Stor lägenhet med två sovrum i den mogna och populära utvecklingen, Pateo do Convento, inom gångavstånd från stränder, lokala butiker, kaféer och marknader, Lagos gamla stad och Lagos Marina. Gångavstånd till både buss (direkt trafik till Faro flygplats samt nationella / internationella tjänster) och järnvägsstationer.
* Bottenvåning med rampåtkomst till byggnad och hiss till källarparkering.
* Stor första balkong med utsikt mot marinan, med morgonsol och välkomstskugga på varma eftermiddagar.
* Andra bra balkong med utsikt över poolen och får eftermiddags- / kvällssol, med inbyggd grill perfekt för uteservering.
Båda balkongerna har ett antal bord / stolar.
* Rymlig lounge har stort bekvämt vardagsrum med två nyligen köpta soffor, tv / DVD-spelare och separat matplats med stort bord och stolar med tillgång till balkongen från två uppsättningar av dörrar.
* Sovrum 1 har en Kingsize-säng, stor garderob, eget badrum med badkar med dusch och tillgång till marinans balkong.

perfect location, well appointed, spacious

and the pool was a plus not to mention the balconies on either side of the unit providing sun and privacy. I also enjoyed the outdoor BBQ.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment

We had a lovely stay at this apartment, very spacious and loved the 2 balconies. It has all you need for a great holiday and is well located for restaurants, marina and beaches. Would definitely stay again if returning to Lagos.

Roomy well equipped condo in a very central location to bus and train stations, old town and all the activities around the marina. Stayed a month and housekeeping came in twice. Manager met us and explained the workings of the condo. Would stay there again.

Great stay

Well appointed apartment in a great block, really enjoyed touring Lagos and spending time swimming. Met some of the apartment owners by the pool and they were all on good form. Great to have two separate balconies and underground parking for the hire car. Thanks again

Location, Location, Location

This apartment's location is perfect, close to everything, restaurants, marina, groceries, markets, town centre and bus station. Our family truly enjoyed our six week stay here and in Lagos. Description of apartment is as stated. We will definitely stay here again, if we return to Lagos :)

Excellent apartment in the centre of Lagos, close to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the marina. The apartment is large and spacious with two balconies and extremely well equipped. We had a fabulous time in Lagos and will visit again.

Fully equipped apartment in great location. Good to have 2 balconies for sun in morning and afternoon. Easy walk into town centre. Simply wonderful

Two weeks of holiday bliss. Apartment is a perfect base to explore Lagos. Very clean, superbly equipped, quiet, yet within walking distance of the Beach, marina and town. Balconies to either side of property too so you can enjoy sun or shade at any time of the day. The owner and property manager communication 1st class from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous 10 days

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment is clean and bright, with more than enough space for 2 people - it would easily cope with 4 as it is meant to - a double and a twin room. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Old Town, marina and beaches. Lagos is a wonderful place for a holiday, and very clean and friendly, as well as being pretty and interesting. Everything is on the doorstep. I definitely recommend this apartment and we are even considering booking again for next year (we have never returned to the same place twice before!) Thank you Karen & John.

Comfortable and close to everything

This apartment is a great base from which to explore Lagos and the Algarve. We spent many days walking the old town, sipping lattes and eating Portuguese tarts in outdoor cafes while people watching. We also rented a car for three days (from Luzcar, I recommend them) and explored Sagres and Silves. Amazing. Fantastic Italian food at Pomo.

The property had the perfect location, close to the marina and a 10 min walk to the town centre. The apartments were spacious and had everything that we needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Sharon our contact in Lagos was great in helping us check-in. Would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour... Tout était parfait.😍Encore mieux que sur les photos. Emplacement idéal et les propriétaires sont très très bien organisés, ils ont pensé à tout pour notre confort. Nous aurions resté dans cette demeure beaucoup plus longtemps mais toute bonne chose a une fin😪 nous recommandons cette demeure sans hésitation. We have holidayed in Lagos for 15+ years - latterly in Pateo do Convento, and were delighted to be able to buy our apartment in 2020 on retirement. Our adult children also enjoy staying here - there is something for everyone!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is our second home and is well equipped for longer stays - we try to get out 3 or 4 times a year. We enjoy being in easy walking distance of local shops and the market and close to a huge variety of restaurants and to the beaches . There is plenty of room on the balconies and in the lounge for socialising . Most of the apartments in the complex are regularly used by the owners so there is a sense of community and we ensure the shared areas are well maintained all year round by the management company.

We have a fantastic and very experienced apartment manager who lives locally and ensures that our apartment is prepared to a high standard for our visitors.
The dual aspect means we get sunshine on our balconies in the morning and evening - perfect!
