This 850 sq. ft. unit has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and is located on the 1st floor. The apartment also has a big living room, dining room, a full kitchen (with all appliances) and a semi private garden area.

Laundry facilities are located on each floor, and there's also a mini-market where you can get a variety of cold and hot foods and drinks.

The condo has all you need to spend a great vacation. Need more? Sure, we even provide you with beach towels, sun umbrella and a cooler. The building has a large pool from where you can have direct access to the quiet beaches ( you don't even have to cross the street to lay down on the sand!). You can also enjoy the gym and walk around the gardens.

The building is ON the beach! That being said, you're minutes away to many excellent restaurants, supermarkets and so much more. The well-known and posh Aventura Mall is the closest shopping location.

Great place to stay in Hollywood FL

Spacious apartment for a family and close to the beach. Check-in process needs to improve and use of wristband to be able to use the pool is ridiculous.

Holiday Visit

Amazing property and location. From check-in to check-out, communiction was outstanding and made our visit worry free. Beach, Pool and Restaurant’s in the area were fantastic. Would have stayed another week if we could. Would highly recommend 100%.

Nice and clean . Beautiful pool area . Real close to the beach. Only issue was the laundry rooms on the first and second floors were out of order .

good vacation

Excellent condo, very well equipped . Unfortunately if you arrived after 5:00PM the registration office is closed and you do not have the FOB for access to the pool or Gym. You need to wait until 9:00AM next day to register and receive the FOB. They should have a system for late arrivals to improve this situation.

Great weekend stay

I enjoyed staying on this property with my daughter for a few days over the Thanksgiving weekend! Communication was great with the hosts, the apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has the basic cookware and utensils, so it was great to be able to make a couple of meals. I wish we had used the nice pool and the gym but we were too busy at the beach! The only thing I was disappointed is that there is no view of the beach, but you are steps away from the pool and beach. The cafe restaurant on the property was great. The check in process is not difficult but there are a few steps you must go through and if you have a vehicle get a pass. Note: The registration office closes at 5pm.

Excellent location!

Location was everything here. Unit was just as described, although not quite as narrow as it looks in photos. Clean and everything worked as it should. Bones of the building are old, but unit is updated. Although there is a small patio on ground level, it faces a cement wall, some tropical plants, and an empty parking lot. Not nearly as pretty as the few steps to the ocean but fairly private. It always felt safe and area is walkable. Host was fantastic in answering questions about the unit as well as the area. Would definitely do it again.

Hollywood stay

We stayed at the property for 6 weeks. We found the condo to be very clean and the pictures of the unit on VRBO were accurate. Sandra the unit manager was always available to answer our questions if anything was needed. The check in process was a little time consuming with long wait times as so many people were checking in. The on the beach property with the advantage of beach chairs and umbrellas as part of the rental was a great addition. Hollywood Beach is a beautiful beach to walk on and just enjoy the water and sunshine. The pool was large but very crowed as part of our stay was over the "spring break" holidays for many schools. Utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, dishes, everything we needed for our stay was provided. The patio area was somewhat disappointing as it was in front of a low brick wall with no real view of much of anything.. Also, a small step would be helpful to get in and out of the unit as it was quite a large step down to the patio and also to get back in to the unit. The restaurants in the area are very good and there is also a small coffee shop offering sandwiches, coffee and baked goods. Overall, we were very pleased with the rental.

So disappointed!

We stepped onto the property and when we went to see the location of our room we realized our ground floor room was actually more difficult to get to than one we could have used the elevator for. There were numerous steps just to get to the room and no elevator available for that area. Then because we got there in the evening we had to wait until morning to get our key fob at an adjacent building to even get out of the lobby. There was a long line of people doing the same and getting deposits back. When we finally got our key fob we were told the heater in our pool was broken. We finally made out of the locked door lobby it to the beach. After choosing a beachfront property we were told that we couldn't use the beach because there was heavy machinery grading and re-sanding the beach. Very disappointed about that! It was a huge project that completely ruined being "beach front".The property was nothing like the photos. The couch was uncomfortable, the beds were uncomfortable, and we just tried to stay out of the room and off the property as much as possible since there was no remedy offered by the management. A picture is worth a thousand words and I wish I could post some here.

The place was just as described.

We got there soon before checking time, I communicated with the person in charge and they were so easy to explain the process. The place is located on the first floor of a nice resort right on the beach. The pool was not crowded so you can choose between swimming on the ocean or staying at the pool. Is a good location if you want to just chill there or if you want to just drive places to get to know the city. Walmart is 10 min walk or 3 min drive, so don't stress if need anything.

Decent place with some issues

The apartment is clean and relatively modern. Some issues to be aware of: 1. There AT&T mobile service is extremely poor inside the apartment. You can barely catch 2 bars near the windows and none whatsoever inside the rooms 2. The private patio is facing the parking lot which may be very awkward. 3. The bathroom shower is the weird waterfall model where the water is pouring from the bathroom ceiling. There is no handheld shower head, so it is impossible to take a shower without getting your hair wet.

Great location!

Communication with the agent was great before and during the stay. The Checkin process is a little complicated. Great location - Right On the beach. Apartment is beautiful, full kitchen. Sleeps 6. Because the COVID-19 measures, the pool now closes at 5pm.

Great place

This place was pretty much perfect. Great location right on the beach and the condo was just how it looked in the photos. Located in a nice, safe area too, so much within walking distance or a short Uber ride which made this place even better. Ana is an amazing host as well and made sure we had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay!!
