Den h��r nybyggda lägenheten i centrum av staden är idealisk för att besöka huvudstaden i Gipuzkoa. Det ligger på sjunde våningen i en byggnad med hiss.

Den har ett vardagsrum, matplats och kök i ett enkelrum, har också ett rum med dubbelsäng och ett annat rum med två enkelsängar, båda badrummen har duschar och terrassen är perfekt för att njuta av det fina vädret. Det har också värme och gratis Wi-Fi under hela vistelsen.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Perfect for family of 4. It was all we were looking for.

Very satisfied

We are very pleased with the flat. It was clean and a good planning with a big terrace. It was a perfect location at a calm street but very close to bus, train, bar, shops and the beach.

Clean and modern apartment in a great location!

Incredible View, Very Clean and Convenient

Once we got through the check in process (different property down the street), the rest of our stay was seamless. Great location in the area, walkable to many restaurants and sights, and right next to a grocery store (food, wine, etc). It was just the two of us, but could have easily and comfortably fit 4 people, especially with the 2 full bathrooms. The balcony was phenomenal - that view will be in my mind forever! Highly recommend this location and rental property!

Bel appartement avec situation idéale au cœur de la ville

L’appart est conforme à l’annonce propre, clair, jolie vue terrasse, sécurisé … l’emplacement est idéal au cœur de la ville pour tout faire à pieds. Le point négatif c’est la literie, probablement neuve mais trop dure et inconfortable.un bon repos est la clé des vacances, dommage, car le tarif de location est élevé. Le parking véhicule n’est pas inclus dans le prix non plus. Très bonne réactivité de l’agence.

Hermoso departamento y super equipado.

Con un sistema de persianas black out herméticas que no había visto nunca. Realmente espectacular. Muy bien ubicado y en una zona muy tranquila.

Beautiful apartment centrally located

This apartment offers everything for a longer stay. We spent there two weeks. Great view, quiet location, modern furnishings, underground parking with direct access to the lift. Large sunny balcony with top view. In a few minutes in the centre. Many restaurants in the area. Supermarket just around the corner. Good WiFi. Very good instruction.

Great, well-located apartment

A smart and modern apartment with a lovely, expansive mountain view from the balcony and very quiet at night. Comfy beds, two great bathrooms, Nespresso machine and a Smart TV. The sofa was perfectly fine for two of us and we took advantage of the AC in the lounge on hotter days. We really liked the location - outside the hubbub of the old town although an easy 10-15 minute walk, and you can be on the beach in five minutes if you walk up the road then down the steps opposite. The Rentals Collection were great and I’d use them again. Nothing at all for us but it is nearly 15 minutes walk to the old town if that matters, and a couple of minutes up a very short hill which may be relevant for those with mobility issues. We’ve stayed in the old town previously and actually preferred this location.

Issar apartment - San Sebastian

It was a clean and tidy apartment in a good location. We enjoyed our stay in San Sebastian and would definitely use the Rentals Collection again, the staff are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Perfect location

The apartment is in a great family neighborhood but close to the river and the sights of the city. It was very quiet at night. The apartment is compact but has everything we needed and we loved the view from the balcony. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Put soap in soap dispensers.

Lage absolut praktisch, 5 Minuten vom Meer; Supermarkt in Sichtweite. Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick ins Hinterland von San Sebastián. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern eher nicht geeignet wegen der Einrichtung und auch weil es sich um ein Wohnhaus mit Dauermietern handelt - es ist etwas hellhörig.

Very nice and new apartment

Very nice and new apartment: quiet, clean, modern with all amenities needed if anything a little too small (and far too cluttered) for our liking. As we both travel and work continuously, the only negative we found was a lack of working space: we solved this by putting the table plus chairs from the balcony into the apartment (after cleaning these thoroughly), but this still only offered adequate working space for one, whilst the other had to make do with a tiny table in one of the bedrooms. Seating in the living room is not particularly comfortable. On the positive side: wifi is excellent and it is quiet with a nice balcony with sun (if you are lucky to have good weather in Donostia). Superb heating system and good beds with nice linen.

The flat is really nice, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The flat is very well equiped, nice furniture, good stuff in the kitchen, comfortable beds, good showers, etc. You cannot see the beach from the flat, but we liked the view from the terrace (top floor, exactly south facing) with parts of the city and the mountains in the background. When you follow the street along the flat, go down some steps, one is at the concha beach within less than 10 Minutes. Also the shopping area of San Sebastian is just a few minutes walk, and a number of restaurants and bars oppositeround the corner. We booked the private parking space, which is in the garage below the building, and there is some space there for bikes as well, which came very handy. The communication with the agency was good, they usually answered quickly. We would stay in the flat again.
