Denna 50m2 lägenhet kommer att göra din vistelse väldigt trevlig: med sina två sovrum, vardera arrangerade i ena änden av huvudrummet, som rymmer en stor soffa designad av Piero Lissoni, en portugisisk konsol från 1800-talet, en familjkronkrona i Murano och ett Eames bord och stolar. Hyllorna är fulla av konstböcker och verk av samtida konstnärer dekorerar väggarna.

Great Stay for a trip to Paris!

This was the perfect accommodation for our short trip to Paris. The place is close to everything you need from metro to supermarkets etc. and the train station (gate du nord was only 30 minutes away. The host was very nice so communication was easy and quick. Big recommendation!

It really is haven

My daughter, my two grandchildren, and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this funky little apartment. It was perfect for four people and our hostess was kind and attentive. And what pretty little courtyards around the building. The location was in close proximity to métro stations so all sites in Paris were easy to reach. Highly recommended.

Great Paris apartment

We had a great say in Paris. The apartment was in a safe and convenient location, close to two metro stops. The apartment is cozy and charming. It's not a luxury stay, but it's a great price for a stay in Paris and worked well for my family. Our host was very communicative and clear, and we enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay in Paris

The accommodation is centrally located for visiting cultural institutions and interesting neighborhoods in the center of Paris. The facilities in the apartment are decent, but not complete. There is no possibility to hang coats. The kitchen has some unusable, but also some correct pans available for induction cooking. We did not cook, because the area has excellent dining options. We did not miss the fact that there was no TV, but we missed the opportunity to listen to music (radio). We found the double bed a bit narrow for what we are used to, but it was comfortable. Our 11-year-old granddaughter was happy with the loft bed. All in all, we thought it was a great place for our 5-day stay. We enjoyed the peace, quietness and the green nature.

Lovely little escape!

My family so enjoyed our stay here…on a beautiful courtyard (complete with magpie nest!) and close to so many metro stations. Elizabeth was super helpful and easy to get in touch with. She even did a little research for us, as we are vegan, to help find places around her that were friendly to our dietary needs. 10/10, would definitely come back!

Comfortable, tranquil , convenient, welcoming

My 16 year old granddaughter and I stayed here for four nights in July. As the owner describes the flat is in a tranquil setting on the first floor overlooking an enclosed garden. The layout was ideal for us with the large sitting/ dining/kitchen area separating the two bedrooms. Everywhere was full of natural light (and birdsong!). The Metro station - Les Gobelins - is five minutes walk away with the main attractions in the centre of Paris no more than fifteen minutes travel. The Gare du Nord is twenty minutes - change at the Gare de l’Est. Many shops, bars and restaurants are within a five minute radius and we ate out at very reasonable prices. Everyone we encountered in the same block were very friendly and welcoming. Our hostess could not have been more helpful. I lost her email with the entry details so she patiently talked us through getting access and then texted us several times to check that all was well. Our visit was to introduce Nancy to the Paris Art Galleries and the vast array of books on art in the flat provided valuable backup. Overall everything was just as we wanted. Michael John

Quiet, spacious apartment

I stayed at Elizabeth's apartment for 3 weeks. She does live in the apartment when it's not rented out, so the space is not all yours, but she did empty a few shelves in the closet and cupboards for me and left room in the fridge, so I was able to store most of my things. (I would have also liked some space in the coat closet though.) The apartment is quiet and serene. It was nice to return to it after the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a lovely local park with a rose garden just around the corner where I liked to relax or eat a sandwich from the boulangerie. It is fairly easy to get where you want to go in Paris by taking the Metro line that leaves from the nearby Gobelins station, but you need to plan about 25 minutes door-to-door to get anywhere in central Paris. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is comfortable. My only complaint is that the bedding was too hot for summertime and it would have been nice to have some lighter covers in the apartment. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Elizabeth responded quickly to my messages whenever I had a question or concern.

Lovely

We loved the flat, building and location. We walked to Catacombs in just 20 minutes. 3 minute walk from flat there is grocery store, bakery, restaurant. Paris center is pretty big, so you can’t be close to everything, but this area is nicely quiet and safe. Flat was VERY clean when we arrived. Elizabeth is very nice, responsive, and helpful. We stayed during French strikes and Elizabeth helped us to check if the museums were open. Many thanks!

bel appartement manquant un peu de réparations

Très bel appartement dans un édifice très bien tenu et très calme, avec de la verdure merveilleuse. L'appartement est très beau mais bien encombré, piles de magazines, bibliothèque qui croule sous les livres, une multitude d'objets personnels fragiles qui devraient être remisés pendant les locations. La salle de bain laisse à désirer, le vieux tuyau de douche fuit, le plafond s'écaille. Peu d'espace a été laissé pour nos affaires, nous restions tout de même 2 semaines, à 3 dans l'appart. Et pour le reste, c'est un endroit vraiment agréable et bien situé.

Appartement fonctionnel, très calme et bien situé

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est très propre et calme. Aucun bruit de voiture. Il est proche de plusieurs commerces et de stations de métro. Elizabeth a su s'adapter à notre heure d'arrivée. Rien à redire, je recommande.

Poco practico , no es funcional.

El departamento luce como las fotos, sin embargo, aunque la dueña es muy amable, creo que esta empezando a rentar y no conoce el concepto de este tipo de rentas. Se ve que ella vive ahí y el lugar no estaba muy limpio, tiene un refrigerador muy pequeño y lleno con su comida, por lo que cuando regresamos del supermercado nos dimos cuenta que no cabían nuestras cosas; no tiene horno de microondas, lo cual dificultó cualquier cosa que queríamos hacer como calentar algo, o cocinar comida congelada, lo curioso es que nos preguntó si íbamos a querer cocinar! Por supuesto! De no ser así nos hubiésemos ido a un hotel! Por otro lado, su closet estaba lleno con su ropa y no tiene espacio para guardar, por lo que tuvimos que dejar nuestra ropa todo el tiempo en las maletas con la consiguiente incomodidad. Como si fuera poco, el segundo día no hubo agua caliente todo el día, por lo que no pudimos bañarnos. No volvería a rentar este lugar a menos que se hagan las mejoras que creo no son difíciles de solucionar.
