Absolutely loved St. Monans and the house, it was the cutest, very clean and comfortable, an amazing location close to the water. We would definitely stay here again. Locals were very friendly and welcoming. Walked to the next town over, met great people, ate at local pubs and cafes and highly recommend Giddy Gannet for the Wee Porker and Latte. Stay in the small town over the big city you won’t regret it. We were there for 2 weeks and would have stayed longer just because the house was perfect. Thank you :) -CC

It was a great stay. One of the best property I have ever stayed. Owner Jim was very communicative. Family Beach Trip

Beautiful unit conveniently located next to the beach access. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee watching the sunrise each morning. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen so we were able to make breakfast two of the mornings we were there. Jim was very responsive when I’d reach out with questions. Thank you!

Beautiful

House was comfortable and clean. Well stocked and everything was labeled so you didn’t have to search all over. Jim was a great host answered all text within a few minutes. We had no issues with any thing (air conditioning etc). I would certainly rent again.

Great spot in SIC!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. Our family appreciated being beach front with easy access to grocery stores and the downtown SIC scene. The property manager/owner was attentive and communicative and the house was exactly as listed - spacious, clean, and well equipped for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kiddos). Highly recommend!!

Jersey Reunion

The kitchen was extremely well prepped. As a family of cooks, we lacked nothing. Everything in the home worked the first try; checkin, TV, grill, etc. Jim is extremely communicative.

An Absolutely Perfect Week!

We had an wonderful stay. The location of this property cannot be beat, and we so enjoyed being right on the ocean. The property manager, Jim, was incredibly attentive and helpful from the minute we decided to rent. And the house is so well-equipped....they have thought of everything, and it is all labeled and well-organized. We would love to stay again soon. Thank you!!

Amazing View!

Waking up to these gorgeous views of the ocean from this property every morning is so great! Jim is just wonderful and responsive. This property has more than any other rental I’ve stayed at. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be back again!

Perfection all around!

The view is amazing! The house was immaculate and so well stocked. It comes with everything you can think of. They even provide all paper products, soaps, cleaning products, etc. Quick walk to the beach. Quick drive to stores and restaurants. Jim is super nice and quick to respond to questions. Best place we've ever stayed ❤️

Million Dollar View is the best!

Million Dollar View really does have a million-dollar view. This hands down was the best ocean view anyone in the groups has ever had. All of the mattresses were comfortable. The home was extremely clean. Jim really made the vacation by suggesting the beach wheel chair. It made our trip so much more accesible for my mom. This house had every amenity you usually have to remember to bring. What an amazing touch! We were so impressed that I am copying a lot of their ideas at our VRBO. Amazing time, wonderful host!! Do not look any further, this place is perfect!

Shelter from the Storm

We arrived along with tropical storm Ophelia and found a clean and comfortable place to watch a storm affect the beach and Sea Isle City. Our view was fantastic- churning seas, high tides under a waxing moon and high winds too! The beach erosion was astounding but the area of the house was very safe. Along with the view the house afforded a fantastic kitchen to home cook and comfortable bedrooms for all. Jim was a very attentive host, checking in regularly and even offering tide charts and weather advisories. We may not have had the sun filled vacation we had hoped for but we saw a side of mother nature and the ocean that not many get to see. Thanks for an interesting and comfortable experience.

Perfect location and breathtaking view

We needed a family getaway and this property had the perfect view on a stormy week. We did not mind staying indoors because we had a wall of windows which allowed us to take in the raging ocean yet feel safe and secure. The house has an open layout that allowed all of us to spend quality time playing board games, eating and watching family videos while feeling like we were outside because of the amazing view. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with essentials which was very appreciated. We liked all the labels that helped us know where everything was stocked and helped us to operate things. Jim, the owner, was always available and helpful. Thank you!

Excellent Beachfront Home with Relaxing Views

From initial booking to checkout day, Jim stayed in contact with us to ensure we had the best experience. His home has expansive views of the ocean and you feel as if you’re outside enjoying it even from the couch. You can’t ask for a shorter walk to the beach with children, it’s easy to run back and forth for all of the forgotten items and snack breaks. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 4 children to all be together in the family room and kitchen and spacious bedrooms for all of our things. Everything is already stocked from dining/cooking supplies and cleaning essentials to beach chairs and well marked through the house. Being away from the busiest part of town but still being able to walk to a few restaurants and the corner market or for ice cream was perfect. Overall a great family beach trip and we can hopefully come back again soon! Thank you Jim!

Perfect Proximity

My family and I decided to go on a last-minute trip, and James was a lifesaver. When we arrived, we noticed that the house was in excellent condition. To our delight, it came with complimentary household items that every vacationer needs, sparing us the worry of forgetting or misplacing them. The proximity to the beach is a bonus, thanks to the elongated deck that overlooks the ocean. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Jim, for everything!

Varför värden valde detta boende

About thirty years ago, we rented a BayFront townhouse to spend the summer at the shore with our kids, then 10 and 12. It was such a positive experience for the family that we decided to buy THAT townhouse. As the kids grew, their interests went from sailing and skiing to more 'beach time'. We then sold the townhouse and purchased the beachfront home. We chose the area because it was mostly owner occupied with property owners who took a great deal of pride and care of their homes and neighborhood. When the kids graduated college and moved away or got married, we used the home less and less. The area over the past 30 years, has not changed much - still mostly owner occupied and now grandchildren. Quiet ..only one bar...but a great one at this end of town.
