A third-floor apartment situated on the outskirts of Porth, sleeping up four people, in two bedrooms.
28 Zenith is a third-floor apartment resting on the outskirts of Porth. It comes with two well-presented bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an additional double bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area. Outside, you will find a private parking space for one car and a small balcony area. All-in-all, 28 Zenith is a spectacular accommodation for exploring this corner of Cornwall. Please note: the underground car park is closed for maintenance from 3 September until 14 October 2023. Nearby roadside parking will be available on Watergate Road or Trevelgue Road. Please note: Due to storm damage caused by the heavy storms in late 2024, the Zenith buildings will have scaffolding erected through the period stated below. The repairs include roof repairs and general exterior cleaning so there could be some disruption and noise from 8am to 5pm. Scaffolding erected- early April. Works start date - early May for 8 weeks Scaffolding removal - early June. All works will be complete and clear by mid July and the owner profoundly apologises for the disruption.
