Sea View är ett smakfullt inredda och vackert utrustade 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, modern lägenhet med havsutsikt och tillgång till en privat strand. Det är 15 minuters promenad från pubar, kaféer och restauranger. Det finns enkel tillgång till promenader, vattensporter och golf. Det är tillgängligt med kollektivtrafik och cirka en mil från två stora stormarknader. Trots detta är läget lugnt och lantligt. Det ligger i ett kvarter med en hiss, vilket möjliggör enkel åtkomst för äldre eller funktionshindrade klienter. Lägenheten är helt rökfri. Det är inte lämpligt för spädbarn och småbarn på grund av balkongerna och därmed säkerhetsproblem. Väl uppförda äldre barn är dock välkomna. Det finns en golfbana i närheten och National Cycle Routes 2 & 3 nås lätt.
Eden Project och Lost Gardens of Heligan är de mest kända av många attraktioner och platser att besöka inom en kort bilresa, eller i många fall en buss / tåg eller till och med en cykeltur! Detta är Poldark-landet som bäst. Poldark-fans kommer att känna igen platser från programmet.

Sea-View Apartment close to Charlestown

We were satiesfied. The short walks to the beach, the costal path and Charlestown are great. The apartment is exaktly like the pictures.

Jean was eay to communicate with and the check in instructions and driving directions were easy to follow The apartment was spotless and well equipped with all you need for four people to stay Comfy bed Two balconies facing the sea A short walk to a private beach 15 minutes away from Charlestown a pretty little harbour with pubs,shops and cafes

Wow!

A spacious, well equipped and comfortable base for loads of local attractions. Views from the 2 balconies are stunning and the area is peaceful and relaxing. No problems finding the place with host's easy instructions and everything about checking in and out was straightforward. We'd give it 10 stars out of 5!

Great Location and property exceeded our expectations

Interestingly Rashliegh drive takes after the original owner of Duporth which is now an aesthetically pleasing development of a new village. No 10 was situated on the 1st floor with all mod con's included and a lovely sea view aspect and balconies to sit out and enjoy a coffee and the ambiance. We totally. The enjoyed our stay including the nice touch of powerful binoculars and will be pleased to stay again when next down in St Austell.

Wonderful sea view

Very spacious, clean apartment. Lovely beach. Need to be able bodied to get back up steep slope. We were lucky to have extremely good weather. A couple of fans in the apartment would have been good.

Wow! Location, apartment. Perfect location base for Cornwall. Big supermarket close by. Apartment was clean and well equipped. You can walk into Charlestown for the best ice-cream and then walk back up the hill to burn it off.

Spacious apartment in great location

This is a really spacious 2-bed apartment, impeccably presented in a great area which serves as a great hub to drive to pretty much anywhere in Cornwall in under an hour. The hosts sent me good directions and lots of useful information before I arrived. On arrival, I was pleased to find a large, dedicated parking space and a garage where I could keep my bicycle during my stay. I immediately noticed how peaceful the location was. On entering the apartment, I was struck by the size of the rooms and the great view from the windows and two balconies. There is even a pair of binoculars, enabling you to spot the Eddystone Lighthouse, 24 miles out to sea! Essentials are supplied to get you started (toilet rolls, milk, tea, coffee) but there are several supermarkets (including Tesco, Asda and Lidl) within a 5 minute drive. Only half a mile away is Charlestown, a picturesque historic harbour which has pubs, restaurants, cafes (one which is open until 6pm) and craft shops. It is down a steep hill, so I was grateful for my e-bike on the way back! There is also a private beach, again down a steep path, which I had completely to myself on a Friday evening in late September! Check the tide times though - if you're unfortunate enough to arrive at the beach during the highest tide of the year (like I did at one point!), you'll find there is no beach at all! Low tide reveals a lot of rocks along the low-water mark, so take care if you're swimming. Thoroughly recommended!

Gute Zeit

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben auch den privaten Strand sehr genossen. Der Coast Path war direkt vor der Haustür. Mit dem Auto kam man gut überall hin und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren prima. Einzig, die Ventilatoren in den Bädern waren für unsere Bedürfnisse recht laut. Vielen Dank!

Very pleasent and restful stay - Sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt

We really enjoyed our stay. Calm neigboorhood, aparment leaves nothing to be desired, Kind and very helpful Landlords. Charlestown in walking distance. Highly Recommended. Wir haben die Zeit hier genossen. Ruhige Nachbarschaft um das Apartment. Apartment selbst modern, mit allem ausgestattet und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Jeden Tag schöne Aussicht und Charlestown ist lediglich einen kurzen Spaziergang weit weg. Empfehlenswert.

Beautiful location

This property is a spacious apartment. The real bonus is the private beach. Charlestown walkable but coast path closed. The property is clean and well equipped. Also a large garage if you are going to have paddle boards etc. The owners kept in touch and sent everything necessary.

Very well equipped apartment

The apartment is absolutely spotless with beautiful views out towards the ocean. It has a very well equipped kitchen including full oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. It is located in a residential area 15 minutes walk from Charlestown and about 5 minutes drive to a supermarket. The private, gravel beach is a few minutes walk downhill from the apartment. The hosts were very accommodating and responded very quickly to our pre arrival queries. The only down side is that it is in a residential area and 3 of us talking on the balcony at 9.40pm resulted in a complaint from a neighbour who had work the next day. Other than that everything was really lovely.

Great Location and great accommodation

This was our second stay at seaview apartment, and again we were not disappointed. The apartment is in a great location both for the local area and for access to other parts of Cornwall. The apartment itself is good sized, well equipped and very clean, the communication with the owners is excellent

Lovely place

Property is very nice, all the facilities you could need. Bus just around the corner is great to get to places like fowey, or train station in st austell. Access to the coastal path is nice, although the path is closed to Charlestown. There is some construction taking place on the estate.

I am a nurse married to a doctor and have 2 adult daughters. We have purchased Sea View with a view to using it as a holiday getaway and, in due course, for relaxation in retirement. In the next few years however, we will inevitably spend more time working than staying there, so we would like to allow others to enjoy!

Sea View really is a lovely apartment in a beautiful location. It is rural and quiet but within easy reach of all amenities even if you do not have a car. We both enjoy the seaside, the countryside, walks and socialising. Sea View ticks all the boxes for us and hopefully for you too
