Rymligt tvåvåningar enskilt hem öster om Dune Drive, som ligger några steg från centrum och ett och ett halvt kvarter till en av de bästa stränderna i staden. Du kommer att vara i underhållande himmel i din privata påkostade spa / pool med stenväggar, belysning och 3 vattenfall inklusive ett 6 fot stort vattenfall från spa till pool. Uppsidan är perfekt för underhållande, med ett rymligt och välvt kök, vardagsrum och matsal. Det här stora rummet är ljust och öppet med vackra fönstervyer i flera riktningar. Köket har träskåp, vitvaror i rostfritt stål och en stor centrumö. Vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser för hela familjen, har en platt-TV ovanför en anpassad inbyggd öppen spis och erbjuder skjutdörråtkomst till ett stort ytterdäck som är den perfekta platsen att titta på solen falla. På baksidan av andra våningen finns ett pulverrum och ett stort sovrum med en king size-säng och ett badrum med eget badrum. Den första våningen har tre rymliga sovrum; ett med en king size-säng, ett med en queen size-säng och ett tredje sovrum med våningssängar. Ett av dessa sovrum har eget badrum medan de andra två sovrummen delar ett rymligt hallbad. Tvättstugan ligger på första våningen. Alla trägolv i de gemensamma områdena har nyligen blivit renoverade och strandhus nymålade. The house worked perfectly for our family. It was in an exceptionally convocation, an easy walk to the beach and close the stores, restaurants and gyms. The puzzle board was a great added bonus.

I truly cannot express how much we loved this property-- my husband and I went with my parents and my 2 kids and everyone had enough space and then some. The pool was a DREAM-- the location is PERFECTION-- we cannot wait to visit again next summer. If you are looking to vaca in Avalon, this is your spot. Trust me.

Celebrating a very special occasion

We always gather as a family to celebrate the life of our daughter/sister who hopped ahead to Heaven 8 years ago. Everything is walkable so we spent that special day at the Avalon Beach Service. What a beautiful way to start the day! Even my 90 year Mom shared the service in a wheelchair on the boardwalk. We made the best of every day even dealing with Hurricane Debby a few of the days. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool & heated spa, swimming every day. We even attended a concert at the Avalon Community Center.

Wonderful Week in Avalon

This house was perfect for us 6 adults. We loved being in close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The beach was never crowded. The house was big enough to have some space to ourselves. My favorite spot was the front porch. It was great to end a day at the beach in the hot tub. Eric quickly responded to any questions we had. We had a great week in our favorite beach town.

Of course I had scoured VRBO to find the perfect place for us… Six adults and three children eight and under. Upon our arrival all were in awe of the place I had chosen. Clean, bright and airy, fully equipped, wonderful pool, and spa. Close to the beach with Eric offering beach chairs, an umbrella and toys for the kids. Sure made life easy for me! Our family had a wonderful time being together. Delicious hoagies across the street and putt putt down the road. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Dream Home Away From Home

We had a great stay! The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and furnished, and plenty of room. Traveling with young kids, the location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to beach, playgrounds, ice cream, dining, and more. Eric was very responsive and helpful and we really felt like this was our “vacation home” not just a place to stay. Would definitely stay here again. Our favorite part was the hot tub, where we couldn’t wait to relax after the kids went to sleep.

Great House In Perfect Location

Extremely clean and well maintained house near beach and center of town. Very relaxing as we rarely got in the car as everything was so close by. The house was exactly as advertised, and Eric went above and beyond to make sure our stay was just right. We wouldn't hesitate to book Eric's place again.

Great Memories!

We just returned from our second stay in this Avalon house and our experience couldn’t have been better. The house is in the perfect location (close to beach and downtown), has an amazing pool/spa, is well stocked and super clean. The owner is very responsive abs was a pleasure to work with.

Vacation success

This was our first family vacation with two families. The house was perfect and as advertised. Location is great for really easy walks to shops (bagels, donuts, ice cream, deli) and short distance to the beach. We did well with children ranging 3 to 7. We spent most days at the beach and finished the day with the pool. House was well appointed. Eric was very helpful and available if needed. Would stay again!

Beach Vacation

We had another amazing stay at this property! Eric is a fantastic host and was very responsive to our questions. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location for beach and shopping too. My family especially enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. 100% recommend for a fun beach vacation!

Amazing Memories Created!

My sisters and I have been traveling to Avalon for many many Memorial Day Weekends. We had fallen off this tradition when we started having families. This year we made our grand return with all of our little girls and had THE BEST time. The location was so convenient to ice cream shops, shopping, mini golf, BEACH, and of course our favorite Uncle Bills Pancake House! We made so many new fun memories in this beautiful home and the host Eric was so lovely and responsive. We took the kids to the zoo per his recommendation (only about 10mins away!) and they loved it! An all star vacation we won’t forget!!!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful get away with our kids at this beautiful home. Gorgeous pool, fully stocked kitchen, incredibly comfortable couches and beds, this house is a gem. Steps away from town, beach, sunset and all the fun of Avalon. Eric was a fabulous host, very attentive and so welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Our son Andy (26) is a Video Production/Marketing Manager with a firm in Dallas, Texas. Our daughter Nicolette (33) has her own writing/social media marketing company while locating herself between Dallas, Avalon, and Wyomissing.
We have vacationed in Avalon/Stone Harbor all our lives, and find our time there the most rewarding and memorable times for all. This includes a week long rental with our parents and children simply known as "Beach Week" and many stays throughout the summer at the places we own at the shore.
This purchase of 3229 Dune Drive fulfills a lifelong dream to enjoy the shore at its best, with the space and interior and exterior amenities for all to enjoy including special guests. 3229 Dune is in the best location possible and will be our retirement home down the road as we enjoy all seasons at Avalon!

Our 3229 Dune beach house is the best combination of location next to town with all it's offerings and 1 1/2 short walking blocks to Avalon's best beaches on 32nd and 33rd. It is inside Dune Drive on the east side toward the ocean. A bright and open upside down layout is best for beach living and our property is in great condition and with all amenities and conveniences provided and an elaborate spa/pool with stone waterfalls is the best way to enjoy the shore. The decor throughout is "Beachy Coastal"!
Avalon, to us, is the best place to enjoy the beach for an active family and is the shore location with the most family oriented activities without the congestion and crowds of most shore options. Relax or Play, we feel it is the best place to do both!

This beach house is on a low traffic street, yet close by to ice cream shops, places to eat, and minature golf. A small boardwalk with arcade is 1 1/2 blocks away, along with a special playground and outdoor entertainment pavillion with regular events. There are playgrounds, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, watersports rentals, boating trips, local winery tours, microbreweries, an AWESOME local Zoo, and a charming Movie Theatre close by to name only a few enjoyment options!
A 5 to 10 minute walk to nightlife activities are close enough, but far enough away at the same time for our relaxing location.
Two master suites are ideal for parents, grandparents, or two primary couples in the group.
