Nöjd med lägenheten, fanns allt. Trevlig hjälpsam värd. Bra läge om man inte behöver bo väldigt centralt. Nära t-banan.

Mysig och bekväm lägenhet

I lägenheten fanns allt vi behövde: sköna sängar, ett modernt välutrustat kök, litet men fräscht badrum m tvättmaskin, treglasfönster mot trafikbullret, matplats, soffa o fåtöljer. Värden var jättevänlig och hjälpsam. I de turistfria kvarteren fanns det mesta: metro+bussar, mataffärer, bagerier, ost- och delikatessaffär, krogar, 2 stora parker inom gångavstånd, strosvänliga kanaler, samt ett stort kulturutbud i Parc de la Villette. Återkommer gärna hit!

Lovely stay!

The apartment was well stoked and furnished with everything you need to feel at home. It was close to the metro and directly across the street from a grocery store which was very convenient. The host was friendly and very responsive. We were confused about the washer and he was there in five minutes to help us out.

Paris new years eve

Very friendly host, typical Parisiene flat, all clean and as described in the advert. Would definetely go again, but not during new years eve. Access to champ de Ellysee was a difficult that night.

Heel fijn verblijf in Parijs

Een heel fijn appartement. De keuken is zeer goed ingericht. Vlakbij Metro, en met prima winkels en restaurants in de omgeving. De eigenaar is erg aardig, en reageert snel. Aanbevolen.

The apartment is really clean, spacious and affordable, we liked the location and it’s so easy to jump on the metro to get around. The host is very kind and responsive, I recommend staying there especially if you prefer to be not in a tourist area, and there’s lots of places to eat nearby

This apartment is in a great neighborhood on Line 5 of the metro. The monoprix is right across the street. Every cafe andoulamgdrie we went to had native French people

Real Gem of a place!

Fantastic apartment! Clean, well appointed, and great location. The host was very friendly, great communication and was so helpful. Made our stay in Paris so much fun. Would very much recommend this as a place to stay.

Perfect little spot!

Cute little apartment. Perfect for our group, 3 adults and a baby. Close to metro. Lots of cafes in the area. We had an isse with the washing machine. Called the landlord. He was there in 5 minutes and got us on oir way!! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great family stay

This is a great stay for a young family. Our kids loved the bunk beds. You can buy groceries right across the street, the metro is close, and we found some good restaurants in the neighborhood. Ninh is a great host and very responsive to questions and anything you might need.

Great location and accomodations

This property was fun to stay in with a family with two kids. The bunk beds were a hit. The clothes washer came in vary handy as this was a stop in the middle of a trip. The convenience of a grocery store across the street, several restaurants in the area, and two metro stops nearby make this accommodation a great selection!

Gute Unterkunft für Familien

Wir wurden von Mr. Vu persönlich in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben und uns die wichtigsten Dinge in der Wohnung gezeigt bzw erklärt (WLAN, TV, Herd, Waschmaschine etc.). Mr Vu war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Mr Vu hat wohl auch einen Parkplatz. Wir hatten über Onepark einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Ibis Budget Hotel (5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) gebucht. Bei unserem nächsten Paris Aufenthalt kommen wir gerne wieder. Direkt gegen über ist ein Supermarkt.

Stay during Olympics

We were 4 adults over 65 years. The apartment was just as advertised. It is an older apartment, sufficiently equipped and furnished and comfortable. It has a kitchen, which we used for making breakfast. There are two bedrooms; one (as advertised) has a bunk bed, not a problem for a nimble senior. The location was very good for us, as some activities of the Olympics were close by, although most we attended were elsewhere around Paris. The metro is close, so transport not a problem. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores and bakeries close by. The main tourist attractions such as Notre Dame are about 30 minutes by Metro, but of course it depends upon where you want to go. The apartment is on a busy street, but windows are well insulated so noise levels were not a problem for us. We also knew this about the location. We drove to Paris, so a big bonus for us was that we could park our car in a very secure underground garage across the street. The charge was only an additional 10 Euros per day. I would like to also add that the owner, Mr. Ninh Vu, is very friendly and helpful. He was very easy to work with. He communicated well about the rental, and was on sit when we arrived and departed to make sure everything went smoothly. So, definitely a very good experience. If the opportunity were to present itself to return to Paris, we would stay here again.

Canal is one block across and park one block behind

Apartment had everything needed, from towels to dishes and silverware. Mr Vu checked us in and explain how things worked. Many restaurants and take out places with walking distance as well the Metro

Quiet Gem in Paris

Wonderful stay. Easy to access from public transport. Quiet neighborhood, with grocery and other amenities very close by. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with host. Would certainly stay again.
