We really enjoyed the location and views of this property. Convenient to many wineries, breweries and parks with even more great views to enjoy. Great vacation spot. Wayne was a very friendly host and willing to answer all our questions.

PERFECT GETAWAY

After a relaxing and very comfortable stay on Keuka Lake, we are already planning our next trip there. You cannot go wrong with the clean and hospitable environment that the owner provided us. Highly recommend this property!

Family vacation in the finger lakes

The house is very clean and well organized, we where a family of 6 and it was enough for us all. The property doesn’t have a baby bed so we just put a mattress on the floor. Whine was great and helpful with everything we needed, including recommendations for a rainy day.

Restful Stay at the lake

This is a nicely located property that is very nicely furnished. We had a great week visiting nearby wineries and towns as well taking the time to relax by the lake. Parking situation is great. Wayne is a great host.

Keuka Magic!

Great parking options. No steps from the parking area to the house. Only a few steps off the deck to the lake. Probably our easiest access to house and beach in the five years we have been renting on the lake. Teen boys loved sleeping in the loft area. Homeowner also had extra kayaks and life jackets if we needed them. Wayne was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

Awesome week!

This is a great cottage and the location is central to any area you would like to visit. House was very clean and well maintained. We had 5 adults in the house and would recommend no more that that. Wayne, the owner was super and easy to communicate with. The boat dock was perfect. and there is a great space for fire pit, cornhole etc.

Guys fishing trip

This was our first time staying here for the annual fishing trip. It was just right for 8 of us and we all had our own bed. Plenty of room both inside and outside. Very clean and had everything we needed. Sat outside a lot when not fishing on the relaxing deck overlooking the lake. Good weather and fishing all week. Awesome views up and down the lake! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Hope to bring the family for a stay!

Great Lake House on Keuka Lake

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house suited our needs perfectly. Great deck and view. Wayne is a terrific host. The house is centrally located to many of great state parks and attractions.

A Slice of Paradise

Our stay at Wayne's slice of paradise was everything we hoped for and received. Our experience was absolutely one of our best vacations!! We enjoyed Kayaking on the lake and surrounding areas. Great location to experience the wine and brewery trails. Celebrated our 15th anniversary and our son-in-law's birthday. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the deck for dining, reading and just watching the scenery. Our daughter and her husband stayed in the Love Shack and felt connected to us but still had their own privacy. We will definitely be going back!!!!!! Thanks Wayne for sharing your home with us.

A perfect family get away

We took my mother-in-law and father-in-law on vacation. A total of six adults were on the trip. My in-laws stayed on the love shack. It allowed them to go to bed earlier than the rest of the party. It worked out perfectly. My husband and I loved this property and stayed at it previously. If we go to Keuka Lake, this is the only place I would consider staying. Great vacation on Keuka Lake

Our family had a fantastic vacation on Keuka Lake. The house and outside deck and beach were perfect for the whole family, including our 9 year old twins. They had a great time swimming and kayaking. And the deck was perfect for cooking out, meals and cocktails overlooking the lake. The Branchport location was super convenient also. A perfect getaway!

Finger Lakes Vacation

Keuka Getaway

Great property right on Keuka Lake. A ton of deck space and a great beach front as well. Incredible views looking both North and South. Very easy in terms of check in and check out. The owners were very friendly and quick when it came to communication. We highly recommend and would come back here again!

Adorable and quaint

We rented this house for a girls weekend in Nov, adorable house and perfect location for the Keuka Wine Trail. FYI there is no internet or TV in the fall/winter months, which we were not aware of until after we booked. But otherwise it was a great house on the lake.

Cozy on the lake

Great Week on the Lake!

Wayne's cottage on the lake is simply beautiful. The views of Keuka Lake are incredible! We went here as a family for about a week and had a great time. Wayne met us there and showed us around the property, including how to use the boat and helpful information for the area. The only thing was there was a few cobwebs in the house we had to clean in the corners and windows when we arrived, but other than that, the home was very clean. The place was exactly as the listing describes, with all amenities. My favorite part was the skylights all over the house! Just beautiful! We had a fire every night, and my dad went fishing and rode on the boat everyday! Thanks Wayne!

I purchased raw land and personally designed and built my summer residence, which I now will share with you. Over the years I have made many alterations and additions including added decks and an outbuilding.....now dubbed the "Love Shack", a beautiful place to house added quests at an added cost of $500 per week. A special hideaway with a kitchenette, half bath, and outside heated shower.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Initially I boated all of the finger lakes in search of the right lake. Keuka was the answer...the jewel of the fingerlakes.Then I spent 2 years in quest of the right location....a perfect beach with no breakwalls, shade trees for my fair complected children, a West side location to avoid parching afternoon heat from the sun found on the opposite shore, ample parking with a setback from the highway, and most importantly "no stairs" so typically required on this Lake. Then I fulfilled a lifelong dream to build my own home with my own hands!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I then designed the height of the cottage to be above water level by 6 feet so as to afford a view of the beachfront to insure a careful watch over toddlers while enjoying the fantastic views, the water traffic, the ducks, etc!
