Very satisfied

We are very pleased with the flat. It was clean and a good planning with a big terrace. It was a perfect location at a calm street but very close to bus, train, bar, shops and the beach.

This is an absolutely amazing property. So very close to the train station and so walkable. The property was very well equipped. Also was very quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Property Walking Distance to Everything in Town

We spent eleven days in this modern and well-maintained apartment. A five minute walk to beach, groceries, bakeries, and coffee shops. A 15-20 minute walk to Old Town.Secure parking in building underground. Easy driving out of town to visit Spanish and French Basque Country.I highly recommend this VRBO property.

L’appart est conforme Ă  l’annonce propre, clair, jolie vue terrasse, sĂ©curisĂ© 
 l’emplacement est idĂ©al au cƓur de la ville pour tout faire Ă  pieds. Le point nĂ©gatif c’est la literie, probablement neuve mais trop dure et inconfortable.un bon repos est la clĂ© des vacances, dommage, car le tarif de location est Ă©levĂ©. Le parking vĂ©hicule n’est pas inclus dans le prix non plus. TrĂšs bonne rĂ©activitĂ© de l’agence.

Incredible View, Very Clean and Convenient

Once we got through the check in process (different property down the street), the rest of our stay was seamless. Great location in the area, walkable to many restaurants and sights, and right next to a grocery store (food, wine, etc). It was just the two of us, but could have easily and comfortably fit 4 people, especially with the 2 full bathrooms. The balcony was phenomenal - that view will be in my mind forever! Highly recommend this location and rental property!

Hermoso departamento y super equipado.

Beautiful apartment centrally located

This apartment offers everything for a longer stay. We spent there two weeks. Great view, quiet location, modern furnishings, underground parking with direct access to the lift. Large sunny balcony with top view. In a few minutes in the centre. Many restaurants in the area. Supermarket just around the corner. Good WiFi. Very good instruction.

Great, well-located apartment

A smart and modern apartment with a lovely, expansive mountain view from the balcony and very quiet at night. Comfy beds, two great bathrooms, Nespresso machine and a Smart TV. The sofa was perfectly fine for two of us and we took advantage of the AC in the lounge on hotter days. We really liked the location - outside the hubbub of the old town although an easy 10-15 minute walk, and you can be on the beach in five minutes if you walk up the road then down the steps opposite. The Rentals Collection were great and I’d use them again. Nothing at all for us but it is nearly 15 minutes walk to the old town if that matters, and a couple of minutes up a very short hill which may be relevant for those with mobility issues. We’ve stayed in the old town previously and actually preferred this location.

It was a clean and tidy apartment in a good location. We enjoyed our stay in San Sebastian and would definitely use the Rentals Collection again, the staff are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Perfect location

The apartment is in a great family neighborhood but close to the river and the sights of the city. It was very quiet at night. The apartment is compact but has everything we needed and we loved the view from the balcony. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Put soap in soap dispensers.

Lage absolut praktisch, 5 Minuten vom Meer; Supermarkt in Sichtweite. Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick ins Hinterland von San SebastiĂĄn. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. FĂŒr Familien mit kleineren Kindern eher nicht geeignet wegen der Einrichtung und auch weil es sich um ein Wohnhaus mit Dauermietern handelt - es ist etwas hellhörig.

Very nice and new apartment

Very nice and new apartment: quiet, clean, modern with all amenities needed if anything a little too small (and far too cluttered) for our liking. As we both travel and work continuously, the only negative we found was a lack of working space: we solved this by putting the table plus chairs from the balcony into the apartment (after cleaning these thoroughly), but this still only offered adequate working space for one, whilst the other had to make do with a tiny table in one of the bedrooms. Seating in the living room is not particularly comfortable. On the positive side: wifi is excellent and it is quiet with a nice balcony with sun (if you are lucky to have good weather in Donostia). Superb heating system and good beds with nice linen.
